I had deposited 30000 rupees (A/c no [protected]) in sbi cdm as kalyan east branch on 6 aug 2016 at 6 pm. An unexpected error with display message "contact to the branch".

Neither cash is credited to my account nor returned to me. Money got deposited in the machine with no receipt or any transaction record. I had file the complaint on 8 aug 2016 afternoon and after continuous followup there is no proper response from the branch.

Please resolve this issue.

    I have applied for the top up loan over my home loan acct no. [protected]. The top up loan application was submitted on 2nd july 2016 and since then my top up loan is not yet even approved. The sbi employees sitting at dattawadi (Home loan branch) and racpc are extremely careless and irresponsible. Whenever i go to branch to enquire about my loan status, they say its under processing and 'ho jayega'. I am not sure not "ab hoga bhi ya nahi". But this is very disappointing behaviour seen from one of the largest govt. Bank in india.

    Kindly look into the issue asap. Its been more than 1 and half month, the application is submitted. Please do understand the concerns of customers and their needs.

      Journal number

      I want my journal number after challan but the bank employees doe's not help me to find my journal number at vinukonda branch plz help they are not cooperate with me. So, you will take civior action on them. They said that "go to the next counter. N next couple counter says go another next counter. What is this how can we get the journal number with these bank employees...

      I deposited rs. 5000/ cash through cdm in my savings account maintained at the same branch. To my surprise rs. 25 have been deducted from the account as cdm charge. The charge is illogical. Deposits in similar machines at some other banks are free of charge.
      The policy to charge such deposits is the brain child of sick minds only. The charge should be reversed.

        Our redemption payment of folio no.[protected]Sbi magnum tax gain scheme - regular plan – dividend) has not yet been received for application dated - 06 jan. 2016. The redemption had been processed on 07-jan-2016 and a redemption warrant[protected] for rs.886.34 had been dispatched from sbimf investor service centre, jaipur to our registered address through pushpak courier on 19-jan-2016 via pod reference no. [protected]., but courier agency did not deliver the warrant to me.
        Then, i contacted pushpak courier for delivery of post, but they said that they did not receive any post for me & if they had received that, the undelivered mail would have been returned to sender. With respect to this, i filed online grievances at sbimf portal.
        With respect to my online grievances at sbimf portal, they informed me to send them a written request of non-receipt of redemption warrant to the nearest cams service centre or sbi investor service centre of jodhpur.
        The instruction given by them to send a written request for non-receipt of redemption warrant was absolutely unjust given that the fault lies with them and their chosen private courier agent. On the top of all the inconvenience, they did not accept the e-mail as a request and asked us for a written request again. Asking for unnecessary formalities when the wrong had been on there part is nothing less than harassment. Nevertheless, since the matter concerned our financial interests, despite the unjustness of the instruction, we were forced to bear with the inconvenience and hence we sent a written request as asked for by them.
        We sent the written request to them on the date 13.07.16 by speed-post, but sbimf reinvested the amount in sbimf - unclaimed dividend & redemption scheme - growth, transaction date 29 july, 2016.
        With respect to transaction date 29 july, 2016 sbimf - unclaimed dividend & redemption scheme - growth, received at jodhpur through intermediary direct, i want to ask that since i would rather throw my money in a well, then to invest it in sbimf, and yet they have reinvested it despite the fact that we have been constantly, again and again asking them to refund the redemption amount – do they really have any iota of shame left?

            Hi,

            Wanted to inform you that there was a fraud transaction made on my sbi credit card 2 weeks back regarding which i had filed complaint on different portals and forwarded my complaint to sbi as well.
            Today, again i got a call from[protected] number saying they were from sbi bank and they wanted to credit money of rs. 5000 back to my account for fraud transaction. They wanted me to tell my card details (Card number, expiry date & cvv number) which i didn’t tell them. They told me that they were calling from sbi and if i want i can cross check their number as well.
            I checked their number online and it was actually a toll free number from online sbi. https://www.onlinesbi.com/personal/contact_us.html
            This was actually the fraud call and when i called my back (Sbi card) they said that they don’t have anything to do with online sbi as they are completely different entities and their behaviour towards me was really rude.
            Being sbi card holder, i feel so unsecure now. When we complaint bank they don’t respond and they don’t bother to treat their customer well.
            Please help me here.

              Hi,

              Wanted to inform you that i got a call from +91 [protected] claiming that they were from sbi credit card department. They informed me that they wanted to provide me with new credit card which would be chip enabled and with enhanced credit limit.

              They had all my card details which include credit card number, expiry date, cvv number and my registered address (Both residence and office address). They asked me to confirm as to which address i want to receive my new card so i confirmed my office address for the same (Didn’t mention address myself as they already had).

              Further to this, they informed me that they wanted to transfer my old card reward points to new card to which they will send an otp on my number. They asked me to share otp received, i shared 1 otp with them. Soon after sharing otp with them i got transaction of rs. 2500 made alert message and multiple otp for further transactions (Rs. 2500, 5069 etc). I hung up their phone and instantly got my card blocked and reissued a new one.

              I request you to not to settle down the transactions of rs. 2500 made twice.

                I, pothum ponnu having a sb account number in sbi, i have lost my mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl.

                  I have transferred the amount of 1100 rupees on 5 th july 2016 to the account [protected] but the amount was not credited to this account till date, and i received a message that some ecs/ach retention charges deducted from this account. Kindly do the needful and update transaction status, and last year also ecs/ach deduction happened in my account may i know what exactly it is.

                      3 years back i opened a sb account at sbi - oggiyam throipakkam branch chennai. Now i shifted to bangalore and my native or home town is gudiyattam. I want to transfer my account from oggiyam thoraipakkam chennai to gudiyattam sbi.

                      2 twice i approached gudiyattam sbi branch for account transfer but they are saying they cannot process this application and only current home branch can process the same. I carried required kyc documents.

                      Also they are asking me to submit application in person at sbi oggiyam thoraipakkam branch chennai ie. My current home branch.

                      I checked with customer care they are saying that there is no restriction as such.

                      They are not ready to listen for more than 1 minute, but to answer this question they asked me to wait around 1/2 hour. I'm really fed up.

                        I want to make complain about sbi bank credit cards.
                        My father mr. Ramesh vedak is using sbi bank credit cards no. ([protected]) almost 6-8 years.
                        On 30th july 2016 there was call from delhi sending contact no. [protected] / [protected] and contact person name mr. Anurag, he call behalf of sbi bank
                        And ask for mr. Ramesh vedak and told that offer promo pack with polo shoes, polo men's kit, discount card for rs.8394/- and also told that you will receive back this payment in 45 days. Please i request you sir note my complaint and help me to get my payment for rs.8394/-

                        I dont understand that how this quick shopping company can get our bank personal details and also i want to deactivate our sbi credit card we don't want this card.

                        My Father Mr. Ramesh Vedak is using SBI Bank Credit Cards no. ([protected]) almost 6-8 years.

                          I am using sbi card since 2 years, due to some emergency reasons i was not able to make payment in last 2 months. Now i am getting almost 50 to 70 calls every day from their recovery agents and all are multiple numbers, i many times told them i will pay online as usually i pay my bills and if i face any issue i will contact sbi customer care but still they are calling me from multiple numbers and all are saying i am general manager and all and they are saying don't do online payment give us cash our executive will come and collect cash. Now they are calling to my office reception and it is total harassment by sbi.

                            Complaint procedure gng on too but bit slow as many bank holidays in line and dis happened on sunday...

                              Sbi is charging inter city charges unnecessarily. My friend has deposited some amount to my account from his home branch, and why am i paying for it. Rs.60 has been debited from my account for a small amount. It should be the person who deposited the money, from whom sbi should have charged the cost/ informed him before charging such a cost. This is unacceptable sbi! You are gonna lose many customers because of this. One is gone from you!

                              For the past 5 days, I have tried to purchase mutual funds online and its very disappointing to note that the 'High Security Password' is not sent to the registered mobile number. Can you look into this with a sense o[censored]rgency?

                              However, we seem to receive the password on our registered mobilewhile making fund transfer.

                                I had applied for a sbi credit card on a lady executive called me up
                                And promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur
                                Residence.

                                I got one message from sbi stating your application is under process.
                                After 11 days under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

                                But

                                "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be
                                Processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your
                                Time."

                                I have given all the documents. Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application. We have genuine transaction we are not happy with ur bad service. Please return my documents.

                                  I operate a savings a/c with sbi walajapet. Account no [protected] for which i was provided with a maestro debit card (No[protected] valid from feb 2010. Now i recd a message that internet transaction got deactivated. When i sent message for activation i was replied that card got expired for internet transaction only and not for atm / pos. Let me know how to apply for new card.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I was using SBI credit card till Nov-2014. After that i paid the billed amount 560.
                                    After that i did not use that card. I gave request to deactivate the card. Then Till Oct 2015 no information or any charges from SBI imposed to me. In Nov-2015 they imposed card fee of Rs. 570.87.
                                    Now every month they are sending me bills while i have given already the request of card stolen in January.
                                    Please help me to sort out this issue as soon as possible.
                                    I am not able to move bank and fight with them due to my job responsibilities.
