          Sbi's new irctc sbi credit card has been a big pain for the new customers. The third party executives pestered for a very long period to take up the irctc sbi card. After having had the conversation, the very next day one of the executive walked to my office and completed the formality. After a couple of days they started to pester me to send my existing hdfc card details to get approval for my new card.
          It was very unprofessional to insist the customer to send the hdfc details as images through whatsapp. Further, the executives pestered me for add-ons like accident coversage policy etc. However i clearly told them, i'm not interested.
          So after a month now, i have a standing due of rs. 1500+, mind you i have not used a single rupee from the allowed credit. I have called the customer care many a times to cancel/deactivate my card.
          Now, there is no show by your executives, dear sbi. However, they are literally after one's life before selling the product. Kindly revert back and cancel my account.

          Today i received a fraud call from [protected] number. Male person told me that my ATM card is blocked, hence to activate the card please provide me Card Number, Card Expiry Date and Card CVV number. I asked him how did you came to know that my Card is blocked and he immediately disconnected the call.
          Sir Rs. 138/- has been deducted from my saving bank account as an excess DRS. No bank employee told me about these charges.
          Kindly tell me the meaning of Excess DRS charges .

            I had a tata credit card, which i got registered to in the month of feb 2013.
            After that i changed my house from murugeshpalya, bangalore to bellandur, bangalore.
            Since the credit card date expiry was in the same period, they sent me a new credit card. Now since my current address did not match the one registered there, i never received my card.
            But till date i am receiving my credit card bill. I even wrote to the company that i dont have the credit card, how can they charge me and they did acknowledge that account is closed and there is no outstanding amount.
            Even after that they kept on sending emails with amount due. They closed the account on 25/9/2015 but i am getting the credit card charges till date.

            I don't know how much has this sabotaged my credit score and the amount of harassment these guys have done is beyond measurement.

            I really would like them to stop and correct their systems. Also correct by cibil score rating by whatever percentage they have caused it to decline.

              I am Konda Venkata Ramanamma. I am pursuing my post graduation in MBA Finance at Simhapuri University, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. I have applied for SBI clerical job with the registration number[protected]. I have received the admit card and the examination date is[protected] at the venue code 25264. Unfortunately, on the same date I have MBA final exams.
              As SBI clerical exam is conducting in many phases here is my humble request, please prepone or post pone my SBI clerical exam by one week .

              I have waited for this recruitment from last 1 year. Finally the recruitment came but my exam date is coincide with my post graduation semester exams. Please consider my request and do the needful. Thanks in advance.

                On 26 april i made three transactions of 15000, 15000 and 10000 . but when i counted i recieved all 1000 rupee note but one note of 500 rupee .. overall recieved 39500 instead of 40, 000 rupees. i called on toll free number and registered complaint but they said all three transactions were successful and documents send to branch regarding this.i visited twice in branch .. but the mamnger talked rudely and said do what ever u want to do . even he did not show me documents which were sent . i sent an apllication to regional office of sbi in lucknow but letter came back to my home.
                i resquest plz take necessary action regarding this. i am mentally tortured and also wasted a lot of time in visiting branch and registering complaint. transactions no. AT[protected], AT[protected], AT[protected]. These are transactions on 26 april 2016 at 3: 52 pm

                My first ATM card is blocked. I request to my home branch( AMY.Ahiyapur) to issue a new ATM card.ATM card blocked date to till date I submitted ATM form three time but ATM card not issue.
                When I am depositing money in a non home branch why inter city charges should be levied. After all in CBS all a/cs are in inter-net only. Instead of cashier at home branch another cashier is accepting the amount and crediting in the a/c. What is called any where banking? No other bank levies such a charge.

                      I sumitra upendi a holder of sbi account no-[protected], while trying to pay for my amazon seller services, i made a transcation of rs 1969.00 on 07/03/2016 at 12:27:45 from my atm card twice and my money has been deducted second time but not credited to amazon seller service due to technical problem. So please refund my money as soon as possible. I already made complaint to sbi coustermer care they give time for return money about 45 days. But till now my money is not returned and they closed my complaint. They told me that my money is returned by my home branch.. But when i went to my home branch they me told that they dont get any messages from sbi coustermer care so how we can refund your money...

                        I recd call from [protected] and they were repeatedly asking for sbi credit card details and when asked them how they got our details they say they get details of every sbi credit card holders from sbi internal portal. So I consider there is some loop in sbi cc department. And i urge the cc customers not too share any sort o[censored]r cc/acc details with tele callers. Bank pupil never ask for card details. Please sbi cc team look at this.

                            On 7th may i contacted with ppf account dealing personal/incharge of sbi main branch ajmer branch code 603 regarding
                            1. Nomination in my ppf a/c-instead of nomination he rudely asked to me that bring your old passbooks to check. I requested them to check in your record. And requested to make nomination by my wife. But they refused to do.
                            2. I requested them to change my present address and then due to harrasment i asked to transfer my a/c for which i submitted application on 7th may16 with id proof to change the address.
                            But without changing address they have transferred my a/c. You can verify my application in which i have mentioned for my address change with copy of address proof

                              I am savings account holder in sbp, ghaziabad. Since i reside in shalimar garden extension-i, i quite often need to use sbi atm near sm world, shalimar garden. This atm is nearest to my residence. But, unfortunately this atm is non-functional most of the time. Due to which i am forced to use atm of other banks which results in unnecessary paying transaction charges.

                              Kindly do the needful to avoid this inconvenience.

                                I have got admit card of sbi clerical cadre which is going to be held on 28/05/2016. But due some problems i need change my exam center so plz suggest me.

                                The exam center i chosen before was bangalore but due to problems now i am accepting to write in gulbraga.
                                Is it possible sir if yes means plz suggest me what can i make changes to do so.

                                  My father has been cheated by fraudsters and 49900 was debited from his account.

                                  A fraudster called from [protected] telling as ATM call centre on[protected] and took my fathers SBI atm card details[protected]A/c holder name - Santosh Dhar) & otp. My father not aware of online transactions and OTP concept.

                                  Transferred Rs 4999 to his sbibuddy account.
                                  SBIBUDDY Txt id -FU[protected]
                                  PAYU Txt id -117510 and 117567
                                  transferred Rs 10000 to his pay U account and 9990 to freecharge.

                                  bank statement: POS[protected] PayU 5000.
                                  POS[protected] PayU 5000.
                                  POS 758885 WWW ACCOUNT FREECHARGEGURGAON 9990.

                                  My request to you is to track his sbibuddy account so that he could not use the amount & refund back the money to my father account.

                                  As of now, we have blocked the atm card.

                                    Sir, i am holding an account in SBI Bank Sadar Agra Utter Pradesh- with Account No:[protected] & Branch Code-2467 went for transaction on 04th of April 16 for an amount of 20000-/ from SBI ATM Agra Utter Pradesh .Due to some technical error, I couldn't receive the same amount and the money was deducted from my account. I have complained the customer care which is n AT[protected] and referred to the home SBI branch, I met the SBI Sadar branch & given the written complaint but still since 4 April 2016 I have not given the response and hold my same amount.
                                    Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regards to get my money back.
                                    Waiting for reply on urgent basis.

                                      Today i pay my semester fee by sbi collect on submiting all detail (Cvd, card no...) of my rupay card and submit on next window i get message that (Proceed with npci) then i give otp and atm pin and submit then instead of giving fee recpiet an window open with some code. And i get message
                                      Thank for a purchase worth 23511 (My fee) on pos00002690 at mpos-sbc-our-card-dr mumbai mhin txn#[protected]

                                        Dear sbi,
                                        I, dr. Marjorie marie anne correa, a resident of bangalore city have experienced an attempted fraud on the 11th of may 2016 from. The circumstances were that i was deep at work in hospital wherein a party called my number posing as an sbi bank employee, from a madhya pradesh number[protected] and another india number ([protected]) and very convincingly told me to reveal my cvv on the basis of furnishing details like name, address, account number and area code of the card.
                                        I got suspicious when they asked for my otp as well, whereupon i terminated the phone call and hot listed the card and informed the fraudulent party that i would press charges for attempted cyber theft, fraud and harassment (I received nearly twenty calls from 2 pm until the end of the work day i. E 6 pm). I would like the bank to take this racquet seriously and warn customers about this fraudulent party by disseminating the above mentioned phone numbers and taking other suitable measures to protect their employees from possible fraud.

                                        sir im nagaraju.k using state bank of india a/c with online services now i chane to mobile number because i loss my old number now i onwards register to new mobile number to my a/c and i suffering problem with my old number please sir rectified this problem
                                        Please Change my date of birth to 13-Aug-1990 As Per My 10th Certificate Record in my SBI SimplySave credit card.
                                        Sir i lossed my old mobile number now i register with new mobile number bcoz im using online services with my a/c
