Complain in respect non wanted messges receiving on my no [protected] from the date 28/02/2016 of deducting rupees in my account
And i want to knowledge i have no account in sbi...

I made a call on sbi customer care on 2nd march 2016 at 8:43p.m by my mob. No. [protected],
The customer care executive was using abusive words and doing misbehave.
He didn't tell me his real name and misguide me.
Please take action against the executive....

Hi SBI Credit Card auto debits bulk amount from my Savings Account (which is in SBI PBB) without my permission. i have not given approval, still they are debiting large value putting me into risk without checking with me on balance. i would have issued Post dated cheques and this act of SBI card is putting me into risky situation. Recently Rs 3202 has been deducted from my SBI saving bank account without my approval. I have contaced my SBI home branch and was been informed that the money has been deducted for my insurance SBI Saral Swadhan plus which I never got notified. I have dropped a letter TI the branch manager and he's Least concern about it so I contacted SBI consumer care and that' was a nightmare for me .

Later I contacted my Insurance company...

Today i went at state bank of india muktanand branch in vadodara city to open an a/c and met ms. Chhaya D. Shah and ask her to open my a/c and she ask me to get out and said you can not open an a/c over here. You can open an a/c at your nearest area branch only. Well i know there is no such rule in sbi, but then also i went out of there and contacyed my rearest area branch and they replied me they can not open...

This is in from to u that I have a creadit card of SBI. But problem is there they are sending me wrong statement from last 5 month.Everytime am calling for my statement correction but his customers care executive not respond ing properly & told me Hindi version caller not available. After that am wrote a mail to his concern dept. They are called me two time in this month.but still problem not resolved...

As Details given below, after the transaction of CRPF extra money as inb commision was sdecucted from my SBI account without my authorization on the next day. kindly do the nedful to prevent any such incidences in future and to return my unnecessarily deducted money to my account.

I'm unable to use my debit card for online transactions. Every time I try to pay money via debit card it shows "payment denied my the bank". I went to bank but they didn't understand and said everything is fine with my card....
