As per the feedback received from SBI phone banking officer they are going to charge Rs. 50 + Service Tax if the number of transaction is more than 5 per account. This is really strange because if SBI is going to increase the charges then they should first inform to all customer. Also they are saying that if transaction are done thru ECS than also they are going to deduct the charges. This is required attention because as per my understand if any bank going to increase the charge than first they should inform to customer about this. I hope there should be some guideline from RBI related to such sudden increase of charges, if there such guideline exist then SBI is violating such rules and collecting money from customer. Also the relevant comments are also not update by SBI. Charges are deducted for number of charges increased but as per the comment updated by customer care it's mentioned that charges towards chq. book return. This is really strange.

Old charges (charges related to chq. book return in 2015) collected by SBI in now. (in 2016). No further action required as the issue is resolved by SBI customer care.

I received the feedback that it's old charges which SBI forgot to collect it. It's traced by Audit team so they charged it now. Complain is closed with proper resolution by SBI team.

    There was a deposit In My sbi account Of rs 25000 on 13/01/2016
    Which was still not credited in My Bank account

    It is The 2nd time my account is not Credited
    Shi has done a fraud with me 4-5 months ago same case
    The amount of which was 20000


    Now the case is of 25000 and 20000
    I have pics of both the receipts
    Kindly solve my complaint

    Otherwise I will prefer to go In consumer court

I have sent fees rs.1411.90 to central board of school education (Aipmt 2016 cbse) by using my atm card and paid through online sbi portal and i received a message from your bank that debited with inr 1411.90 towards to ecom 0005872-mopsothdrcard sbipg in: on 08-jan-2016.

      I have received a message from cbse that the said amount not remited with their account. So i have sent another payment on...

      Dear Sir, An ECS is active in my SBI account since last 18 months. In jan. 2016, my account was having enough money for ECS but due to some system failure it did not get deduct the amount.                   I have never seen a worst customer service as we have is SBI. Firstly he wastes time next he pretend to help and then he says that he does not have sufficient information. Also he cant contact branch for the same issue

                          Trading A/c# 23019320 I am not for sure whether this complaint will ever be look at seriously nevertheless I have to place on record the inept, inefficient and irresponsible attitude of the organization with respect to providing an unreliable trading platform which as online real-time trading platform. I opened my demat and trading account in Aug'14. I was not aware this online platform provided by SBICAPS will conk at important juncture and in fact the quotes appearing as real time was indeed delayed. And I have even screen snapshot of active quotes even after 3:30pm when in fact the market had closed for the day!!! I had sent this to Helpdesk and I will get only a tepid reply after the problem was supposedly repaired. I had even written stating that I am collecting all these lacunas in services and will file a suite in consumer court still the response was "I Don't Care" To prove that the SBICAPS trading platform (SBICAPS SMART) was indeed unreliable and delayed, disruptive I in Feb'2015 availed of the service of ICICI Securities. And from then on I regularly forwarded both the screenshot of ICICI and SBICAPS to Helpdesk. Only after this the Help Desk acknowledged that their system has "some " tech problems but did nothing to solve it permanently. When was fed up with this useless service I decided to close the account and at that juncture the SBICAPS introduced me to SBISMART XPRESS... On using the system I regained my confidence to some extent and started using Xpress. But few months back this also showed signs of problem as i was not able to login due to tech problem at their end. But the worst part is that the service is useless as invariably the response will be only after the problem is resolved and that to insipid replies. Today 13 Jan 2016 the Xpress system is not opening at all and there is no response till now (14:26 IST) from them. Today the market movement is in line with my prediction and lost valuable time and money because of the lousy SBICAPS trading system. I am unable to move to other service provider because I have to transfer my holdings to the new service provider. And moreover it involved both time and money. In fact just to convince myself that the SBICAPS System is indeed faulty I had opened ICICI Direct account by paying more than Rs 1000 and for this specifically traveled to a nearby town where ICICI Direct is present.

                            Sir sbi fatehabad branch is totally working with currutions, no body listioning without money, branch manager hav all knowledge about this but he is also a part of this. Branch services is very poor stage when u pay money ur work will do fast other wise u hav to be back t o home, branch hav lease line and v sat both but when lease line down branch person not treated with customers, pentionor facing big problems there, every one facing the problems. Managements is totally failure. Plz do something for peoples sir pawan kumar sharma mob [protected]

                                    My name is Abhay Pasad and I hold a SBI Simply Save Credit Card. On 05th Jan 2016, I received a call claiming to be from SBI credit card department. The caller identified himself as one Inderjeet Rana and gave his desk number[protected] He told me that the reward point system is abolished and instead a discount card is being issued.On any transaction cash or card, I have to show this SBI discount card and I would receive 25% cashback instantly. He requested to provide me the OTP and convinced me that this is a good and beneficial product. I thought that something is fishy so I questioned him a lot. He knew all my past transaction details - Amount, Date & Location where I used my credit card. He also knew my past bill details and when I paid and how I paid. He also knew my address details both personal as well as office. This led me to believe that it was a genuine call from SBI itself and I gave the OTP. He said I would receive the card and other goodies worth Rs. 8000 within 3-4 days and if I do not like the product, I can get it cancelled within 7 days. The card & goodies have not yet been received. This incident raises very serious questions pertaining to customer data security. How these fraudsters got all my details? My name, Address, contact details, transaction details, previous bill details & bill payment details? Why wasn't a detailed advisory issued by the SBI bank about such a fraud being active and ask the customers to be alert? Why the SBI bank did not black list this merchant named EPay Kerela? I though that being associated with a Nationalized bank would be a matter of great pride and one would expect very good services. But just within a month's time of this association, I have become target of a fraud.

                                    I got a call from a person named as Indrajit Rana, from phone no. [protected]/[protected]/ representing SBI Credit card department from DELHI. He offered Discount on credit card instead of Reward point. Fraud person told me all my details such as. Card last 4 digit no.[protected]-1234 my registered Mobile no./last payment/ due amount etc. He offered me new credit card from which I can avail 20% discount on any purchase from credit card . He also told me that, As a reputed customer bank is offering some Gift of Rs.7745/- with discount card (shoes, shirts and one cash Voucher of Rs. 500) will be delivered to your correspondence address in next fifteen days and the amount for such will be paid through EMI of Rs.700/ moth for 12 months. He asked me my card number, CVV/and OTP to register my discount offer credit card and done fraud of Rs. 7745/- on dt. 17-05-17 with the name of PTM*REWARDS STYLE ".

                                    Please take the disciplinary action against "REWARDS STYLE" whose are associate with this kind of fraud people and help me to get the amount back to my credit card account.
