Sir i was going to my bank account branch for printing my passbook and he also print my passbook then my passbook page are full for printing transaction statements so branch employees reissues new passbook then i was checking my statement he charged me ₹229 on same day[protected] for duplicate passbook but i can't issue duplicate passbook so why he was charged me? Please help me and find the attachment help me as soon as possible for returned my amount to my bank account

    I am an sbi account holder from itanagar branch.Whenever i try to make payments online using my debit/atm card it shows that the otp has been sent to mobile no. Ending with 7448 but i dont know who's no. And how it got registered with my account... So please kindly change my no. To [protected] as im in gauhati and cant miss the classes. My account no. Is [protected] and card no. [protected]

      I am very much dissatisfied by callous attitude of SBI. I made a complaint about a subject..The complaint ticket no. isOP[protected].on19/03/2016 they informed me.that my complaint is closed after resolution as under 'Please lodge your complaint through Mobile Banking category for early redressal.The problem of the complainant is as it is and they have closed it at their end.This is the style of a govt. bank where no body is bothered for the satisfaction of the customer.Let the customers close their accounts the job of bank people is safe.The help line is useless.It doesn't help at all and creates confusion. I think this is the worst bank of India

          To, the Head Person,
          I had a check from 'The Bank of New York Mellon', Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania worth $666.90
          I went to the home branch which is located at Sahakar Nagar, Pune. The bank tellers/employees there told me that they do not handle forex related transactions and I should go to the branch at Deccan. I requested them to that transaction but they simply denied. I had to go to the Deccan branch and the employees there, even the bank manager told me that this transaction must be done by the home branch. I requested them to deposit it there, but they said they had a conversation with the concerned person at Sahakar Nagar and I should go back there. When I again went to my local branch, those people were struggling for a lot of time finding how that can be done. I told them to take their own time and not making me sit there waiting for them to handle that transaction.
          Please, make sure that at least one person in every branch is technically sound and can deal with the responsibilities assigned to them. Simply because, they do not know how to do some transaction, they should not trouble the customer making to and fro rounds in other branches.
          I hope you will take this request into account and make sure that your staff is well trained and customers do not get disappointed.

            Dear Sir/Madam

            I have visited SBI Supaul, Bihar Main Branch on 15th of March between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM . I have a Savings Account in SBI Main Branch Supaul Bihar . I stay in Bangalore and my native place is Sukhpur, Supaul .
            I don’t often visit my native I came here after many years. I coudn't submitted my KYC form because I was not here in town . My account became inactive and I was unable to do any transaction from my account . My ATM Card is also inactive .

            On above mentioned time and date I went to SBI Supaul main branch and I asked banking staffs / officers to help me to activate my account but surprisingly most of officers cabin was looked including Branch Manager's Mr. Vikash . I saw everything was very unorganized and most of staffs were very arrogant .

            I went to other counters and explained my situation but they said go and meet Account officer he sits in ground floor . I went there and requested Mr. N.K.Thakur to help me with this problem firstly he told me go outside and wait .

            I was waiting after half an hour I went again and requested Mr. Thakur . He said he can help but he want 200/- (two hundred) rupees cash for that. I asked him for a receipt he said no receipt he will given .

            I said why I should give money to him that is his job and bank is paying him for that . He started shouting on me. He abused me and he has used absurd language . His behaviour was very rude, unprofessional and unaccepted from any Banking Officer . He told me get out from Bank otherwise he will call cops to arrest me saying that I am robber .

            I went to first floor and checked one person was there in cabin I explained everything to him he again asked me to go and meet Mr. Thakur .

            I came to ground floor again and saw a board where Mr. Sujit Guha’s Chef Manager’s no was displayed[protected] . I thought let him call and inform everything. I called him one lady attended the call and informed this is wrong no and that was some other agency . I was surprised . How can a Bank display wrong no . That was really unaccepted .

            Again I saw Branch Manager's Mr. Vikash's no which was also displayed on same board and called him and informed everything and complained about Mr. Thakur’s misbehaviour. He told me he is not there in Bank and outside attending a meeting .He said he will speak to another officer Mr. Pushkar (Field Officer ). He will will help .

            After my call Mr. Pushkar came and requested to sit in his cabin. I explained him my problem. He asked me for supporting documents which I was carrying with me . I filled a form and submitted photocopy of ID and PAN card, within few minutes he did everything and told link is fail so he will update soon in system .

            Next day I had flight for Bangalore so I rushed to sukhpur and told him to mail me and update me status.

            What I observed that your SBI Supaul branch was very unorganized, most of staffs are not ready to talk to customers . They are pampered and habituated to hear “BABU” “SARKAR” “MALIK” “SIR” they misbehave with poor villagers who come to Bank for Banking . They are very unprofessional, most of the time they use absurd or rude language with customers .

            I request you take strict action against Mr. N.K. Thakur, Deputy Manager Accounts
            So that that will become a lesson to other staffs .

            I feel Banking services should be more public friendly, clean and professional specially in villages if we really want a developed nation .

Yesterday(18/03/2016 at 6:45 pm ) a call came to my mobile and he said that he called for my card renewal so i gave my card details and a amount of rs. 5000(Five thousand rupee) was deducted from my a/c no-[protected] ifsc code sbin0002852 . And a message was come to my mobile and there written as thank you for using sbi debit card 519***7699for a purchase of worth rs 5000 on pos 50000382at sbibuddy mumbai mahin txn# ft[protected]
              Plz. Check that this transition was for whom. I have already complaint on police for this froud so plz. Help.If you get any information then inform me on following deatail-girja shankar patel mob-[protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                  I have absolutely given up on my complaint and not expecting it to be resolved. The purpose of this is to ensure that no customer falls for this scam again and doesnt trust these :joint venture type cards where neither of the brands (Two behemoths in this case: sbi & tata) take responsibility:
                  - i was hit with an insane finance charge on my card (Rs 10k approx) revolving a partial amount (Paying way more than the min amount mind you)
                  - after asking for a breakup of how this was calculated, my nightmare started
                  I have not even been contacted once; the customer service jokers keep saying we tried to contact you
                  - their call centre is to be seen to be believed. Enter complaint number...Sorry complaint number doesnt exist

                      Mr dhansukh surti in the branch of danapith muncipal corporation of ahmedabad, ahmedabad 380001.
                      This person mr dhansukh surti he is so much of care less for withdrawal of my fd. I have one fd of 10000 rs and this fd is hold by my locker, i have closed my locker on the date of 3/3/2016. And i submit all the property of my locker. Than he told me he took some time to sattle this locker account and released this fd after some days. Than i go after 1 week he told me come after few days. This all things happend 5 times, till date he has not released my fd. Kindly look into and take some action on that person.

                          My name is surya prakash pandey.
                          In year 2015 april month I have taken Royal sundaram allianc policy.
                          This policy I have taken in april month whose due date is 06.04.2016.
                          Today I have received one massage from SBI that you have done payment of this policy.
                          First thing SBI have to give one pre information massage that SBI is doing payment of this policy.
                          Another thing is that if SBI have done payment of this policy after 31st march then this I will pay in next month payment which may help full for saving income tax for next year. I am not ready to pay in advance payment for this policy .
                          So request SBI to cancel this advance payment for this policy and pay after 31st march.
                          This type of services we received from SBI which really effect consumer.
                          Please help in this regards

                            I went to atm of bank of india on 9th march 2016 to withdraw amount of rs. 10000. Account debited but did not got cash. I complaint to sbi under id at[protected]. They provided solution that transaction is successful.

                            I am not agree with the solution and bank can check cctv of atm also.

                            Please help me to get my money.

                              Credit Card No. [protected]. SBI added the fake amount of Rs. 2650.55 in bill dated 4/11/2014. I requested SBI to lodge the FIR so that the police will solve the fraud. I humbly request you to direct SBI to inquire the forgery happened on its part or to proceed further on its legal notice and stop harassing me through hired rascals.

I contacted the girl, she said her name is Anjali and said she knows many high class aunties who are looking for boyfriends. She again said that she will introduce them to me if I pay her 3000.I said ok and she gave her details are Anjali A/C no - [protected]. SBI bank and kodambakkam branch. IFSC code is SBIN0001444. After paying the money she didnt pickup the call and cheated me. Kindly check whether it is fake bank account. I dont know how to get back my money kindly help me. My number is [protected]

                                  Just now I receied a meesage from bank that my SBH account has been credited by 5000 rs/-. I went to ATM to see the balance then there is no money in it.
                                  Showing that I withdrawed 300rs/-
                                  And it is showing that POS PRCH please see my account and refund my money to SBH account ([protected]).

                                    I siva krishna, want to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourble action please. To day (17 nov 2015) i got a fake call from [protected] (Bihar/jarkhand) and he has misstated that he was a employ of sbi mumbai and he will update my atm card (Account). Then i informed my account details to the fake caller. When i have given my details he has deducted sum of money (Rs 4, 000/-) from my account(A/c no 459xxxxxx1756, sbi (Chrala) ifsc- sbin0001009). Deudcted transactions details are attached below, which is downloaded from sbi online site.
                                    Please refund the amount

                                      I have submitted the documents three time to their regional office sec 35 chandigarh.

                                      first time, they said they misplaced it.
                                      second time, after lot of effort i generated it again from court where legal case is going on and submitted again.

                                      After a week of submission when i called there customer care they replied with received.
                                      Now i asking for status they are saying we never received it.
