I ordered one item on 13/12/2015 and was to receive in seven days. I have not yet received the item in 14 days could talk to their customer care executive after lot of efforts. The bluedart aero-bill number given by him [protected] is also wrong. Moral: Do not believe SBI Rewardz. It's different and not SBI

Sir. Kindly I have been informed you that my SBI anywhere app is not working properly last 2/3 days. After so many times I have been trying for use this app but don't work too. So kindly take action in this message and give the client better service. I hope you have understand my position and situations. I have logged a complaint about this at Costcare yesterday. Thanks

I have made 2 online airtel recharge on 17th Dec 2015. It was for my father-in law's mobile [protected]. In both the transcation 200/- was taken. I did raise a complaint. I did receive one of the transcation back. I was repeatedly following up with the other SBI bank transcation id : IH4282834. I later on received update of my complaint that merchant has taken the money and the transcation was successful (this is complete untrue as it has not refelcted in the mobile balance and I have received text message saying that transcation was unsuccessful). After the transcation was made, I did receive text message saying that trscation failed and money will be refunded to my account within 15 minutes. It never happened and it is almost 8 days and have no clue about my trscation. I later on called Airtel and checked with the transcation id 236024 and was informed that the trascation was unsuccessful. I have all the proof from my merchant attached in the email. I am repeatedly calling sbi and everytime your customer servcie team is given me vague reply. I think this is a fraud done by SBI and if not resolved at your level, I will be forced to take legal actions. I will appreciate that my money is returned to my account asap. Thanks Rohini Ghosh

Sir, Today, date 26.12.2015 time lumsum 7:30 to 8:00 p.m., I forget my micromax daul sim mobile and go there, after come to check my mobile in atm but not found there. First time use bank of India but not found money after near SBI ATM check and collect money. Please check ATM CCTV recording and help to find my mobile Your bank branch saving a/c holder Vishnu Prajapat +91-[protected], [protected] (those no. I lost with mobile) Tommarrow, I shall complain near police thana prapat NAGAR, Jodhpur.

Respected sir, this is to inform you that for last two weeks one account is linked with my customer ID. which was reported to my branch and application was also given to branch manager (on 20/Nov/2015) but their is no response from branch and now even he is not receiving my calls and not giving response at branch also. kindly do the need full, because some one is using my personal details to open his account and this details are leaked from bank. so this is a great issue of worry for me so please take same action and close that account. thanks

Dear all, today in my account 43*25=1075rs is debited. Without information regarding cdm charges for last two months transactions. I deposited in home.

Sir am N Madhava Reddy my account no [protected]. Am deposits the 500 rupees in deposit machine at palwancha through green card in a date of 24/12/2015 time 17:12:53. But money was not added my account please check the complaint sir, thanking you sir.

I had issued a cheque of Rs. 4 lakhs to my family member. By mistake my family member deposited the cheque before the date mentioned on the cheque. But as required balance was there in my account, the money got deducted from my account on 7th Jun, but the cheque also got returned to me. Though the cheque got returned, The money was not transferred back to my SBI account After numerous follow ups, the money finally got returned on 5 July. Can I get a compensation / fine payment from the bank for this delay of 1 month to get back Rs. 4 lakh?

I have tried to recharge my mobile though state bank reward twice and it failed, but deducted my reward points on[protected]. What should I do?

I have deposited 48500 rs on 25 th of december at 9:50am at the e corner near railway staion .but the machine says " your monthly deposit has exceeded " .i checked my account balance thru mini statement, its not there .please help me get my money back. My phone number is [protected]

On 24/12/15 at 11 37 AM tried a cash withdrawal of Rs 3000 from SBI ATM ID GFBH[protected] located at Thazhakkara, Mavelikkara using Canara Bank card no. [protected]. TXN No 1421 REF NO[protected] RESPOSE CODE 070 SAVINGS SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS was the reply. But amount of Rs 3000 debited to my canara bank account[protected]. Plz refund.

State bank of India Branch - SBI parola The behaviour of employees is not good with customers .they behave very rude and bad with customers and they are not listning the problem of customers. I just want to activate internet banking. For that I want internet kit from bank authorities which would hardly take 5 min and later they can actiactivate the same. But they are not listening my problems rather used to tell, "come tomorrow, I have lots of stuff" This is just one case. People in this area are facing lots of problems as bank authorities are not supportive. Rather they find private banks as better option than national bank. Please take serious action.
