Dear sir, This is Kamisetty Anil Kumar, on 14/1/2016 I received a call from +91 [protected], which said it's from SBI Credit Card verification Department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.e.OTP and CVV number they made a transaction of Rs 7888.00 against salemall_epayKerala.The other mobile number which was used to send messages is +91-[protected]. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and I haven't made any transaction today through my SBI Credit Card and revert the amount to my credit card. Even before giving my card details they know my last four digits of credit catd, last amount i have paid, credit balance in my account and my credit limit and even my reward points also. Thats why i believed that they are from sbi and given details of cvv and OTP and they made transaction. I immediately called sbi credit card and blocked it and told them to raise a dispute, they said it will be settled in 21 days we will raise the dispute. But today i.e..18/01/2016 i called them abou conformation they said till now we did not raised dispute because merchant claimed the amount today only. after claiming only they will raise the dispute. i asked them how my details were informed to fraud people, but no response. They told me that they are raising dispute today and it will take 21days to settle. If it is settled in my favour i dont have to pay and if not i have to pay.     Today I tried to deposit money through cash deposit machine at SBI gangaram branch near lingampalli I tried to deposit[protected]/- notes out of which It didn't take one 500/- note so cancelled transaction but don't get my 9500 back neither it's not deposited nor I didn't receive money it got stuck in machine only.its really disappointing. Tech guy's of SBI don't have any brains. Once u put ur money in deposit machine it won't comeback regardless of deposit is successful or not.so plzz be careful with this.Don't know how SBI guys bought such a disgusting machines

        I had used my state bank atm card on dated 10/11/2015 for withdrawing rs 4000/- on syndicate bank Atm machine, but the cash was not dispensed although amount was deducted from my state bank of india account no [protected]. I had registered my complaint to SBI customer care dated 11/12/2015 and 30/12/2015 but not a satisfactory results. I want You will check my complaint authenticity and gave justifiable results .               Resp. Sir, Madam, i have got a call from an unkown person who asked me about ATM no.for ATM card verification. I let him know about it as he said he is from SBI. Later he asked to tell OTP no. for verification. As I dont know what OTP no. is I let him Know about it. He was fraud but when I came to know about him he had completed his transactions. The transaction is of Rs. 5000. The transaction Id is ET[protected]. time of transaction is 2.25 pm on 16th Jan. 2016. Please kindly stop this transaction as I dont wish any such a service or product & please do refund to respective ATM. I am attaching the copy of police complaint.

                    Dear SBI I Makloor Anil Kumar bearing credit card with number [protected] had last date for payment as 11 jan and I've paid on 11 jan. As per the bill i had to pay 5, 370 but I've paid 5000 only and As per govt I had 3 more extra days but a guy called and levied late payment fee of 750 rs for the extra 370 which I've to pay. I thank you very much for charging me late payment, instead of passing the extra 370 for next billing. I'm going to complain the same to consumer forum in a day if you don't remove the late payment fees. Please check the new rules passed by RBI in july 2015 before charging a customer .                                 As per the feedback received from SBI phone banking officer they are going to charge Rs. 50 + Service Tax if the number of transaction is more than 5 per account. This is really strange because if SBI is going to increase the charges then they should first inform to all customer. Also they are saying that if transaction are done thru ECS than also they are going to deduct the charges. This is required attention because as per my understand if any bank going to increase the charge than first they should inform to customer about this. I hope there should be some guideline from RBI related to such sudden increase of charges, if there such guideline exist then SBI is violating such rules and collecting money from customer. Also the relevant comments are also not update by SBI. Charges are deducted for number of charges increased but as per the comment updated by customer care it's mentioned that charges towards chq. book return. This is really strange.

                                Old charges (charges related to chq. book return in 2015) collected by SBI in now. (in 2016). No further action required as the issue is resolved by SBI customer care.
                                State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I received the feedback that it's old charges which SBI forgot to collect it. It's traced by Audit team so they charged it now. Complain is closed with proper resolution by SBI team.

                                  There was a deposit In My sbi account Of rs 25000 on 13/01/2016
                                  Which was still not credited in My Bank account

                                  It is The 2nd time my account is not Credited
                                  Shi has done a fraud with me 4-5 months ago same case
                                  The amount of which was 20000


                                  Now the case is of 25000 and 20000
                                  I have pics of both the receipts
                                  Kindly solve my complaint

                                  Otherwise I will prefer to go In consumer court

                                    My s/b a/c no.[protected]. I have sent fees rs.1411.90 to central board of school education (Aipmt 2016 cbse) by using my atm card and paid through online sbi portal and i received a message from your bank that debited with inr 1411.90 towards to ecom 0005872-mopsothdrcard sbipg in: on 08-jan-2016.

                                    I have received a message from cbse that the said amount not remited with their account. So i have sent another payment on 9.1.2016 by using online icici portal and remitence confirmed.

                                    My requisition is so for not yet reverse the above earlier payment rs.1411.90 from online sbi. Hence kildly take necessary steps to reverse above said amount at the earliest. Thanking your by s.Nirmala.
