Resp. Sir/madam. At 9.0 o'clock in morning I recd. Phone call from no.[protected] Showing Bihar state in my mobile but he is saying he is calling from SBI branch mumbai and was asking me about my ATM card details. I had refused for safety reasons but he said my card will be blocked n I have to pay for it . Pl. Check the above no. Is it from ur side . And its humble request to u pl.     I Used SBI credit card since 1 year few month back i used over limit & paid 500 extra amount for each transaction for 3 months after 3rd month without any notice or msg they are blocked my credit i approach customer care they are said you should pay total amount of limit 57000 after one week your card will activated but since six months my card was not activated even i asked NOC but no result no service no customer care & more over i paid extra 16k in my credit which unless not used my money one week back received one call regarding 16k asking my ac details & taken we will transfer your 16k amount to your bank within one week but not received money & who has pay my money intrest & west my time on waiting for activation my SBI CARD soooo please look in to this & help to pay penalty minimum 2000000/- from SBI CARD due to noooooooo response for any one from bank SBI CARD NO : [protected] Regards, Prasad L

          Atm complain no. At[protected] 2nd complainno.at[protected] I had complain 2 time and branch manager and head branch commuted that your money had been refunded but since last month I had not received my 3000 back in acc. They told that it will be refunded by mumbai .its more than 1 month when it wilrefunded. My acc. No is [protected]

            IMPS Fund Transfer Pending

            I have made IMPS transfer of Rs.50000/- from my SBI Account -[protected] to my ICICI bank account on 8th of December. Till today the online transaction status is showing pending .Neither the amount got credited in my ICICI account or back to SBI account. I contacted the customer care and the said they cannot help on online transactions and it will take 7 days for the money to be returned. The online status says failed IMPS transaction will...

                        Rohit Agrawal, SBI Ac.no [protected], Katraj branch, Pune. I had made a transaction of 9, 700/- on 7th Dec 15 by IMPS but as per the sub menctioned above the amount is detected from my account but not yet received yet. Same regarding contact with customer care officer & sbi home branch too but no satisfied action has been taken by both the section.

                            Hi, This is Binu. My account is in SBI(Bangalore, Jayanagar 4th T_Block ). My friend deposited amount 3000 in to my account . He deposited the amount from SBI -Mavelikkara (alleppey district ) Kerala State. But SBI deducted 25 Rs inter city charges. i request the sbi to stop using this method of deducting the money because we open saving account to save money not to spoil like this.

                              Ref:- Today's My personal visit to your branch Respected Sir, With all due respect & humble submission of my application regarding misbehave of your office staff with me. Regret to inform you that numbers of reminder my Net- banking Facility is activated after your kind intervention. Respected sir, We are having Current A/c with your branch since last 10(ten) year wide our A/c Number-[protected]. Your office staff is making illegal assembly for me. Your office staff is not co-operative specific with respect to our money transfer within time. They speak that you change your A/c there is number of Bank in Kukarwada. They intensely delay in money transfer since last one month. They open challenge that you can complain against me anywhere. I am never Affered of anybody. You don't know if you not change your A/c from our branch i will teach you lesson. All my office(branch) staff is in my favor including Brach manager. I requesting him tell me why are you all against me? He told me that how dare you to complain against me ? If you not withdraw complain against me. Then we all not responding.                                 Hello Sir, My name is Bhargav Koushik (ph:[protected])I've received the statement of SBI IRCTC credit card on 9/12/2015 with financial charge on retail transaction for the amount 701.17 .Late payment might be the reason.Previous bill's Rs.7737 transaction out of that I paid Rs.7377(which is the case of overlooked) left out with almost 360 rs but I paid it before this statement is generated i.e., yesterday dec8th, 2015.Though I'm ready to accept the financial charge but as per my knowledge its just 3.35% is the charge but I dont understand why I've received financial charge of Rs.701.17. Cardno:[protected] Can anyone please look into this issue and clarify me?

                                I just received a call from some one saying they are calling from SBI and asking from the details of my 3 digit which is backside of the card.I dont understand why bank people would ask the 3 digit number.I feel something is going wrong here.

                                  To The Chief Branch Manager State Bank of India JNU, New Campus New Delhi Sub: Complaint regarding Debit Card Dispute (SB A/C [protected]) Sir, I would like to bring this fraudulent case promoted via Junglee.com. I have ordered a LG 42LB550A 106.68cm (42 inches) Full HD LED TV from one of the on-line shopping mart ZEPMART.COM. I have placed the order on 08/11/2015 and made an on-line payment to Pyanimo of Rs 30801 through my Debit Card POS 00001693 at MOTO_TPSL[protected]attached the transaction details and the initial mail received). On 09/11/2015 I received follow up from Zepmart as confirmation mail stating that your order has been updated... Payment received order completed. Paynimo has received payment of Rs 30801/- on behalf of Zepmart (attached copy of order Information received from Zepmart). It's been more than four weeks now and have no clue about the order placed. I have tried several times reaching out to the Zepmart but the seller (Zepmart) is un-responsive. Smelling doubt in the matter I have already requested (on 19/11/2015) Zepmart for a return of the whole amount Rs 30801/. Zepmart has shown its corporate office address as 773/Sec 14, Guragon, Haryana (mob. [protected]). On 19/11/2015, I physically went to their Corporate Office at 773/Sec 14, Gurgaon to enquire about the matter. I was surprised to note there is nothing like Zepmart at the address given. Its seems Zepmart, Junglee, Paynimo and Amazon are in hand in glove and cheating customers and are equal partners in such on-line fraudulent cases. Sequence of Events 08/11/2015 at 10:30 PM Registered at Zepmart (account created) 09/11/2015 at 10:33 AM Received Order No # 719 and Comments from Zepmart as Payment received order completed Order Deatails received from Zepamrt Product Name LG 42LB550A 106.68cm (42 inches) Full HD LED TV Payment Method Paynimo Rs 30, 801/- (online payment done through SBI Debit Card) Shipping Method Flat Shipping Rate 13/11/2015 Customer care from Zepmart told: Product ordered will be delivered before 18/11/2015 19/11/2015 Requested for cancellation of order and return of Money. 20/11/2015 Received response from Amazon 20/11/2015 Enquired from Paynimo regarding transfer of Money to Zepmart before delivery of product 21/11/2015 Paynimo asked me to enquire from the merchant only saying that they are engaged with the merchant for offering payment aggregation services only. 30/11/2015: Received response from Junglee accepting Zepmart as their listed company and further stated that now they have de-listed the company (reason not stated), Junglee is not willing to offer me any additional insight or action in the matter. Now I will request you to enquire about the matter and help me to recover my money from Paynimo/Zepmart/Amazon. An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.                                       Last one month back daily no cash depoisted the bank is minimum monthly 45 transcations but monthly my transcations minimum 20or 30 (08/12/2015) cut the amount 190 excess drs charges this is very too much very very bad service sbi bank.In india very bad service bank.
