I Shahnawaz Ahmed S/o Sh. Zaki Ahmed resident of Derabassi want to inform you that I don’t have any type of account in your bank or in any branch of State Bank of India but I am receiving false messages from your bank/branch against transactions made by any person having bank account Number ending 7502 (Amritsar).
It is presumed that earlier this number was issued to someone who is having account in your bank and maybe he surrendered this number to the company and the company reissued this number to me or there is a clerical mistake at your end and my Mobile No.[protected] is wrongly feeded by your bank. I request you to please rectify this problem and deactivate this facility from mobile number [protected] as this is not my account and is very disturbing.

          I had taken a loan from sbi of rs 250000, which was to be payed by me in 60 months emi of rs 5714 pm. On 28/7/16 the deduction for the month of august 2016 was done and the next was to be deducted at end of august. But, still after debuting the amount, on 30th august 2016 they put my account on hold without informing me about it. I tried to do recharges which i regularly do from my debit card but could not do, i tried several times but failed, so i called sbi customer care and they said to contact home branch as they had no idea. On 8th august i received my salary and without any information they cut rs 5714 again from my account, which was already cut on 28th of the previous month! But even after cutting it twice they put my account on hold again! Not knowing anything, i tried to do my online transactions and failed several times, on 11th august i went to my home branch as the manager (Basanti biswas) was not available on 10th, and asked her the matter. She saw it and credited my account with rs 5714 but did not credit the amount that had been deducted due to the transaction failures that happened although the bank was at fault as the failures happened as the bank had put my account on hold for no apparent reason, when i asked her to give me the refund for that also which amounted to a total of rs (23x13=299) she said that she would not give me it's refund as "i was not allowed to do online transactions with my" atm-cum-debit card"!! She also talked rudely to me. I had been doing online transactions for the past 2 years without any problem but now she says be that i am not allowed to use my debit card anywhere except the atm! I want sbi bank officials to take strict action and refund me my 299 rs as early as possible as it was the total fault of the bank (Technical issue) and there was no reason to charge 23 rs for me for every failed transaction as it failed as my account was kept on hold for no reason.

              I have an account in sbi bnank but on 8/8/2016 i went to pnb atm at 4 pm for wdl money from my account i have done my transaction but my transaction was unsuccessful and the amount of ten thousand was dedicated from my sbi saving account of pandaveswar branch .and my transaction no 8316 i have complaint in sbi customer care after two days they told that your transaction was successful relevant documents sent to your branch but in the branch no action has been taken for refund of my money

                Sir, I am unable to login in state Bank anywhere app. But in browser I am able to login. I complained in my SBI brach and costumer care no. But I did not get solution. Please do needful. Sir when I try to.login in state bank anywhere it show " unable to process the request, please try again later" .

                  I am a senior citizen went to deposit money in SBI ambernath branch . I wanted to deposit money in SBI account of pune branch . After waiting for 2 hours the man in counter threw passbook on floor and said we don't have time to deposit money in different branch account. I went to manager and he was extremely rude said come tomorrow. I was very disturbed by this treatment and iam going to close my account asap.

                            Dear sir,

                            I am alok kumar jain, want to inform you that i have sbi account having account number [protected].

                            I have atm card and i have visited to raipur. I need some money and therefor went to sbi atm at ramsagarpara branch, raipur.

                            While withdrawing rs 15000.00, i have entered all the details and it has displayed "please wait while your request is processing". I have waited for some time but money does not come and after some time shows unable to process.

                            After that i have checked my account statement in another atm (Agrasen chowk atm) near it. I found rs 15000.00 has been deducted from my account.
                            The issue has not been resolved yet and i was not get such amount in my account.

                            Hence informed and request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Somebody has deposited a cheque in my account and after clearance (Of insufficient balance) an amount of rs.170 has been deducted from my account. I have contacted to mr. Subash chandra mohanty, chief manager, khordha, state bank of india, old bus stand, khordha (Ifsc[protected] regarding this matter, but he is unable to solve the problem saying the matter is being done at the head office level.

                                Please solve this problem and do something in banking procedure, so that the same problem will not happen in future.

                                  I'm taking a loan from 2009 to 2013 for studying nursing the amount 2.5 lakhs. After completing the nursing i got lot of financial crises and my father passed away. I got a job after 1 year with 10000 salary but i couldnt pay the educational loan within this salary. I'm trying to go abroad but now our govt ban all agencies around 2500 agencies and start around 5 govt agencies it's not enough for our jobless nurses so i can't get a job easily especially i'm a male nurse. We have a incompleted little house in 3 cents. If i have anything for sold i will. The bank peoples are threatening us for repaying money. How i can, plz give me a choice

                                      I have not yet received any reply neither from you (RBI) nor from the sbi.regarding the cheque returned by SBI Ramgarh Jharkhand branch, due to confirmation from the drawee of the cheque could not be taken over mobile due to switched off.
                                      Please let me know whether any chq can returned by the bank due to contract not established over mobile with the drawee of the cheque if so then why not others bank is follow this rule.If any cheque is incash without the consent of the drawee, who will be responsible for the said payment.
                                      An early reply in this matter is solicited and hence requested.

                                        My wife ganita shah is having saving account vide s. b. a/c. no.[protected], in the state bank of india, m. g. road branch, secunderabad. telangana state. i applied for the new cheque book of my wife smt. ganita shah along with the requisite slip which is available in the old cheque book more than one year back but as on date we have received the cheque book. after that also i have given letter to the branch stating that we have not received the cheque book, earlier they stated that they will verify but now they are saying that bring the requisite which is available in the old cheque, now the question is that once we have submitted that original requisite slip now how can be give.

                                        I am having bank account in other bank also in which they are simply themselves issuing new cheque book without any requisite slip when i am at the stage of issuing my last cheque leaf automatically. whereas in this state bank of india they not issuing new cheque book even after several request. this is the position of one of the biggest nationalise bank.

                                        Infact the behaviour of the staff is also non co-operative in the bank they are behaving as if i am the defaulter and i am supposed to pay loan amount. we are having more than 20 accounts in the very same branch of our family members and of our firms and due to this kind of behaviour we are forced to open accounts in other banks also.

                                        Hence i request the concern authority of state bank of india to take steps for issuance of new cheque book of my wife for s. b. a/c. no.[protected], m. g. road, secunderabad branch, telangana state. if the same pattern of recklessness is followed the days are very near when the nationalised bank will have no business transactions.

                                        The complaint is not resolved and it is simply posted as resolved. Infact if the bank is so serious they might have send the details when the cheque book was issued and when it was dispatched and when it was received. Or the bank might have send cheque book after raising the present complaint. But they simply marked as resolved. This shows their attitude on the complaint by the customer.
