Charges Reversal Related: We hereby inform you that we have credited Rs.500/- and Rs.350/- plus government service tax (as per applicable charges) towards the annual Fee and payment dishonour fee, which would reflect on your statement of account dated 12/2/016.
Please note that credit towards the Government Service tax will be processed on your SBI card on the statement generation date, hence we request you to remit the payment towards the Government Service Tax levied on your account to avoid fresh accrual of charges. Excess payment received, if any will be adjusted towards future purchases on your account.
Finance Charges Reversal: We wish to inform you that we have taken note of your request vide reference number 1-4710753854 and we shall get the same resolved at the earliest.
We would be intimating you shortly on the status of the same.

they want to avoid extra workload for their sake only...they don't care about customers especially sbi yamuna vihar
& also they have so called service manager whose motive only talk rudely & unprofessionally..
i m very disappointed
i need my sbi a/c because when i apply ssc or upsc competition exams then i have to go sbi branch to pay exam fees
& sbi is very largest public sector bank in india...this kind of behaviour hurts us
please help us to sort out this issue
