My account no.[protected] in the name of Maruti International at SBI SSI Aligarh branch. on 27.10.2015 at.13.57 I have withdrawn Rs.20000/- from ATM no.SlOG[protected] card no.[protected] Txn no.8841, but I got only.Rs.19500/- and thereafter ATN stoped. I request to credit the less amount received by me. Maruti International Aligarh mob.[protected]

Sir/Madam
I Rakesh Kumar having saving account with your bank and makes payment through my debit card of SOL DU on 14/10/2015 having transaction no[protected] and showed me as Oops transaction failed but balance has been deducted from my account then I made 2nd transaction of same payment to SOL DU having transaction no[protected] and same thing happens again. In afternoon I got a message from SOL DU that your form has been uploaded and on this transaction 2nd transaction no was quoted.

I had contacted to my SBI MOHAN GARDEN branch to file complain about this but he said to wait for 15 days it will be credited in your account. But nothing was credited to my account against that payment.

Only one payment has been accepted by SOL DU and my balance is deducted twice. I need refund of my 1st transaction. Please help me out.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above captioned matter, I would like to submit that I had immediately informed/intimated to my Home branch SBI Churchgate to block the Card within 10 minutes of the fraudulent transactions taken place.

This is sufficient compliance on my part to prove that I have not done any such transactions. The Card was immediately blocked also. SBI Card should have taken action & stop delivery of goods/services & should not have honoured the merchant's bills and accordingly taken corrective measures which unfortunately seems that not taken.

I was informed to me thru various SMS that the investigation is going on and that your queries have been resolved etc. Debits are also reversed immediately. This is sufficient for me to belive that appropriate corrective actions must have been taken and everything have been resolved.

It is after 4 months that I am told that nothing is done in this regard which is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. If they could not do what they were supposed to and could do at that time, it is not my mistake and I strongly disown this liability.

Please help me & sort out my problem

Hi, On 25-Oct around 4 PM My father H.P. Biswas got a call from number [protected]. And the person on the other side said he is calling from SBI bank he is branch manager and your ATM validity date is over, please extend your validity otherwise your ATM will not work. My father told him details of his ATM and he has withdrawn amount of 17, 300 RS from my ATM card no: [protected]. Again he called on 26-Oct and he started bulling my father saying he need more money. My father went to SBI Home branch but they refused to help and said we cant do anything in this matter. Please help us and escalate this issue and guide us how to proceed further. I am extremely disappointed with the way SBI has been reacting to all the complaints that we send. Please find the mail that I wrote to the CEO. I got a call from this lady claiming to be from SBI and she had all my details like card number, due amount, mobile number and date of birth. She said that I can get a new credit limit and that I will receive a new card. Since she had all my details, I was forced to beleive that she was an employee of SBI. I request the department to take action against SBI as they are being very negligent. If you also notice many other customers like me have lodged a complaint against the same issue and SBI has given almost the same reply. I understand that we have been fooled and I strongly beleive that the fraud gang involved in this is either from SBI or SBI employees are helping them. The security is so bad. Its a shame on a nationalised bank. They just replied saying they will blacklist the phone numbers but they are not taking any action against Shopmantraa Prokerala who is doing this fraud. Sir kindly help us to fight against this and i hope that that we will be getting our money soon. I have also found that the callers are using a Etisalat number and they are so clever, they say they are calling from Chennai but they are from Delhi. This is the email I sent to CEO I am writing to you today regarding a fraudulent activity that had happened on my card. I have lodged a complaint with the customer care team on 28th. Reference number for the same is 1-[protected]. I still haven't got a revert. On 25th sep, I got a call from Priya, claiming to be calling from SBI. She had all my card details and even told me how much was due on my credit card. She had all the knowledge of an employee of SBI. I usually got SBI credit cards call from mobile numbers and with the knowledge of this person, I was forced to believe she was an employee of SBI. She claimed that I had 9000 reward points for which I was getting a complementary gift. So I gave her the address. When I called Sbi customer care number, they informed me that it was a fraudulent call. Sir, I'm sure there are many other customers like me who have been fooled around by this fraud. I am sure the person who contacted me is either an employee of SBI or someone who has contact with an employee of SBI, to have the knowledge. I have used HDFC and Axis cards but never faced an issue as such. Being a nationalised bank, people like us trust SBI more than other private banks but I'm extremely disappointed with this incident. Sir I request you to take severe action against this fraud team and have them punished for spoiling the name of your bank. I hope I am at the right place and that this issue would be taken seriously. I had been continuously receiving calls from a person called Raghuraman from the phone number [protected] from new delhi sbi card division telling me they are replacing my current sbi card and are giving me photo card etc and took all my credit card details including otp and made me deduct my card in a shoptricks website for 7895 rs and then they keep their phone switched off continuously, . they told me my card will be debited now and then this amount will be returned to me as rewards points. this offer was not required by me and they cheated me without even giving time to check details - it happened on 19th october 2015

Pls unblock my sbi credit card number [protected]. If you can't do, pls cancel my card. When I make any transaction with this card, it shows your card is blocked for security reasons. When I call sbi customer helpline[protected], they says your card is unblocked but when I use it the same msg said above that is 'transaction is declined' bcz your card is blocked and due to security reasons.

Hi, I received a call from [protected] and a female voice saying that it's a verification call from SBI Bank and she told me my name, the ATM Debit Card number and the Available balance. I was under a firm belief that only the banker will be able to provide such information. This gained my confidence in the caller. She then asked the Debit Card Expiry Date and told that I will receive a message from SBI and need to share the OTP with her. I did it. This happened thrice. Again she went on telling that a new Debit Card will be issue and will soon receive by 4 days. Soon after, the call is ended; I received three messages from SBI ATM updating that Rs 5000, Rs 2500, and Rs 2500 been utilized through the three transaction. Please advise .

Today (26 October 2015) Rs. 5000 was withdrawn from my VISA debit card. I was not aware of this transaction. This is a fraudulent. Transaction ID reflecting in passbook[protected] for SBI- Buddy BD. Request you to kindly investigate and refund money to my account. Please contact me at [protected]/ [protected].

I have a Saving Bank Account in SBI Khuldabad Branch, Allahabad but I have submitted an application in thrice times and personally told to Branch for my account converted in Salary Package Account from November, 2012 to yet.But I have not given benefit of Salary Package Scheme yet.

I got a damaged note by atm of sbi dav inter college premnagar dehradun.on saturday 24-10-15 . I went to sbi branch of that atm and asked to change the note cashier officer denied said its not our job go to main branch to exchange he said/lied that our atm is not working that day but i have reciept of that, the branch manager was in leave/training so to whom i complaint.the cashier is not humble and a very indecent man and not doing the work for which he is there.

I applied for pension loan on 27/08/15 from SBI BANK 12/56, D.B.GUPTA ROAD, KAROL BAGH branch. I submitted all doc and my verification also done positively on 04/09/15. But now my all work is in pending and they asking me for rs 50000 SBI life insurance for disbursement of loan amt. I am very helpless . I need urgently this loan amt but they doesn't response me .

On 114/05/2013, I have received a phone call from A.G.M, S.B.I Adyar Branching asking me to pay an Over Draft loan which was availed by me in the year 1999.
The A.G.M has told me that he has no information relating to the loan and in turn asked me to furnish the details of N.S.Cs which have been said to have pledged by me while availing the alleged over draft.The Bank has also served a lawyer`s Notice asking me to pay the alleged loan failing which threatened legal action against me.
.The bank has also made damaging statements against me.
It is worth mentioning here that,
i..It is a time barred loan.
ii..The Current account in which the alleged O.D.was sanctioned is in the name of Myself and my daughter.I have never opened the said current account and according tom the extant instructions of the Bank a staff member will not be permitted to open a current account account jointly with his daughter not open a joint account( (Current account)
iii.In the year 1999 i.e inwhich year the alleged loan was said to have been sanctioned, I was under the esablishment of Service Branch, Chennai, hence opening a current account at Adyar Br. and sanctioning an O.D.Accout at Adyar Branch is not possible.
2.The Bank has also several times put my pension on hold with an intention to appropriate the alleged loan..
3.The Bank has also started telling cock and bull stories to substantiate teir stand.
Then I have sought information under R.T.I Act relating to the alleged loan account.
In reply to my R.T.I appln.the Bank has admittedly stated that no information is available.
It may be noted that as per the extant instuctions of Indian Bankers` Association the Bank has to retain all records up to twenty years after sensation of the transaction.Hence the claim of the Bank that the information is not available is not correct since according to the Bank it is a live account.
Now it is proved that the claim of the Bank is a false one.
