My account has been debited of 500, i have swiped my card on 16/02/2016 at around 1 am at a hotel in thane, but hotel records show money not received, i am continuously communicating with SBI online, now they are saying that money has been refunded, but yet i not received any money, and to my surprise, bank is saying to go to branch and register a complaint, everybody knows what SBI staff gives treatment to customers, anyways i will be continuously posting here till the issue has not been resolved.

        My name is Mitesh Harkare I closed SBI credit card year ago but SBI keep sending me monthly bills. Though I reported this to SBI and they are aware of this issue. Here is the SBI transaction Id 1-[protected].
        Due to this my CIBIL score is low and I am no longer eligible for any kind loan. And Required loan badly.
        Please consider my request.

          why to open account for vat payment
          after five year sbi started collection annual charge of 600

          this is big time fraud done between finance minister and sbi head

              Earlier in last year due to some problems I blocked my atm card and asked the bank to issue me a new one. Presently I am using new atm, but my account is deducted with two times as annual fees for both atm .
              This is not acceptable.

                Fraud transaction took place from our SBI signature credit card though we haven't applied for one time password .It was issued and a transaction was made from our card of Rs.63, 105.18 on dated 16/02/16.as we haven't opened the pin card Envelop and we too don't know the pin no.but fraudulent transaction took place.The SBI credit card officers are not taking responsibility for the same though it is there fault and the leakage of DATA was made from there site only.

                Pls ensured that we are paid back the amount of Rs. 63, 105.18

                    I often have to use the imps service for money transfer which is supposed to be 24*7 service. But here in case of SBI, one cannot transfer money after 8 PM using imps. Every time the transactions get fail after 8 pm and in the rush hours too. Other banks offer 24*7 smooth imps money transfer services. But Sbi is inconvenient to their customers.

                        I tried online recharge for my aircel mobile sim card and it was not successful. The company advised me to contact my bank. I contacted SBI, Malki ( Dhankheti) branch, shilling. The person in the bank wanted me to come in person. I told him I am working presently far away from the city in the rural area. But the person in the SBI, Malki Branch said that it is my problem and he hung up. I am very disappointed with the bank. How can I leave my patients in the PHC and come to the bank. Isn't online banking meant for people like me working in the rurals who need online banking and supports from the SBI, India. I, therefore, request the higher authority to take action against such bank official for the inefficiency.

                            This is with regards to the cyber crime done by the callers stating themselves from SBI credit card team.
                            Following Fraudulent Transactions have been done from my father's SBI Credit Card (4377 XXXX XXXX 7675) during the period 29.1.2016 to 14.2.2016:


                            Transaction of Rs.7, 999.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at www.payumoney.com on 29 Jan 16 .

                            Transaction of Rs.8, 032.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at Deep Creation on 13 Feb 16 .

                            Transaction of Rs.2, 000.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at VODAFONE-BILLDESK on 14 Feb 16 .

                            Transaction of Rs.3, 000.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at VODAFONE-BILLDESK on 14 Feb 16 .

                            Transaction of Rs.36, 599.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at AMAZON SELLER SERVICES on 14 Feb 16 .


                            Please find below the full history of the cyber fraud which has been done from the SBI caller.

                            I have got a call from SBI VISA credit card team (Vijay Agarwal - [protected]) on 29th Jan 2016 saying that SBI is sending the new SBI card with chip with an advanced security and will need the details from me for the confirmation.
                            He confirmed me with the details of the SBI card and asked me to confirm the details to issue the new card from SBI team.

                            Also, he said that the new card will be sent to you with within 7-10 working days.

                            On the call itself there was a transaction amount debited of Rs.7999 from my SBI card no. 4377 XXXX XXXX 7675 and he said that it will be reversed/refunded back by next month bill cycle.
                            I asked him again and again that I have been charged but he kept on insisting that the amount charged will be refunded.

                            Again, on 13th Feb, I got the call from SBI VISA credit card team (Rakesh Malhotra - [protected]) for the confirmation of the details and he said that the new chip card application requires the few more details for confirmation.

                            Soon, after that there was a Transaction of Rs.8, 032.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at Deep Creation on 13 Feb 16 .
                            When I asked him then he said that this amount will be refunded back to you and not to worry on this.

                            After that, on 14th Feb I got the call from the same person Rakesh Malhotra - [protected] with different number and he said that the details confimed did not worked yesterday and asked again for the confirmation.
                            After which, there was the below transactions to my SBI credit card.

                            Transaction of Rs.2, 000.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at VODAFONE-BILLDESK on 14 Feb 16 .
                            Transaction of Rs.3, 000.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at VODAFONE-BILLDESK on 14 Feb 16 .
                            Transaction of Rs.36, 599.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX7675 at AMAZON SELLER SERVICES on 14 Feb 16 .

                            There were total of 5 transactions done with my SBI credit card from different merchant sites and the person (Vijay Agarwal - [protected]) still calls me even now saying that the money will be refunded back in my SBI credit card account.

                            I request you to please help me out in catching those peoples who have done fraud with me in the name of SBI credit card team.

                            I am not liable to pay all these transactions which are never being done from my end and have been looted by the cyber fraud.
                            Please help me out in this as this has given me a lot of mental stress and discomfort in my life.

                            I have been frauded with almost Rs.60000 with this cyber fraud which is a very huge amount for myself and will not be able to digest on my end.

                            I have registered a complaint with SBI customer care but they want me to wait till the next bill cycle is generated.

                                      SBI 8th main, Basaveshwaranagar Branch, Bangalore: Worst attitude of the bank employees and the bank manager.

                                      I withdraw some cash from the bank today, and noticed that i have received two 500 Rs fake notes, and also one was even marked as "Forged Note" as a seal.

                                      Went to bank and mentioned the same, and one lady started asking me who gave this note, i mentioned i have received it from this same branch. Then she started shouting at me saying, 'We do not give away fake currencies at all, we are not responsible for it'. The bank manager refused to even talk about it, telling me, 'I cannot do anything about it'.

                                      Bank itself gives fake currency notes and refuses to accept it.

                                      Can State bank of India please do something about this issue.
