Hi support team,

I had an online train ticket of 1200/ sanghamitra exp on 26-mar-2016 which was done using SBI net banking facility. I had canceled two tickets of class third ac on 25-mar-2016 at around 10.30 am.And on 28-mar-2016 the amount is refunded to my sbi account.But i haven't received the refund amount yet.

I have changed my mobile number. It is got updated in bank records. I am not receiving the OTP on my new mobile number . This has been pending from last 6 months. It is very disappointing as this has been pending from last 6 months. I have tried all the possible options with no luck. Please help on the priority. I am getting all the messages on my mobile other OTP... PLease email me how to go ahead with this

Dear sir,

I was charged the annual fee in mar-2016 but my credit card was expired in jan-16. I was not contacted to send the new card and also never received the new card as well.

I contacted to sbl customer service to reverse the fee and provide the new card to me. I haven't got the proper solution yet.

I have withdrawn the amount from Baroda Bank ATM by using the SBI Debit Card and I got the slip that Amount is successfully withdrawn but didn't receive the amount. 15 days ago i forget my atm pin, i had called to customer care and they provided me something 'IVR' facility to get atm pin on my registered mobile no, after that i got my pin but after two days my card blocked.

Debit card no [protected] not received secret pin number first time from bank . than I talk to complained centre and get new pin nunber and otp nunber on registred mobile number. First time try to transaction at ATM. but failed due to wrong pin . my account no. is [protected] .so help me what can I do....

I had SBM debit card and tried to withdraw money from Karnataka Bank Ltd., ATM, Malleswaram 15th cross, Bangalore, on 03.03.2016 . I have registered complaint and not got refund. I have registered complaint on 04.03.2016 and remained again on 22.03.2016. They are saying they have not got refund and hence not debited to my account.
