Hello Sir, My name is Bhargav Koushik (ph:[protected])I've received the statement of SBI IRCTC credit card on 9/12/2015 with financial charge on retail transaction for the amount 701.17 .Late payment might be the reason.Previous bill's Rs.7737 transaction out of that I paid Rs.7377(which is the case of overlooked) left out with almost 360 rs but I paid it before this statement is generated i.e., yesterday dec8th, 2015.Though I'm ready to accept the financial charge but as per my knowledge its just 3.35% is the charge but I dont understand why I've received financial charge of Rs.701.17. Cardno:[protected] Can anyone please look into this issue and clarify me?

I just received a call from some one saying they are calling from SBI and asking from the details of my 3 digit which is backside of the card.I dont understand why bank people would ask the 3 digit number.I feel something is going wrong here.

    To The Chief Branch Manager State Bank of India JNU, New Campus New Delhi Sub: Complaint regarding Debit Card Dispute (SB A/C [protected]) Sir, I would like to bring this fraudulent case promoted via Junglee.com. I have ordered a LG 42LB550A 106.68cm (42 inches) Full HD LED TV from one of the on-line shopping mart ZEPMART.COM. I have placed the order on 08/11/2015 and made an on-line payment to Pyanimo of Rs 30801 through my Debit Card POS 00001693 at MOTO_TPSL[protected]attached the transaction details and the initial mail received). On 09/11/2015 I received follow up from Zepmart as confirmation mail stating that your order has been updated... Payment received order completed. Paynimo has received payment of Rs 30801/- on behalf of Zepmart (attached copy of order Information received from Zepmart). It's been more than four weeks now and have no clue about the order placed. I have tried several times reaching out to the Zepmart but the seller (Zepmart) is un-responsive. Smelling doubt in the matter I have already requested (on 19/11/2015) Zepmart for a return of the whole amount Rs 30801/. Zepmart has shown its corporate office address as 773/Sec 14, Guragon, Haryana (mob. [protected]). On 19/11/2015, I physically went to their Corporate Office at 773/Sec 14, Gurgaon to enquire about the matter. I was surprised to note there is nothing like Zepmart at the address given. Its seems Zepmart, Junglee, Paynimo and Amazon are in hand in glove and cheating customers and are equal partners in such on-line fraudulent cases. Sequence of Events 08/11/2015 at 10:30 PM Registered at Zepmart (account created) 09/11/2015 at 10:33 AM Received Order No # 719 and Comments from Zepmart as Payment received order completed Order Deatails received from Zepamrt Product Name LG 42LB550A 106.68cm (42 inches) Full HD LED TV Payment Method Paynimo Rs 30, 801/- (online payment done through SBI Debit Card) Shipping Method Flat Shipping Rate 13/11/2015 Customer care from Zepmart told: Product ordered will be delivered before 18/11/2015 19/11/2015 Requested for cancellation of order and return of Money. 20/11/2015 Received response from Amazon 20/11/2015 Enquired from Paynimo regarding transfer of Money to Zepmart before delivery of product 21/11/2015 Paynimo asked me to enquire from the merchant only saying that they are engaged with the merchant for offering payment aggregation services only. 30/11/2015: Received response from Junglee accepting Zepmart as their listed company and further stated that now they have de-listed the company (reason not stated), Junglee is not willing to offer me any additional insight or action in the matter. Now I will request you to enquire about the matter and help me to recover my money from Paynimo/Zepmart/Amazon. An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.         Last one month back daily no cash depoisted the bank is minimum monthly 45 transcations but monthly my transcations minimum 20or 30 (08/12/2015) cut the amount 190 excess drs charges this is very too much very very bad service sbi bank.In india very bad service bank.

            On 2nd of december 2015, while withdrawing 1000 rs from the nearest united bank of india atm, namkum branch, there was a transaction failure. i just enterd 1000rs, after sometimes it automatically failed n no money was withdrawn and a message of timed-out was displayed. But when i checked the balance in my account 1000rs has been debited, but no money was received by me. please reply fast n credit my account which i had loose.

              My Name is V JAYARAJAN. I am operating a savings bank account with SBI Branch AAD College complex Golabanda and the debit card was asked for and the card was received 3 months back. with a wrong spelling of the name "V YAYARAJAN" in place of V JAYARAJAN. The required form was filled and submitted. The pin for the new card has not yet been received. The information was given to the Branch manager, SBI Branch Golabandha. This shows a very lackadaisical approach of the dealing staff sand harassment to the customers.

The machine is working only 2 days per work & other days it is out of service. There is no ATM nearby, so we can't draw the cash if any urgency. I request you to change ATM machine immediately.                       Got a fraud call regarding atm card deactivation

One person told me I have not submit some document (I did not heard about that document), so he will deactivated my ATM. Then he told me if I don't want to do so, I must give him the information of ATM. I didn't give him that. So that person told me that now he will deactivated my ATM. At that moment I checked my ATM and found that it is working fine. Now...

                              +[protected] Received a call from this number. Person introduced himself as 'Sunil Kumar Sharma' from SBI. He told me that it's a verification call for the ATM card I'm using. He told me that they are blocking my card and if I want to use it further then I have to do a verification process on phone. Then he asked me to get my card so that I can provide him with the card info. He also asked me which bank's card I'm using and I told him that you must know the bank if you are blocking the card. He told me our company has 19 banks under it. I laughed and asked him his name and he got a bit tensed and told me his name. Then I asked him the place he was calling from to which he replied that his office is in Mumbai. I told him that I will to my bank regarding this and also told him that I'm reporting his name and number to the National Consumer Complaint Forum. He disconnected the call after this.

                                I have deposited an amount of INR 5500 in a SBI INTOUCH Lite Kochi CDM (Kakkanad Ground Floor, Noel House, Kunnumpuram, Padamughal, Kochi, Kerala 682021) on 5th of december . When i put in the money and after completing the confirmation the screen said " TRANSACTION COMPLETE" but later on when i checked the receipt that i received it says "TRANSACTION -REJECTED". i have checked the account but the amount was not credit in the account nor i received it back from the machine. This is some thing really unfair that i have deposited the amount since it was extremely urgent. Please do the needful. I have called in the customer service number but proper response was not provided.And the next day is sunday which makes me to wait another 24 hours to lodge a complaint. Contact Number : [protected]

                                  Yesterday, my sister received a call from unknown person pretended to be from SBI bank. He told that he will increase the validity of your ATM card and asked ATM card details including OTP and CVV. My sister was not aware and she shared all details with him due to which we lost 5000 rs. Now, I have blocked the ATM card. Below are the numbers from which we got call. [protected] [protected] Transaction was done through POS SBIBuddy Mumbai Mahin. Can the people involved in doing fraud be catched? Kindly take the action at earliest

I am visited bank but bank employees says first required send your Pune branch.. We are visited in bank with transfer application & local address proof. So request please transfer my saving ac Pune wagholi code 13258 to Patna agam kuan 7878.
                                  Same thing happened to me. U just give the complaint with the Home Branch.But of no use. Frauds are here in this sites too. So no need to raise the complaint here..This is the forum which is used by most of the frauds
                                  State Bank of India is a sub-standard bank.

                                  Please know that the bank is surviving because of customers like you. You may opt to submit application for transfer of your account either at Pune or at Patna, where YOU find it convenient. Not where the bank feels convenience.

                                  Kick the branch manager in his balls if he tells you to go here or there.

                                      To day means 04/12/2015, My father deposited 5100 in to my account but as for the rules less than 10, 000 intercity charges are 25 rs but in my account they deduct 50 rs...These not expect from the famous bank like SBI... These very bad.. And Wrong.
                                      State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
