I had made on online recharge for tata sky on dated as mentioned below and i had deduted the amount of rs. 1080/- towards my bank account sbi sector-15 gurgaon (haryana) a/c no. [protected].

    On 7th of july, i fell prey to a fraud caller who claimed himself from sbi cards. He duped me of a total amount of 9860 inr which sbi cards also identified as fraud transactions and itself blocked the account for which i am thankful, the 3 fraud transactions are as seen below. The person who called me knew the exact redeem points in my account and gave me an option to convert them to money which he shall be credited to my account. I had informed the sbi fraud department for this as well on the 8th of july. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

But unfortunately due to internet error i was unable to receive the du number and the amount of rs 105 also get debited from the account.         So, i made this grave mistake of entering into a banking relationship with the so called largest (but shrewd) bank of India, SBI.

        As it happened, due to some fraudulent charges incurred onto my credit card, made without my consent, I raised a complaint with them and the matter went on to settlement.

        According to the statistics, more than 67% of card holders don't pay their debts, and rest go for either ways of settlement in India. I made a mistake by entering into a settlement agreement to close the issue for once and for all, but dare did I refuse to accept erroneous charges being imposed upon me.

        Guys in the name of different monikers, with different phone numbers have started calling my friends, office staff, and acquintaces claiming to have run away and being a defaulter. All this, when I'm in constant conversation with them to close the issue and willing to pay, but they choose to exercise the cheap tactic of defaming me.

        I hereby call upon the bank to produce a single article from any banking terms, conditions or guidelines wherein it mentions this to be legal, ethical and provided by the law of the state.

        If not, I'm raising this issue to the honourable Court in my jurisdiction area as well as the Reserve Bank of India.

          I tried bank working hours and non working hour both times are same...

            Hello sir,

            I was holding sbi credit card number 4377-xxxx-xxxx-7940. due to financial difficulties i decided to settle my card. the final settlement amount was fixed for rs. 19, 100 (nineteen thousand one hundred rupees). the letter was issued to me on 18/03/2016. ref no - sbi/del/2016/99988. tracer no:del[protected].inspite of my full payment of the of the settlement amount, i have not received my zero due statement and my noc. neither my account is updated in cibil as settled. i tried to contact the guy who issued my noc ; however they are not responding to my phone call. i do hope a bank of your statute will behave professionally. kindly do the needful and please issue my noc.

              I got a call from [protected] on 25th july around 9:30 am.
              The caller, a male, introduced himself from the main branch of sbi and said that my atm card has been blocked. He asked for the details of my atm card and aadhaar card details to remove the block.
              I refused to say the details. He claimed himself as a relative of our chief minister and threatened me that next time i should prepare all the documents else he will let the "dogs of didi" to "rape my family"
              Please take an action against him. I had a call record of the conversation with him if it helpful to you i will provide.

              My sister wish to open new account but she has gone to respective then they said, in order to open new account you will have to pay 1300 for health insurance then I will open new account.

                A cheque was presented of rs 2, 00, 000=00 0n 12thjuly 2016, and my balance was more than rs 5, 00, 000=00 on the same day.
                I am a senior citizen having a pension a/c in this branch.
                This is not a short complain you are just ignoring my point.
                State bank of india, br. Code: 01140, i like an enquiry and also i like to how much is the minm. And maxm. Charges of cheque return charges of indianise banks.

                  I have sbi credit card, i received a call from[protected] from card verification department at sbi on 29 jun 2016 he told me that sbi bank will issue a new card on behalf of my old card. he told you have 9000 reward points earned he told that reward points will be converted to amount at new card. i will give otp my account will be debited 9000 rs same time i immediately realized something fraud happened and i reacted quickly to reach sbi. i given to hole scene to them transaction is yet to be claimed to the merchant. they sbi told me that i would raise complaint when the transaction is claimed for setellement. i wonder how they frauds get my details plese guide me what should i further. my mail id is : [protected]@gmail.com

                    I have lodged a complaint to irechargeonline.com on 21 jul 16 regarding
                    Not crediting the rs.1000/- in my mbl account

                    In response to my complaint, on 22 jul 2016 at 1255 hrs., i received a call from sbi office no. [protected]and the person who has made the call has disclosed his identity as customer care officer from irechargeonline.com and he asked me the card no and other detail
                    For immediate refund.

                    But it is very shocking to me that instead of refunding the amount
                    He has stolen rs 2000/- from my bank account, , , , , the amount of rs. 2000/- has been transferred to his account no nj 70007981.
                    This is as per the sms i have received from my bank.

                    Please investigate the matter immediately and refund me the
                    Total amount rs. 2000/- -, otherwise i have left with no other option but
                    To lodge a fir and legal case against your bank employee. ...

                    Shipowner not delivered on time from 16/7 to 19/7 it's in still blue dart courier office in jayanagar I visited in this morning and checked with they said they will deliver in 30 min but it's half a day over they not delivered yet it's really bad service from blue dart courier service

                      Made a recharge through sbi internet banking on evening of 26th june. One for rs 200 with got cancelled and the amount was deducted. Then i made another recharge for rs 140 which again got cancelled and amount deducted. The refund was supposed to be done within 15 min. And today it's going to be over a month inspite of registering complaint online and calling customer care a number of times my complaint isn't resolved. When i check it online the status shows null.

                        Your fort branch of bangalore refused to open sb account saying that no physical application is accepted. Im a doctor joined bmc college wanting to open an account for my salary. Submitted all kyc forms. Please resolve the issue before approaching ombudsman/rbi.Inspite of requesting your counter offcial, he refused and used bruital language to me. Kindly take an action against him.                           मेरा नाम टीना भालसे है मैं पिछले कई सालों से स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया पोलोग्राउंड इन्दौर (म.प्र). स्थित बैंक की ग्राहक हूँ [ कुछ दिनों से मैं लगातार अपनी बैंक शाखा में मेरा ATM Card कार्य न करने की शिकायत लेकर जा रही बार - बार विनती करने के बावजूद भी मेरी समस्या का समाधान नही किया जा रहा। रोज घंटो इंतजार करने के बावजूद भी एक नया बहाना बनाकर कल आने को कह दिया जाता, पिछले 5-6 दिनों से लगातार जाने के पर भी मेरी समस्या को जानने में किसी भी कर्मचारी को कोई रूचि नही। एक कर्मचारी दूसरे कर्मचारी के पास भेज देता, आखिर में मुझे सर्विस मैनेजर श्री एम. के. शाह के पास भेजा गया। समस्या का समाधान तो एक तरफ उन्होनें समस्या सुनने से ही इंकार कर दिया इस बार मैंने उनसे कहा – “सर यदि आप ये काम नही करेंगे तो कौन करेगा, पिछले कई दिनों से मैं परेशान हो रही हूं यदि आप काम नही कर सकते तो किस बात की तनख्वा लेते हैं । इस बात पर चिढ़ते हुए उन्होनें अनुचित शब्दों का प्रयोग करते हुए कहा-“ मुझे तेरा काम नहीं करना तुझे जो करना हैं कर ले”!
                          उनके इस अभद्र पूर्ण व्यवहार की शिकायत जब मैंने Branch Manager से की तो उन्होंने इस बात को नज़र अंदाज करते हुए कल आने को कहा। सर, ये केवल मेरे साथ ही नही बल्कि कई ग्राहकों के साथ आए दिन होता । ये लोग ग्राहकों को भेड़-बकरी समझ कर जानवरों जैसा बर्ताव करते है।
                          कृपया आप उचित कार्यवाही कर सर्विस मैनेजर श्री एम. के. शाह को दंडित करे एवं ऐसे ग़ैरज़िम्मेदार कर्मचारियों को उचित सबक सिखाए [

                          Yesterday (25.7.2016) evening around 6.15 pm, i went with draw the amount of Rs.1500/-in SBI ATM, Maruthi Nagar, Lothukunta Branch, Secunderabad. The transaction done, but the amount did not come out through the exit. Then I withdrawn amount from the beside HDFC ATM machine. I got it. Immediately then I took the mini statement from SBI ATM (in the same branch) which is attached. My A/c Number : [protected]. My SBI Bank branch is New Mallepally, Hyderabad.

                          Plz. do needful & return back my amount in to the a/c.

                              Sir, we are facing harships because of sbi bank employee negligence. We have deposited challan in sbi friends colony branch but employee deposited that challan in other. We have got income tax notice because of not showing challan in 26as penalized with 12520 .. After receiving such notice from income tax we have contacted from sbi friends colony branch to correct their mistakes.. But they refused admit their mistake from 1st instance then later taken all the details of challan and assured us to provide a letter from bank for wrongly submitted the challan.. After that we used to visit bank to get that letter from bank but bank employess making exuses again & again.. We are harassed by bank again & again..

                                Hello Sir,

                                MY TDS was deducted at 20 %, due to some alignment of CIF number from Bank and my PAN number was removed as well from my account number.

                                I have attached the TDS certificate.

                                I have send application to update my PAN and also
                                I have written application and send it to my home Branch, but they are not filing my TDS correction statement . Due to this my TDS is not reflecting in my form 26AS.

                                Please advise how can I file my TDS return for FINANCIAL YEAR 2015-16, when Bank is not updating my TDS in form 26 AS.

                                I have waited whole day in Bank without any food still they are not resolving my issue.

                                  His this side dipesh from delhi actually i am using the credit card of sbi for the last 6 months card ending 2627 and the statement generation date is 19 th of every month but the statement i 've got and i found some of the fraud and untold charges (Fin charge on retail (Excl tax 26.63), or other debit charges of rs 117, 177 like that which they never told me earlier. So please waive off my charges and i 'll never pay that amount.

                                    I blocked my previous atm card of account no.[protected] in the name of ajay mohan bhatnagar 2 months ago and issued a new one the same day, but i have not received any card till date.. There is no response either from branch or from customer care. I visited the local branch recently but they do not have atm card in my name and told to talk to customer care and when i talked to customer care they told to contact local branch but neither of them listens. It is my salary account and i am having troubles because of this.

                                      Good morning i am a new account member for sbi for a branch of warasiguda branch code is 12916.
                                      Today i went to branch for submission of documents in bank but there employees are useless people they never care about the customer i stayed there for around 2 hours but there are not responding properly to my questions mostly there are not caring.
                                      I went to bank manager cabin to verify my documents but even though he is also useless person whom i a have seen in my carrier, when i went to his cabin i asked him very politely sir i would like to show whether this documents are enough to open account in the bank? Then he replied that i don't know about this process you can ask to employee in the bank. Then i laughed like anything.
                                      I have lot of respect on a bank sbi because it is making us and india proud & i respect them.
                                      But when i went sbi branch (12916) seriously i am telling no one is eligible to work there they crack a joke to them self even customer is standing in front of them.
                                      They come late to office, they wont give respect to customer, not only me the person who comes there to withdraw or deposit they never care they come to office as they are coming to park or pick nick.
                                      They always see how to waste time and they chat about they personal matters in working hours we should wait until they discussion have completed.
                                      I have account in yes bank and state bank of hyderabad but they never disrespect the customer they are very nice to us & clarifies all our douts and most importantly they respect customer.
                                      I never seen disrespect like this in my life
                                      So i finally come to conclude that i should not open a account in sbi in my life because after opening a account there they wont respond to us properly, if any one ask me to open a account in sbi account in (12916) branch i would suggest other bank but not sbi (12916).

                                      My suggestion to sbi is take action on sbi branch (12916) other wise you may loose many accounts (Or) change the staff, change the bank manager.

                                      Today i went to branch for submission of documents in bank but there employees are useless people they never care about the customer i stayed there for around 2 hours but there are not responding properly to my questions mostly there are not caring.
                                      I went to bank manager cabin to verify my documents but even though he is also useless person whom i a have seen in my carrier, when i went to his cabin i asked him very politely sir i would like to show whether this documents are enough to open account in the bank ? then he replied that i don't know about this process you can ask to employee in the bank . then i laughed like anything.
                                      I have lot of respect on a bank SBI because it is making us and India proud & i respect them .
                                      But when i went SBI branch (12916) seriously i am telling no one is eligible to work there they crack a joke to them self even customer is standing in front of them.
                                      They come late to office, they wont give respect to customer, not only me the person who comes there to withdraw or deposit they never care they come to office as they are coming to park or pick nick .
                                      They always see how to waste time and they chat about they personal matters in working hours we should wait until they discussion have completed.
                                      I have account in YES bank and State bank of Hyderabad but they never disrespect the customer they are very nice to us & clarifies all our douts and most importantly they respect customer.
                                      I never seen disrespect like this in my life
                                      So i finally come to conclude that i should not open a account in SBI in my life because after opening a account there they wont respond to us properly, If any one ask me to open a account in SBI Account in (12916) branch i would suggest other bank but not SBI(12916).

                                      My suggestion to SBI is take action on SBI branch(12916) other wise you may loose many accounts (or) change the staff, change the bank manager.

                                        I have made e payment from hdfc debit card for UP BTC EXAM through SBI gateway on 28/6/2016 & 2/7/2016.due to network issue Rs.312.65 got deducted twice from my account without e receipt.
