        I have applied and submitted my form for ATM card on 18/02/2016 and i was being told that i will be getting my ATM card by post with in 2 week, as i told them that i want ATM card very urgent as soon as possible . But now it is more than 3 week and i visited to the branch but they didn't listening to my problem, as well as rather than solving my problem they have given me the invalid tracking number of seed post .
        When ever i go to the branch the working department do not listening to my complain as well as the branch manager and making use less issue .
        It's a request to kindly see and resolve the problem.

          I Submit My Check (BOM) 4 Day Ago But Still Not Credit In My Account.
          So That Is Big Issue In SBI Sarkhej Ujala Branch So I Think No Any Person Who Get Beck Properly All Are ignore The Customer. So Why U R Still Continue This Branch This Is Totally Lazy All Executive All Have No Sense How To Handle Customer.And I Need Emergency Money But I am Scare About My Hold Check In SBI. So Never Expect To This Type Of Work In SBI...

              Dear Sbi,
              I am having sbi credit card which i am not using for years together.I have send mail before two month to them for closing my card and give the statement details for closing balance.But they never respond for closing, neither they ripply my mail nor they respond by phone.Only every month they send me total credit with interest.
              Please help me in this regard.

                Dear Sir,

                I am complaining about SBI Card no [protected]. I agree the outstanding is there and I am currently not in a position to pay. Also my family is a senior citizen and my brother is jobless so I have to take the entire expenses and I am living hand to mouth as its a freelancer job.

                I paid amount of 300/- last month and I paid today 300/- today through transfer. The SBI people come home which they came today before 8am in the morning without calling me before and that they have come before non office hours.
                Last time they had come everyday and used to sit in house in my absence. Their leader MR. Gajanan talksin a rude way with my bother and tells him that he is the manager and tries to bully him. After begging and requesting he tell his fellow person to leave from my house after 6pm. They have made visits everyday and keeps creating chaos and mental stress.

                Not only this they trouble my other person as well.

                So it would be great if they stop coming to my house before office hours and also they are not even calling and telling me instead they are directly visiting house.

                    When I was shopping I happen to apply for SBI credit card when a SBI representative requested to apply stating that there will not any fee and the card is free. I got SBI CREDTI CARD before I use the credti card i received a bill for card charges. so I was disappointed and i was not using the card. After using two times and paying the bills again i got a sms for card fee before 2 days of last date. What is this. a reputed SBI is doing this type things. I did not get bill for card fee. it is very bad. Definitely i will close the credit card

                        Today I got the call from SBI Buddy asking for Debit card number for renewal process of CARD. Automatically Rs 5000 money was deducted from Account. It's really worst experience with SBI Bank. They are not ready to provide any help during this fraud case from SBI Bank.

                            Today i visited your bank in connection with depositing of cash by way of CDM machine situated in your premises. But the machine was not in working condition. Accordingly i went to deposit the amount personally in counter, but they denied to take the cash and said to deposit in CDM machine only. though i informed them that the machine is not working .I take the query to the branch in charge manager Sri. Bhaddrapur who too un heard the query .

                              I had done a transaction of 13349 through Credit Card in Flipkart on 29th February 2016. As it was a wrong product ordered, had to cancel the request. Flipkart initiated the refund 29th itself. Since then I was checking my remaining balance, Flipkart gave me confirmation that amount was refund. It is stated in Credit Card statement that Debit and Credit has happened. But it did not reflect in balance. It was same as when it got deducted. I had contacted SBI customer care more than 5 times. They were not able to give proper explanation on this. Please take necessary action on SBI and help me get my money back.

                                  When my dad was on nation duty, he has the sbi account at :

                                  State bank of india - gtc varanasi is located at uttar pradesh state, varanasi district, varanasi city and the bank branch's address is [39, gorkha training centre, varanasi, u.P., pin 221002.


                                  Provided account details below :

                                  Account holder name : harka bahadur chhetri
                                  Branch code : 008072.

                                  He did the transaction on 29th february 2016 at nepal sbi atm (Pokhara), the atm machine provided a sound after while he only received the receipt in which amount was deducted.

                                  The txn no of that transaction is : 6478
                                  Amount was :10000

                                  I tried several time to register online complain but they are unable to see the transaction happen on 29th february, so they can't register the online complain.

                                  I have call to sbi branch contact number, but always goes unanswerable.

                                  Hope you understand the condition and let me know any conclusion for this.

                                    I requested 499 simply save card from SBI but they provide 3000+ extra charges platinum sbi card. I am complaining the same issue to sbi so many times, but they didn't provide any solution. Now they generated 1st month statement 3433.86 Rs. I am also return the Currier of Credit Card PIN from Blue Dart.

                                    I am not able to pay this amount. I want to close the credit card. Please resolve my problem.

                                      On 05.03.2016, time 12.40 AM, with my State bank of India depit card no( [protected] ) I used Dhanalakshmi Bank ATM DTN 12249 at pollachi, Tamil Nadu., to withdraw Rs.3400/- suddenly the power went-off, from my account Rs.3400/-(Rupees Three thousand and four hundred only) was deducted. I didn’t get the money from the ATM machine. Pls do needful to get back the deducted amount to my SBI account [protected], branch Versova.

                                        I was trying to book Train Ticket through IRCTC using SBI card on 4th February 2016. Two times the Transaction failed, after the amount was debited from my account. Since, the IRCTC did not receive the amount within the cutoff time, the Transaction was treated as Failed transaction and as such Ticket was not delivered both the times to me.

                                        After few days, the Prinicipal amount of the Ticket was refunded but the Banking Charges have not been refunded, though the transactions had failed due to non of my fault.

                                        The Bank cannot charge for the services not provided to me. They should refund the Banking Charges as well as the they should be penalised for the mental agony given to me.
