I had opened a ppf account no.22840 in p. A. U. Ludhiana post office on 10/02/2005. I have transferred this account to s. B. I. G. T. Delhi road ludhiana on 22/06/2015. An amount of rs.263502/- (Rs. Two lakh sixty three thousand five hundred two only) has been transferred to my new sbi ppf account no.[protected] in the name of sarvjit singh thakur on 07/07/2015 vide cheque no.400168. At the end of the financial year[protected] an interest of rs.17023/- (Rs. Seventeen thousand twenty three only) has been credited to my account on 31/03/2016. The interest for the period april 2015 to july 2015 (Four months) has not been credited. Please do the needful

A ATM situated at Rajkanika, Kendrapara, Odisha has always money loading problem.
The money in this atm always finished in just one day always since few years.But still SBI not install new ATM.
And always the atm in a heavy rush.
And in Rajkanika all the atm does not have working air conditioning.
So kindly i request SBI to install new ATM.
Sbi has problems with her online website access.
Branch gives a new kit with user id and password. That doesn't work at all and keeps locking the account.
Branch is helpless and have no clue on how to solve this.
If I call the helpline, they keep asking me to visit the branch.
I have visited branch twice and nothing happens

I have recived my ATM card in post last 2month ago, but I don't recived my secret code. Please help...
No action has been taken by the bank authorities. Problem is not resolved yet.

      i, m a having a sbi account number in SBI, chamba tehri garhwal. have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob numbe to [protected]

        Dear sir, regards. I have deposited account payee sbi cheque no.447596 of sbi rk puram new delhi into my sbi saving a/c no.[protected] on 02 may 2016 at sbi ra branch ambala cantt. But unfortunately said cheque not yet credited to my account. Kindly confirm the status please and when it shall be credited to my account? Otherwise let me know the process to whom shall i meet or write?

          I have been informed at the time of issuing card that gift voucher is equivalent to your membership fee of rs. 5000/-. Which i was charged at the beginning & i paid this amount.

          To get this voucher, sbi send me sms & ask to select the partners for which you want to redeem your voucher of rs. 5000/-. Have selected jabong & they issued me voucher pin for jabong voucher worth rs. 5000/- by sms on 20.04.2016.

          I have use this voucher to purchase from jabong site & purchase worth rs. 2000/- in first transaction, after i was try to purchase other goods. It shows that this voucher is not valid.

          Have raise the complaint against ref no. 1-[protected] & got call from your executive. But the reason he provided is not satisfactory.

          Sbi card inform me that we are unable to provide you the replacement of the jabong voucher as voucher can only be used for 1 single transaction, any value pending in the voucher post the transaction would be forfeited.

          We would request to click on the link given below for checking the terms and conditions for the jabong voucher.

          However, same was not provided at the time of voucher pin sent to me by sms on my registered mobile no.

          So, how could customer know about the terms n condition???

            I have sb account [protected] with your 02627 branch - vadodara ajwa road which is transferred to vadodara vrindavan char rasta, waghodia road branch. Without asking or informing about any charges, a rs. 115/- is debited to my sb account. Had it been chargeable, i would not have gone for transfer.

            I have inquired with other sbi branch where it is told to me that the transfer is free of cost. Also, i am maintaining sufficient balance in sb account which you can verify. Please get it reversed / return to my account.

              Sir,
              I had taken Home Loan from SBI Bavdhan Branch Pune in 2009.Home loan account No. [protected]. I have been paying monthly installment regularly through ECS from my savings A/C at Bank of Maharashtra, Tillak Road, Branch, Pune. I cleared the entire loan amount I asked for certificate to that effect, stopping of ECS installment letter, and getting back my original papers. The concerned lady over there told me that bank would send it by post withing a week. When I enquired it was told to me that there was technical problem to close the account, which is yet to solve after 15 days. NOw my monthly installment will be debited to my savings account of 10 the of this month.

              My son Pankaj Purandare had taken Education loan from SBI. Senapati Bapat Road Branch, Pune. When I gave a cheque to clear the entire remaining amount of education loan to the concenred lady, she kept cheque with her for two days and then told me to pay two days' interest on the remaining amount. I had to pay it. It seems to me that hypothe cation of the education loan on Flat, for which I took above home loan; is not vacated or cleared. Now what I should do. I am sr. citizen and the Bavdhan Branch is 15 kms from my home. Pl. help me.

                I deposited a local cheque for Rs1, 50, 000/- in the drop box on 2/5/2016and the same was cleared on 4/5/2016 by Canara Bank, Gandhinagar br, Hyderabad. However after repeated reminders the amount was credited to my PPF account( on 6/5/2016. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service as I have lost interest o the tune of Rs1012.50 as date of reckoning for interest calculation for PPF accounts is 5th of every month. I request you to look into the matter and correct the date of credit into my PPF account as 4/5 of May 2016

                    I have received call from [protected] this no on today (06/05/2016) one lady was talked to me and introduce herself as whaaky team member, that asked for my card no and otp for transfer of money, and i have done it but the money rs.2, 350/- and rs.2, 650/- was debited from my account, so please take necessary action against this dirty, kinldy revert the money, please do the needful. Kindly take necessary action against this she was frauds. Even beggers and brothels are far better, because they will not cheering anyone, but this dirty is very cunning, and very cheeper than beggers and brothels, kindly track their address.

                    Just because of irresponsibility indian consumer complaint forum people losing their money after posting the complaint we are getting the fraud calls (+91-[protected]) asking about our credit card number and registering us on sbi buddy and get transferring the money,, why don't you keep some privacy about our complaint so no one other then concern person or a company can see our details.


                    People thinking this site is helpful but i don't think so it is true because this is the new way to stole the money from innocent peoples.

                    Please do not post your bank detail and do not share with anyone at any cost.

                      Today, my wife got a fake call from [protected] and mentioned to be an employ of SBI and he will arrange a new debit card of my account in SBT. He wanted to reconfirm the existing Debit card number from my wife that was unfortunately shared. We later checked from the bank around 10.30 am and found fraud already done.

                      An amount of Rs 50k has been withdrawn by the impostor using my debit card number n the details are marked tick in the attachment for your ready reference. There are seven transactions while withdrawing the money.

                      There seems to be a team of impostors operating such racket. I request your support to find out the fake caller and take strict necessary action for recovery of the amount.

                        Sir, i want to bring it to your kind notice that on 06/05/2016 i received a call from the no :[protected] and his name is sudhesh kumar(He told me his personnal number also [protected]) conforming that i am calling on behalf of sbi credit card division. You are using our credit card and having maintained a good track record of your credit card and having earned reward points in your account, on the basis of which our company has decided to issue one more card absolutely free of cost known as world discount card kindly confirm the particulars printed on your existing credit card because on new card the data must be same as printed on your existing credit card . In this way he obtained all particulars from me on phone.When i tried to refuse him by saying that why i should tell you my confidential details he further stated that for matching your particulars i am sending you a six digit number on your phone. He send this six digit number on my phone and ask me to confirm the same. He further confirmed that no charges will be debited to your credit card account or no rewads points will be redeemed against this transaction . Immediately i got a message on my phone that rs 7839/- was spend on your sbi credit card on 06/05/2016 at shopzapos_epaykerela sbipg in . When i object about this he said it will not possible to revert money to my account.
                        I immediately report this matter to sbi customer center and they said the transaction has been done and if the merchandise will not claim the money it will revert to your account i said them pls stop the payment they said that if the merchandise will claim then i will have to raised the dispute.

                        So kindly help me sir in stoping the payment

                        I had the same thing happen to me today. Someone called Inderjeet Rana claiming to be from SBI Card team called and they seemed to have all my credit card details. Looks like someone has stolen some database as they had my card numbers, the transactions that i had done and the payment that I had made. The same technique used above was used and I got charged Rs 7924. These guys are pros and sent me an email as well as text message with a code which seemed so genuine as to come from SBI Card saying that otherwise I will not be able to use my card.

                        I tried calling SBI customer service but there is no prompt to reach a call centre agent. I would like to dispute this charge as it was fraudulently taken from me. How do I do that?

                              Sir,
                              I took VRS on 30/01/2016. I had served the bank for 29 years and 11 months. I have received my part terminal funds but part funds is not yet paid to me. Mr STDRs of Rs. 12, 80, 000/- is marked lien on the pretext that my housing loan (under staff Ind Hsg Loan) is pending at Baroda Main branch and my VRS is subject to clearance of all bank's dues.
                              Since my HTL is approved upto the age of 75 years, and VRS people are now covered under the scheme, cannot it be my right to continue my Housing Loan be extended and may be recovered from my Pension income. For last three months the matter is pending with RBO VI, with AGM Saparia sir and HR Manager Vohania sir. I retired from Pavi Jetpur branch as an Asst. Manager (0561).

                              Please help me to get my loan extended till the age of 75 years and may be recovered from my pension income. As such I have not opted for commutation, realizing to make the monthly deduction of my Housing loan.

                              Please resolve the issue at the earliest to enable me to get my deposit refunded for my personal use. I don't want to lose my capital of my terminal benefits. I want to retain the capital with me for my retirement life, and shall be glad to make the monthly payment of my HTL of Rs. 1200000/- which will also benefit me for Tax saving purpose. Please help.

                                I'm SBI credit card owner. Thay have charged me twice the annual fees in a bills statement of 15th march, 2016 & 15th April, 2016. Though, i had already done payment in April according to the March billing statement. With respect to that i had call with their customer care center on 18th April with ref. no. 1-[protected] and had discussion with their executive. As per discussion she assured me that it will not repeat again and I'll get the message about reversal of transaction. But it didn't happen so far. Also i have not received any message context to the above said matter.
                                Again, i have received sms for payment of April billing statement, stating to pay Annul fee. Hence, i tried to reach again to their customer care and had discussion with executive with Ref. no. 1-[protected] and according to her i have to make payment for minimum amount to avoid late fee charges.
                                Now, i need an explanation that why should i pay this amount as i has already paid the annul fees. Also, i need written communication from SBI credit card department that this incident will not repeat in future.

                                    Being the best and the most important nationalised bank of the country in which almost every household has a savings account, the technical facilities are poorly maintained

                                    the SBI, Padmanabhanagar Branch has the machine where one can automatically update their bar coded Passbooks but it seems to be out of service since months now ... there is no action or steps taken by them to fix the issue and they expect people to wait in que for minutes for update a passbook ... and when asked why the machine is not fixed even after months, they dont seem to bother about it and they say that no one has a problem standing in the 'Q' all day except for you ... no professionalism whatsoever

                                    they had closed the whole atm room itself saying 'out of service' which included a ATM, Cash Depost Machine and Cheque Deposit Machine... all these services were closed for about a month and its recently reopnend

                                    kindly take action against these people who dont seem to bother to get the technical issues resolved and take people for granted expecting them to wait all day for a transaction which could have been done in seconds using any of the above mentioned machines

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice, that i had really a shattering experience with sbi branch manager wardhman nagar, nagpur (30425). I have been holding an account with sbi for last 3 years and never had faced such empathetic behavior.
                                      Sir i had applied for a online ppf account (Cif no. [protected]) and submitted document and form at branch on 09 april 2016 but till date the account has not been opened, i have already submitted duly filed ppf account opening form but now the concerned bank official has misplaced my form and said offline form fill on continuous perusal the said branch manager is asking me go to another branch and open your account we are unable to do the same.

                                      Am sure such things do happen but u should see to it that keeping such immature and childish bank managers are going to spoil your banks credibility and such a behavior’s from at least a bank manager it just not acceptable as it’s a very responsible position.
