I was compelled by bank staff to apply for sbi card. Since receiving card have not activated or used card at all. I was billed AMC which is 500/- on card which kept compounding and deductions have reached 60000/- as on date. I have not received any bills regarding the same except in first few months after applying for the card.
I have not used the sbi card services even once, i am ready to pay the AMC charges which should not come more then a few thousand rupees. even after emailing to nodal officer i have not received any reply.

      I paid my College gym fees through UPI via SBI Collect on 27.12.2021 and the transaction got failed. But my money ( Rs. 2000 ) got debited from my account. Later the status of the transaction was REFUND and i got a message that the amount has been refunded on 28.12.2021. But still the money hasn't been credited to my account. REFERENCE NUMBER: DUI2922079. I have attached the photo of the message and of the transaction status.

        On 28th of December 2021, i went to SBI karur main branch to get bank attestation for my fixed deposits and account statement to apply for my student visa. But the bank employees (specially service manager at counter number 5) were not responsive and denied providing attestation for the same.

        When i tried to raise this issue to the branch manager he was not ready to listen to my issue and redirected me to the same person again and again

          Noc request and account on cibil reports

          I am Tushar Hurria I was issued a credit card against fixed deposit the card no. Is [protected]..in 2014 which was never activated. A year later i got a message with an yearly charges . Where i called the customer and the customer care representative waived the charges and raised a request to close the card.           Hello I am Tushar Hurria i was given a SBI credit card against a fixed deposit card no. [protected].. in 2014 which i never got activated. Year later i got an annual fee. Which i called an spoke the customer care and asked them to waive as i never used the card, which was taken care by the representative. But when recently applying for a home loan when i got my credit score checked. This account shows as written off/ charged off since November 25, 2021 i have raised requests and complaints to get this fixed and get me the NOC. Every time i get a TAT for 7 to 10 days but I haven't got any response till date, due to which i have been facing issues.

            I ordered shoes of 699 rupees on Amazon on 24 October, 2021, payment paid by cash on delivery and cancelled it due to size issue. Refund initiated on 25 October, 2021 but refund is not added in my account.
            When I contact with Amazon customer care they gives me refund refferance code ____[protected].
            Please send my refund kindly request to sbi customer care.

              I have ordered a product Nike
              Men Black Mid-Rise Solid Club Fit Cargo Shorts on 18/12/2021 ..But Later I canceled the order of that particular product .
              Myntra initiated the refund on 18/12/2021 same day and the refund amount was 1321.91 ₹ . But I have not yet received it in my bank account
              Myntra gave me the bank reference number for the refund

                Sir, I have ordered a product women hodded sweatshirt on 22 dec 2021 from Amazon but I have return the product. Amazon initiated the refund o 23 dec 2021 and it was expected to come within 3-5 days. Amazon gave me the reference ID 74332741357135657752222 but the SBI Bank still not credited my money.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible...

                  I have ordered a mivi play Bluetooth speaker from Amazon on 23december for which I have paid rupees 699/-.but order is cancelled after sometime.then Amazon send a mail in which it is written that refund initiated successfully on 23 December .                   I have ordered a "Mia Fashion Women Regular Hooded Black Winter jacket" from Amazon on 3rd december for which I have paid rupees 997/-. But order is returned after sometime. Then Amazon sent a mail in which it is written that refund initiated successfully on 13 December . But didn't get the money till now . This is my reference I'd - 1.34715E+11. Please help me.

                    The most horrible bank ever. Please do not take credit card from here ever.
                    First the sales person visits me at home takes down all the details. After repeating several times and opting for the card of my choice. A wrong card got delivered to me. When asked why, the only reason they kept giving me is, since I was eligible for the card with the highest annual fee they automatically upgraded with my permission. They charged an annual fee for it. After sending an email they called me and told me they will change it to my desired card, I requested them to weaver off the annual fee of 3000 plus amount that was charged, the representative informed me that this can’t be done as the statement in already created so I must pay for it and they won’t refund the amount back. I asked him how should I pay for the amount he repeatedly confirmed that it will be auto deducted from my bank account as my auto deduction is on. When the next statement released they charged a late payment fee out of no where, even though auto debit was on which they confirmed several times.
                    The worst part of the entire experience is the customer service or helpline number which is not available. There is no way I am able to speak to a customer service representative the one time I could reach they disconnected the call on my face.
                    I feel so helpless and cheated

                      I have ordered a (generic victor plastic chair (set of 2, plastic) ) on (15-sep-2020).It was to be recieved on (22-sep-2020).But I have not received my product.
                      Amazon initiated the refund on (28-nov-2020) and it was expected to come on (2-dec-2020).
                      Amazon gave me the reference id ([protected]) but the (STATE BANK OF INDIA) bank has still not credited my money.

                      This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                        I have been waiting for 2 weeks for the resolution but no solution till now.
                        Some random fake accounts on consumer complaints are asking for my phone number.
                        Government can't even control these fake accounts.
                        I had applied for education loan on vidyalakshmi portal in SBI bank. But i haven't got any updates till now. Its just saying prima facie Eligible.
                        And after posting complaints on gere some fake accounts are asking for my phone saying that they can reslove my problem.

                          I've ordered Milton glassy thermosteel 1000ml vaccum flask-purple on 3rd december 2021 for which the delivery date was on 13th December but did not received the product but the delivery status showed delivered.
                          I've initiated my refund on 16th December 2021 and it was supposed to received the refund on 23rd December but it is not yet added to my bank account

                              I paid my college fee through SBI collect, The amount got deducted from my account but in SBI collect it was failed. after 3 days I got one message from SBI collect that the amount is refunded to the account. but the amount is not credited to my account.
                              when I approach the SBI customer care they said that go and contact your bank.
                              but I went to my bank they said contact SBI Collect.

                              Hi, I am facing similar issue.
                              I paid collage fee via sbi collect.
                              Payment history show status as refund but I did not got my refund.
                              I write a complaint mail to [protected]@sbi.co.in and inb.[protected]@sbi.co.in.
                              In response I got mail that they have refunded it to sbi upi.
                              And now I have to write mail to support.[protected]@sbi.co.in for my refund.
                              Now, I have written a mail to support.[protected]@sbi.co and waiting for there response.

                              Did you get refund back and how? Please let me know what need to done.

                                    One of the employee of State bank of india has rough and attitude behaviour.His name is Sandeep kumar Gupta from Sbi Dhubri bazar branch.He misbehave every time with the customer and when ever someone seeking help from him he hypering on that and no work is being done by him during office hours
