Dear concern,

I have wrote many emails for settlement due to upgrade cards to signature after that made complaint to withdraw annual fees charges inr 4999 because i do not want to take any welcome vouchers instead of inr 4999.Again they have degraded card to platinum and added annual fees inr 2999 and deducted inr 4999.
I have stopped the payment since december, 15 /january, 16 after resolve issue i have to make payment with my cards.

Since they have not decided and added non-stop charges.

I am here declared that i will not make any single penny in this regards to close this card.

Anyway i am awaiting final settlement value after withdraw all the additional charges. After that i have to think how to close.

Otherwise i have to submit suit in this regards in consumer court to finalize the payable amount.

    I had opened a saving bank account in SBI IIT Delhi. On 17/03/2016 i got a message from SBI that Hold for 200000 lakh created in account. On 23/03/16 when a checked my account i shocked it shows 1, 49500 in negative. they deduct all the amount from my account. my account is student account. i have not taken any loan from bank. they deduct it without any prior information. from 23- 27 bank are closed due to holidays and i am stuck in my hostel without money, they ruined my holi vaccation. i want my money back as soon as possible.

        I have seen many times. During TATKAL ticketing, the SBI payment is about to complete but because of their poor maintenance of servers, causes payment failures. I know SBI officers are bad people and illiterates. They should be arrested and hanged to death. Only then next generation SBI officers will keep everything in perfect manner.

                Improper atm transaction

                I complaint on 24th of february for improper atm transaction as i withdrawal 40000 rs and i only got 36000 from atm machine, i raised complaint 3 times at online and home branch also and also mailed to [protected]@rbi.Org.In
                Cc: agmcustomer.[protected]@sbi.Co.In but i still did not get any resolution for this case. They are not replying even on mail....

                My atm cum debit card is lost and so that unable to operate my sbi debit card from any atm machine.

                I have already contacted in branch.

                  I went to sbi debra branch manager to avail a locker fascility.but he told me to invest 2.50lacs in sbi life insurance policy to get locker.according to RBI rules, there are no such rules...I need help and want to take legal action against the branch manager.

                    On 19-3-16 only one counter was working. Too rush. The Manager was chatting in his room. when questioned he throw the telephone on a me. The CC TV footage between 12.30 to 13.00 hrs in his room and also near the entrance is the proof how unethically the manager behaved. I am ready for a confronted enquiry. Please arrange. [protected]

                        I, Mr. Jay Desai, like to inform you that approx in year 2004 I had applied for SBI Credit Card but till date I had not received the same.Unfortunately from Couple of last few months I am receiving a call from executive by stating that there is a due of Rs. 36000/- on behalf of SBI Credit Card
                        Because of above incidence I am geeting mental as well as physical heracement.

                        I am Thankful to you because yesterday get a call @ 4:05pm from +[protected] to resolve my concern as inform to you earlier.

                        Thank you very much for your kind support. I get a call from executive of SBI CREDIT CARD from +[protected] to resolve my concern.

                        Their executive had verbally inform that even I hadn't received any SBI CREDIT CARD or which is issued on the name of Anil Gandhi (Laxmi Electronics) with Different Registered Mobile No in the data (as mention in my trailer mails) but showing Due of Rs. 34500/- on behalf of same. That could be resolved with Payment of Rs. 11500/- to avoid physical as well as mental harassment.

                        For the same executive is going to mail me an approval letter stating that I, Mr. Jay Narendra Desai, don't have any pending due nor I am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD.

                        It's very heart fail to write that I had only apply for SBI CREDIT CARD in 2004 & till date neither I had received SBI CREDIT CARD nor any body could able to provide me details (like Credit Card No / Statement / Usage Detail / POD of Delivery Of Credit card). Apart from this name had been communicated ie Anil Gandhi (Laxmi Electronics) along with other mobile no registered in data.

                        On the above, due was showing of Rs. 34, 877.70/- on the same credit card which has Damaged My CIBIL instead of Anil Gandhi. Apart from it the time is given only of 1 day ie 29.03.2016, today, to pay amount of Rs. 11500/- for Write Off from CIBIL as well as other relevant firms, call by Executive from +[protected].

                        First I had issued a cheque (Pl find the attachment with this) as mention in letter (pl find the attachment). After half an same executive had informed me through +[protected] that compulsory I have to do online transaction which I had did (attachment of screen shot) by stop payment of cheque which is already in Dropbox of SBI (SBIN0005098) & might be getting back day after tomorrow.

                        I sincerely request you to give me CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE stating that I am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD along with Refund in terms of CASH BACK for such mental / physical / financial harassment.

                        As mentioned in Trailer mail I had paid the amount as mention in letter (attachment) even though neither I had received Any SBI CREDIT CARD nor I had received statement of the same / delivery proof (POD) @ my residence . The different mobile no has been registered in data.

                        So sincerely I am requesting you to give me a CLEANRANCE CERTIFICATE stating that I am not holding ANY SBI CREDIT CARD along with Reimbursement of the amount because of Mental / Physical / Financial Harassment.

                        As per my earlier mail I got a reply from SBI CREDIT CARD that I am not having due with SBI CREDIT CARD while I had paid the amount of Rs. 11500/- (find the attachment of receipt) as mention in letter from SBI CREDIT CARD (find the attachment of letter) with out receiving SBI CREDIT CARD.                         We would request you to contact our helpline and follow the below mentioned steps in order to change the mobile number on your SBI card account or you can also update the same online as per the below procedure. You would require OTP to update your mobile number which will be sent to your existing mobile number registered with us.

                        IVR:

                        Step 1 – Call helpline and choose option 03 in level 02 for Mobile Number Updation and press 1 to generate OTP
                        Step 2- Enter 16 digit card number, DOB( DD MM YYYY), Card expiry date( MM YY) to generate OTP.
                        Step 3- If information entered in Step 2 is correct, OTP will be sent to your old registered mobile number

                          This card is very worst and cheating the customer..
                          I just want to cancel TATA Credit card. These guys are never care about customers. They charged me FIN charges though I had refund before due date. My refund was around 25k and I didn't want to pay 25K and get refund to my account from merchant.I have tried to call the customer care no and its IVR which never directs me to customer care rep (there is no option for reaching cust. care rep). So I mailed customer care and received pre-text reply saying the bill was not paid before due date. I replied to that mail explaining my issue and never got a response. Then I escalated to Level-1 to [protected]@tatacard.com. No response from them. Now, I have escalated to Level-2 to [protected]@sbicard.com. I hope they respond to this level-2 escalation.

                          All I need now is, I want to cancel this TATA credit card and get a peace of mind. But I have explored few options which I do not expect them work correctly. All the customer care nos are not proper which will allow me to talk to somebody in customer care.

                                I am very much dissatisfied by callous attitude of SBI. I made a complaint about a subject..The complaint ticket no. isOP[protected].on19/03/2016 they informed me.that my complaint is closed after resolution as under 'Please lodge your complaint through Mobile Banking category for early redressal.The problem of the complainant is as it is and they have closed it at their end.This is the style of a govt. bank where no body is bothered for the satisfaction of the customer.Let the customers close their accounts the job of bank people is safe.The help line is useless.It doesn't help at all and creates confusion. I think this is the worst bank of India

                                    I had a check from 'The Bank of New York Mellon', Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania worth $666.90
                                    I went to the home branch which is located at Sahakar Nagar, Pune. The bank tellers/employees there told me that they do not handle forex related transactions and I should go to the branch at Deccan. I requested them to that transaction but they simply denied. I had to go to the Deccan branch and the employees there, even the bank manager told me that this transaction must be done by the home branch. I requested them to deposit it there, but they said they had a conversation with the concerned person at Sahakar Nagar and I should go back there. When I again went to my local branch, those people were struggling for a lot of time finding how that can be done. I told them to take their own time and not making me sit there waiting for them to handle that transaction.
                                    Please, make sure that at least one person in every branch is technically sound and can deal with the responsibilities assigned to them. Simply because, they do not know how to do some transaction, they should not trouble the customer making to and fro rounds in other branches.
                                    I hope you will take this request into account and make sure that your staff is well trained and customers do not get disappointed.

                                      I have visited SBI Supaul, Bihar Main Branch on 15th of March between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM . I have a Savings Account in SBI Main Branch Supaul Bihar . I stay in Bangalore and my native place is Sukhpur, Supaul .
                                      I don’t often visit my native I came here after many years. I coudn't submitted my KYC form because I was not here in town . My account became inactive and I was unable to do any transaction from my account . My ATM Card is also inactive .

                                      On above mentioned time and date I went to SBI Supaul main branch and I asked banking staffs / officers to help me to activate my account but surprisingly most of officers cabin was looked including Branch Manager's Mr. Vikash . I saw everything was very unorganized and most of staffs were very arrogant .

                                      I went to other counters and explained my situation but they said go and meet Account officer he sits in ground floor . I went there and requested Mr. N.K.Thakur to help me with this problem firstly he told me go outside and wait .

                                      I was waiting after half an hour I went again and requested Mr. Thakur . He said he can help but he want 200/- (two hundred) rupees cash for that. I asked him for a receipt he said no receipt he will given .

                                      I said why I should give money to him that is his job and bank is paying him for that . He started shouting on me. He abused me and he has used absurd language . His behaviour was very rude, unprofessional and unaccepted from any Banking Officer . He told me get out from Bank otherwise he will call cops to arrest me saying that I am robber .

                                      I went to first floor and checked one person was there in cabin I explained everything to him he again asked me to go and meet Mr. Thakur .

                                      I came to ground floor again and saw a board where Mr. Sujit Guha’s Chef Manager’s no was displayed[protected] . I thought let him call and inform everything. I called him one lady attended the call and informed this is wrong no and that was some other agency . I was surprised . How can a Bank display wrong no . That was really unaccepted .

                                      Again I saw Branch Manager's Mr. Vikash's no which was also displayed on same board and called him and informed everything and complained about Mr. Thakur’s misbehaviour. He told me he is not there in Bank and outside attending a meeting .He said he will speak to another officer Mr. Pushkar (Field Officer ). He will will help .

                                      After my call Mr. Pushkar came and requested to sit in his cabin. I explained him my problem. He asked me for supporting documents which I was carrying with me . I filled a form and submitted photocopy of ID and PAN card, within few minutes he did everything and told link is fail so he will update soon in system .

                                      Next day I had flight for Bangalore so I rushed to sukhpur and told him to mail me and update me status.

                                      What I observed that your SBI Supaul branch was very unorganized, most of staffs are not ready to talk to customers . They are pampered and habituated to hear “BABU” “SARKAR” “MALIK” “SIR” they misbehave with poor villagers who come to Bank for Banking . They are very unprofessional, most of the time they use absurd or rude language with customers .

                                      I request you take strict action against Mr. N.K. Thakur, Deputy Manager Accounts
                                      So that that will become a lesson to other staffs .

                                      I feel Banking services should be more public friendly, clean and professional specially in villages if we really want a developed nation .
