I operate a savings a/c with sbi walajapet. Account no [protected] for which i was provided with a maestro debit card (No[protected] valid from feb 2010. Now i recd a message that internet transaction got deactivated. When i sent message for activation i was replied that card got expired for internet transaction only and not for atm / pos. Let me know how to apply for new card.

    Dear sir,
    I was using SBI credit card till Nov-2014. After that i paid the billed amount 560.
    After that i did not use that card. I gave request to deactivate the card. Then Till Oct 2015 no information or any charges from SBI imposed to me. In Nov-2015 they imposed card fee of Rs. 570.87.
    Now every month they are sending me bills while i have given already the request of card stolen in January.
    Please help me to sort out this issue as soon as possible.
    I am not able to move bank and fight with them due to my job responsibilities.
    Please help me sir.

      My contact no: [protected].
      I have received a phone call from a person on[protected] by 10.30 a. M. And he told that he is working as manager, sbi atm card department and asked my atm card number and pin number. I told the numbers which he asked as a genuine one. After an hour back i went to atm to withdraw some amount. But in one of my account amount was withdrawn. Being yesterday is independence day i am not able to registered a complaint. Today i registered a complaint to the sbi erode branch. Immediately the sbi bank officials blocked my existing atm debit cards. I request you to kindly verify the incident and try to refund my amount.

      I wish to bring to your notice, a fraud transaction which took place yesterday,[protected] using my debit card. I got a call from the number [protected]. The person claimed that he was calling from the SBI and that my ATM card has been blocked. He asked for the debit card number and the one time password. As I have not much knowledge about the internet banking process and easily duped, and gave off the debit card number. As soon as the call was over, I got an sms from the bank, stating that a transaction of Rs 400-00 was made from my card. I was quick enough to get the card blocked through the bank officials to day[protected]. I request that it could be traced early and try to refund my amount at the earliest and oblige. Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.

        Hello sir,
        I am government employee and went for government work in a SBI bank bhuj main branch. After standing above 1.5 hours, cashier refused me to get the work done and told me to stand in the line which was another counter. I request him but he even didn't ready to hear me. As i didn't go for my personal work i request you please consider this complaint so that it won't repeat again.

            I had taken loan from sbi, bihar school examination board (bseb) branch, patna (branch code sbin0001215). loan is fully paid-up.
            The branch has misplaced the original documents as lic bond, black cheques etc.
            When i talked to the bseb branch manager mr santosh kumar, he said the documents are with racpc gandhi maidan branch. after talking to him, i contacted racpc, gandhi maidan. according to racpc, the documents are still with bseb branch.

            My lic policy matured in july this year but could not receive the amount as the policy is assigned with sbi bseb branch.

              I had subscribed to sbiiiinr series of 9.95% bonds issued by sbi in the year 2011. The interest on these bonds was not deposited in my account till 25 april 2016. A general manager in the shares and bods dept wrote to me on 29 june 2016 stating that no interest is payable on the delay as the necs payment was done on due date but was rejected {that is not my fault, sir}. Then an amount of rs. 814/- was sent by their registrar on account of "delayed payment of interest". Now a dy. General manager in the shares and bonds dept has writen to me on 11 august 2016 stating that "the delay of payment occurred on transmission process {because the wrong account number was mentioned, sir}, and the interest on delayed payment amounting to rs.814/- was sent as investor friendly measure of the bank.

              Now two questions arise. One, if the bank pays interest to me, is it because it is an investor friendly measure, or because they are supposed to pay interest on their borrowing?
              Two, persons at the level of dy gm and gm of sbi do not know how to calculate the interest payable on a given amount at 9.95% for 25 days? It is rs. 23, 939 and not rs. 814/-

              Sbi does not address grievances even when they are at fault if it costs them money. Perhaps because a lot of their money has been eaten up by mallyas of the world!

              SBI has claimed in response to the query by Investor Grievance dept of Bombay Stock Exchange that that they have already paid interest of Rs 814/- by way of interest on 25 days delay. They need to go back to school and learn how to calculate - it comes to Rs 10, 222/- and not Rs 814/- !
              With reference to the above Credit Card, which I am holding for the past Two yearss with credit limit Rs.39, 000/-, now I would like to increase the credit limit up to Rs.1, 50, 000/- to enable me to meet out my requirements. Hence I request you to kindly arrange the same at the earliest.

                  I have done a recharge of tatasky by using state bank anywhere application with m visa option for the amount of rs.420 on and my ref no. Mv[protected] on 13th aug 16. But the recharge was not done. I already called to tatasky customer care he told that the amount not received from your bank so please credit my rs.420 back to my account.

                    Hi all.
                    This about sbi story never apply sbi card don't fall in their representatives trap. They told your cbil score is good.

                    I have applied sbi credit card on 15th july 2016.
                    I submitted all the required proofs what they requested.
                    Later address verification done by their representative.
                    All the verification calls were done successfully.
                    Residential,
                    Office land line,
                    Calls from sbi credit card department.
                    Cbilscore also good.

                    Finally i received application number message on 23rd july 2016

                    Thank you for interest in sbi card. Please give us 11 working days to process your application number[protected] and the annual fee so and so..

                    They sent me status messages up to 6th aug 2016 later no updates

                    From 23rd july 2016 till now 15/8/2016.
                    No approval message or declined message.
                    If there is any problem with my application they have to inform me or they have to reject my application they just kept status as pending.

                    They are not approving application.
                    They are not rejecting application.

                    For sure i don't receive credit card but i have to inform remaining people to don't fall in their representatives trap don't loose your cbil score.

                    I contacted customer care worst they don't know why the application is in pending status.

                    Sbi team look into this and resolve as soon as possible or reject my card. I will never apply for life time. Bull card

                          What is the meaning of Site not captured by FSS site. Please let me know about FSS site and how i pay through Debit cum ATM card.
                          There was a problem regarding income tax payment through ATM Card. After duly filled 280 challan of income tax portal online I selected payment through Debit card option. Page redirected to SBI & after filledup the all boxes, when pay now tab clicked, a dialog box open written " Site is not captured by FSS Site." Please solve it.

                                When today I am used card but transaction failed.
                                SBI message me= Dear customer, your txn at POS [protected] declined as the account is inoperative or locked. Please contact your branch for resolution.

                                I am active on sbi. also using regularly.
                                Please check and solve problem. I want to use my card.

                                  I have purchased a mobile phone from amazon site on 9th of aug this 2016. On that day there was a offer of 10% cash back on the product if purchased using sbi debit card. And i have applied for it. My order is delivered to me but still i have not received any cash back from sbi.
                                  I have purchased asus zenfone laser smartphone, i choose to pay via sbi debit card. It was their responsibility to let me know about my cashback refund policy. Please this is my request to lodge my complaint against sbi and amazon..

                                  We are facing problems because of shortage of staff in Bhadra Branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

                                  Every time we have to go thrice for any transaction i.e. NEFT, FD, Transfer etc.

                                  All staff are friendly by nature but because of Staff Shortage they are helpless.

                                      I am getting sms from last few days from DM-ATMSBI as follows:-

                                      Your SBI debit card ending with xxl is deactivated only for Internet txn. To activate send SMS "SWON ECOM XXXX" to [protected]. No change for ATM/POS usage.

                                      Why such fake sms are coming for SBI accounts only?

                                      Also I am getting fake calls for my sbi credit card only..
                                      Request to take action against fake calls and sms.
