Sir, on dated 30 th march 2016 I recharge my Bsnl number [protected] wih 50 rupees through SBI freedom And recharge amount debited from my account with transaction id[protected] .But I did not get my recharge due to technical problem and I did not get my money reverse .

    I have deposited 20, 000 in( sbi palam, new delhi) cash deposited machine, suddenly collecting of cash sound stopped and screen showed that your last txn has been failed please contact to branch manager. and after my turn another person also do the same and got the same response. i talked to security guard than he replied that ' this is daily common problem". if this is major problem of machine than why sbi is using this type of system. machine is made for urgent work, if this kind of happening is going than we don't need your facility.

      Sir, even after repeated request branch of sbi sikandarpur, gurgaon not yet contacted to me nor any reply reg debit of emi of car loan received to me so far. Further, i have also intimated my mobile no. To branch office i.E [protected]. I have also made request to branch through email to debit my emi amount from my sbi account through ecs but till date no amount has been debited from my account. Therefore, delay and non debited of emi i will not be responsible.

        I am writing this grievance to bring to your kind notice that i am having savings account bearing number [protected] in state bank of india with its branch located in saket. I have been facing problem related to different types of otp which i should receive on my registered mobile number linked to my account which is [protected] as per the nature of my transaction. I have visited the branch also regarding this problem earlier and i was told that the problem will be resolved but nothing has happened after that visit. I also called on the branch numbers which are 29552548, 29555895 several times but to my surprise no one is bothered to pick up the phone and when the phone is picked up by mistake it is not answered and after that when the number is dialed again it gives busy tone. I have complained in sbi cc also regarding the above mentioned issue vide follwing complaint dockets which are os[protected], os[protected], os[protected], os[protected] and os[protected]. To my surprise on all the occassions complaints are being closed without doing the needful and the problem remains. It is therefore requested that kindly do the needful if the problem can be resolved or i can be notified so i can get my account closed immediately and open my savings account in some other bank so as to avoid any further inconvenience which has been caused to me due to this issue.

                Sir,
                from my saving bank account [protected], SBI, CCL Campus Ranchi, deduction Rs .DOM Surcharge/ Tips, 11.24, 36.20, 12.83, 14.25, 28.50 etc, on different dates i.e. between the period 22.05.2015 to 15.11.2015.
                Therefore, my request is that please stop the said deduction from my saving bank account as I have not given any consent in this regard to the SBI authority.

                  During my sb a/c opening i was having debit card no.[protected].
                  In augest 2014 to till date i am using new debit card no.[protected]
                  As the 1st above one is damaged by blocked the same.

                  But till now you are charging annual fees for the 1st card on 26.2.15 rs.112.36 and on 13.2.16 rs.114.50 .
                  This was informed to your toll free no [protected] 4 days back.No response.
                  Kindly look look into the matter and reverse the same.

                    I wished to transfer my savings bank account (A/C no: [protected]) from Roorkee (SBIN0001069), Uttarakhand to Railway line, Solapur(SBIN001656), Maharashtra, as I am working there.
                    But the Solapur branch are not accepting my application and advising me to go to my home branch for the same.
                    I have read that now going to your home branch is not necessary for transferring an account. Kindly advice.

                      1. The matter of rewards redemption has been repeated again and again to SBI cards through email as well as by personally informing their customer care on tele. I don't understand what is their problem comprehending
                      the issue. As a last resort I am now posting this complaint in public domain.
                      2. This is a long pending issue of redemption of reward points.
                      3. Let me repeat the problem for here with hope that SBI Credit Cards tries to comprehend it:-
                      (a) I had redeemed my Reward Points on 29 Oct 2015 (Please read that it is the issue of 29 Oct 2015 and not of any other date) for "TWO" vouchers of Shoppers Stop of Rs 500 each.
                      (b) I received one of the vouchers for Rs 500 with e-voucher code ending with 4367 on 31 Oct. The same has
                      been dispatched by them always whenever I rake up the issue with SBI Cards. The other e- voucher code has never been sent & is STILL awaited repeat the
                      second voucher of Rs 500 has never been given, reward points for which have been already deducted from
                      my points balance. The same can be confirmed from my rewards redemption history as the Rs
                      500 voucher says QUANTITY TWO.
                      4. This has now been a long pending complaint with now close to 180 days passing of the same having elapsed.
                      5. Since SBI Cards has found it difficult to resolve even after my repeated complaints, it is time now I have raised the level of the complaint
                      and posted it on the public domain as this has now taken form of HARASSMENT.

                        Hi,
                        I have taken a house loan of 2885129/-from SBI. When I checked my Loan statement, I found that 13589/- has been deducted from my Loan account on 23-MAR-16 towards payment of home insurance premium.
                        I have never opted for any kind of Home Insurance Policy.
                        At first, I was unable to understand how the amount got debited from my account when I have never issued any cheque.

                        Please help me in getting the money back. My policy number - 4205403.

                        I have 173K amount pending in my loan account and I will be able to close my loan in JUN-16 and and i don't want to take any further insurance.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I am Ashish Jain and having a saving account no [protected] since 2007 in Rohtak Hissar Road Branch.
                          there was a amount in my account which is Debited from my above said account with rs 96621 on 02.03.2016 which i got to know from bank when i have visited the branch for my pass book complition for which i have not got any intimation and SMS on my registered mobile no.
                          when i approached to branch manage for this then he told me that i have to call to customer care for the same.
                          today i have contacted to Customer care where at first instance Padma was there who told me that she is not able to tell anything but when she transfer the line to Mr. Arun who is senior supervisor he also told that he is not able to check any details and i have to visit the branch.
                          i request you all please look into for this complaint and arrange for return of my money ASAP.
                          2nd issue have came into my notice last week when i was logging in through online portal site was not accepting my password.
                          this can only be my apprehension that it is related to above mentioned issue rest you can analyse this.

                            I am having a saving account in SBI lucknow branch & I want to transfer this account from Lucknow To Uttrakhand Haldwani Branch as i shifted there,
                            I have submitted an application to Haldwani branch manager in this regard but now after more than one month manager is telling they have courier the doucument to SBI branch lucknow & now lucknow branch has to do & haldwani branch can not do anything in this regards, Please help & let us know what should i do.

                                  Hello team,
                                  I applied for sbi credit card in jan mid but i never received the card from sbi.I have few sms from sbi till feb end saying that my card is approved but when i check my application status in sbi website i can see that my card application is rejected.I have exchanged few e-mails with sbi team but never got a satisfactory answers from them.However situation got worse when recently i applied for a personal loan in hsbc bank, they informed me that sbi has included my name in cibil default list of inr 571. I informed the same with sbi but it seems sbi representatives generally takes 2-3 days minimum for even answering a small query.Team i need your help to get the problem solved & get my name excluded from cibil default list.

                                    I had approached state bank of india, adyar branch nri on 14th march 2016 regarding restructuring of home loan for 12 months as per the rbi circular due to floods at chennai. Based on rbi submission to high court of madras. The council also produced the copy of the circular issued on 18th december 2015 to court.

                                    Based on this i approached the bank, they said they are unaware of such circulars, and said they will confirm from head quarters. It is almost 12 days no response till date. Where has indian bank, cmda branch, egmore immediately agreed and took the application of my friend and passed for restructure of his home loan.

                                    Rq to take action against the concerned officer for not aware of the circulars issued by rbi which was produced to high court of madras

                                      But first transaction of rs. 20000(Twenty thousand)was successful but in second transaction which is rs. 15000(Fifteen thousand)inserted to cdm but not credited to my account nor returned .

                                        I arvind kumar sharma services in cisf and in 2011 i was posted to cis[censored]nit rsp rourkela. In february 2011 i was taken a personal loan from sbi bisra chowk branch rs.250000/-. As per agreement 60 month continually installment deducted from my account at rate of per month rs.5986/ my loan already completed in february 2016 but in march also deducted rs. 5986/-. Why ? Please check the matter and take action as far as possible.My s/a no is.[protected].
