Got a fraud call regarding atm card deactivation

I got a call from [protected] on 6th Dec at 10.06 AM regarding ATM card deactivated. One person told me I have not submit some document (I did not heard about that document), so he will deactivated my ATM. Then he told me if I don't want to do so, I must give him the information of ATM. I didn't give him that. So that person told me that now he will deactivated my ATM. At that moment I checked my ATM and found that it is working fine. Now...

Hello Sir ! Today morning (7th Dec 2015, 09:55), I got a call from Mr. Rahul Gupta (name may be fraud as well) at my number [protected] with mobile number [protected]. He asked me that He is calling as Bank Manager, SBI and whether I am interest in renewing my SBI ATM Card or not? If so, then give your Card details. I am almost fully confident that Banks don't call like this. Please enquire into this matter, so that this crime may be checked.         please do not give your bank atm detail its fake website. if some 1 ask you personal detail about bank atm number atm password . 1 person called me from bihar number is [protected]. he asking atm detail .i ask with sbi they never take custmer personal detail. so i called again he said i i will throw my sim . i called again again he dindt pick my phone . pls dont think we are mad . i will suggest all people pls pls pls dont give your personal detail .

          +[protected] Received a call from this number. Person introduced himself as 'Sunil Kumar Sharma' from SBI. He told me that it's a verification call for the ATM card I'm using. He told me that they are blocking my card and if I want to use it further then I have to do a verification process on phone. Then he asked me to get my card so that I can provide him with the card info. He also asked me which bank's card I'm using and I told him that you must know the bank if you are blocking the card. He told me our company has 19 banks under it. I laughed and asked him his name and he got a bit tensed and told me his name. Then I asked him the place he was calling from to which he replied that his office is in Mumbai. I told him that I will to my bank regarding this and also told him that I'm reporting his name and number to the National Consumer Complaint Forum. He disconnected the call after this.

            I have deposited an amount of INR 5500 in a SBI INTOUCH Lite Kochi CDM (Kakkanad Ground Floor, Noel House, Kunnumpuram, Padamughal, Kochi, Kerala 682021) on 5th of december . When i put in the money and after completing the confirmation the screen said " TRANSACTION COMPLETE" but later on when i checked the receipt that i received it says "TRANSACTION -REJECTED". i have checked the account but the amount was not credit in the account nor i received it back from the machine. This is some thing really unfair that i have deposited the amount since it was extremely urgent. Please do the needful. I have called in the customer service number but proper response was not provided.And the next day is sunday which makes me to wait another 24 hours to lodge a complaint. Contact Number : [protected]

              Yesterday, my sister received a call from unknown person pretended to be from SBI bank. He told that he will increase the validity of your ATM card and asked ATM card details including OTP and CVV. My sister was not aware and she shared all details with him due to which we lost 5000 rs. Now, I have blocked the ATM card. Below are the numbers from which we got call. [protected] [protected] Transaction was done through POS SBIBuddy Mumbai Mahin. Can the people involved in doing fraud be catched? Kindly take the action at earliest

              Dear sbi manager, My self RAKESH KUMAR SINGH I am transfered Pune to Patna saving ac no [protected] required Pune wagholi 13258 to Patna agam kuna 7878. I am visited bank but bank employees says first required send your Pune branch.. We are visited in bank with transfer application & local address proof. So request please transfer my saving ac Pune wagholi code 13258 to Patna agam kuan 7878.
              Same thing happened to me. U just give the complaint with the Home Branch.But of no use. Frauds are here in this sites too. So no need to raise the complaint here..This is the forum which is used by most of the frauds
              State Bank of India is a sub-standard bank.

              Please know that the bank is surviving because of customers like you. You may opt to submit application for transfer of your account either at Pune or at Patna, where YOU find it convenient. Not where the bank feels convenience.

              Kick the branch manager in his balls if he tells you to go here or there.

              My friend suresh from New paloncha, telangana state 507115.. Today my friend received a call from [protected], he said he is from sbi branch and he is going activate ATM validity, he asked all the details of ATM card Num and CVV, my friend given all the details unfortunately... After few minutes he lost 4993 rupees from his account... How could it possible??? Can you recover my money, he is from poor family

                      Hi Team, I applied for TATA + SBI Card. I was informed that annual fee is 499 & will be reversed if i make shop for 2500 in the 1st 60 days. I got verification call which confimered the same. I got my 1st statement & GST was added instead of 499 it was 580. I called Tata card interaction id 1-[protected] filed a complain 1-[protected]. Very RUDE Operator did not wanted to listen. i had filled online complain to customercare.[protected]@ge.com with the call recording to confirm the charges no reply till date sla 5 working days Thread id 1-1S2DKA5 I was informed about callback will be done. I got a callback on saturday not on working day. I was informed that my cell is not reachable so please contact Tata card . I called on today lodged a complain however whill giving details about the missing payment was transfered to IVR without notiification by Anurag Gupta i called back and cancelled my card Complain no 1-[protected], 1-[protected]. Howevere the service provided by SBI is really poor & pathetic Steven

                        Dear Sir / Madam, This is in reference to the Credit Card that I am using. Unfortunately, I am been wrongly charged for my Bill Payments. It was informed to me that, once I do a transaction in 30 days of Issue of Credit Card, I will get a rebate of Annual Charges which is been charged to me i.e. 568.86 Rs (Including Taxes), which I have not yet got it in-spite of informing it to the customer care (within the 30 Days time period of issuance of credit card) to use my REWARD POINTS against the Annual Charges Payment. This clearly states that, the SBI Bank lies to its customers for selling its Credit card. I had done one Single Transaction of 3726.00 Rs, for which I have made the Payment well in advance. Also, Another Transaction of 67.08 Rs is shown as Purchase dated 24th Nov 2015, which I have not done. Now it is showing 635.94 as outstanding balance. And today, 100.00 Rs has been auto debited from my ICICI Bank for the Outstanding bill payment for Credit Card. This is purely a CHEAT CASE & Harassment done to the Customer by SBI Bank Credit Card department. Request you to please reverse or wave off the outstanding Balance in my Credit Card as on date i.e. 635.94 Rs. Also reverse the 100.00 Rs in my ICICI Bank which has been auto Debited to me today (04.12.15) I do not have any outstanding to give to SBI Credit Card. Please take action on the same immediately and avoid any further issues.

                            I had deposited Rs. 1000/- dated 03/12/2015 in Sangli Ganapati Peth Br. The Br staff debited Rs 50/- as intercity charges. Also I had deposited Rs. 6000/- in previous month that time the amt debited Rs. 25/-. This is ridiculous service given by State bank of india. Show me the guidelines regarding intercity charges.

                              I received a call from [protected] on dated-03.12.2015 at 2.48 pm and they said that they are calling from sbi credit card department they also know my full name and they said that you have 5000 bonus point and we are converting into rupees on your credit card so kindly verify the detail. And they the done false transaction of rs 5000/- after receiving sms from bank i suddenly block my credit card and inform regrading this to sbi credit card dept..They told that transaction done for vodafone bill payment. So please kindly do some thing on this matter...

                                My account shows these transactions.
                                I have not done these transactions.

                                    Hi Team, I have enrolled myself for SBI FBB Credit card on 19th Aug 2015 with Application number[protected] with annual fee of 499 rupees. I have given the communication address as Capgemini India PVt. Ltd.A-1 Technology Park, MIDC-Talawade Pune. I am yet to receive the credit card from SBI and yet i am receiving the monthly statement from them. I have written them email about the same but they don't offer any solution to my above mentioned concern. This is highly unprofessional and charging me unnecessarily. I have tracked my card delivery status sbionline and not to my surprise, it says "Congratulations! Your SBI Card application has been approved. Your SBI Card will be delivered to your mailing address within the next 10 working days.". I request you to help me on this. Regards, Jitendra Rathore

It was informed by SMS from BH-SBICRD on 27th nov 2015 that the complaint has been resolved . But no details are available and what was the solution to my compliant.nothing was informed and my money also not returned. I hope steps will be taken to reverse my money. with regards, P.Devarajan.
