I have a Saving Bank Account in SBI Khuldabad Branch, Allahabad but I have submitted an application in thrice times and personally told to Branch for my account converted in Salary Package Account from November, 2012 to yet.But I have not given benefit of Salary Package Scheme yet.

    I got a damaged note by atm of sbi dav inter college premnagar dehradun.on saturday 24-10-15 . I went to sbi branch of that atm and asked to change the note cashier officer denied said its not our job go to main branch to exchange he said/lied that our atm is not working that day but i have reciept of that, the branch manager was in leave/training so to whom i complaint.the cashier is not humble and a very indecent man and not doing the work for which he is there.
    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Sbi main website clearly mentioned that all branches would exchange soiled or damage notes.

      I applied for pension loan on 27/08/15 from SBI BANK 12/56, D.B.GUPTA ROAD, KAROL BAGH branch. I submitted all doc and my verification also done positively on 04/09/15. But now my all work is in pending and they asking me for rs 50000 SBI life insurance for disbursement of loan amt. I am very helpless . I need urgently this loan amt but they doesn't response me .

        On 114/05/2013, I have received a phone call from A.G.M, S.B.I Adyar Branching asking me to pay an Over Draft loan which was availed by me in the year 1999.
        The A.G.M has told me that he has no information relating to the loan and in turn asked me to furnish the details of N.S.Cs which have been said to have pledged by me while availing the alleged over draft.The Bank has also served a lawyer`s Notice asking me to pay the alleged loan failing which threatened legal action against me.
        .The bank has also made damaging statements against me.
        It is worth mentioning here that,
        i..It is a time barred loan.
        ii..The Current account in which the alleged O.D.was sanctioned is in the name of Myself and my daughter.I have never opened the said current account and according tom the extant instructions of the Bank a staff member will not be permitted to open a current account account jointly with his daughter not open a joint account( (Current account)
        iii.In the year 1999 i.e inwhich year the alleged loan was said to have been sanctioned, I was under the esablishment of Service Branch, Chennai, hence opening a current account at Adyar Br. and sanctioning an O.D.Accout at Adyar Branch is not possible.
        2.The Bank has also several times put my pension on hold with an intention to appropriate the alleged loan..
        3.The Bank has also started telling cock and bull stories to substantiate teir stand.
        Then I have sought information under R.T.I Act relating to the alleged loan account.
        In reply to my R.T.I appln.the Bank has admittedly stated that no information is available.
        It may be noted that as per the extant instuctions of Indian Bankers` Association the Bank has to retain all records up to twenty years after sensation of the transaction.Hence the claim of the Bank that the information is not available is not correct since according to the Bank it is a live account.
        Now it is proved that the claim of the Bank is a false one.

                    I m a customer of SBI since last year. I had done an online transaction on 21st of October and it was unsuccessfull. I called SBI Customer Care the next day then i was told that its showing in their system about the transaction and it would be refunded in 2 days but it was not refunded. Today I called them again to register a complaint but after taking all necessary information they told that my transaction is not available in their system and if its not available then how was it available the last time when i called them.                             I want to make a complaint against the person Rathandeep ([protected]), Who has issued my Wrong credit card scheme card. I contacted Tata Area sales manage Pavan ([protected]) in Hyderabad. This card I have applied for a Tata Titaninum card. And I received a Tata Platinum card. When I requesting the customer care regarding this they are not listening this and all time raise a request and all my request got rejected for downgrade the card from Platinum to Titanium.Here is the request number 1-[protected] for that.I request you to raise a complaint againt the company or person who is doing this to complete their Mothly sales targets.

                            I am getting fraudulent calls from persons so please hide all details. There is no response from sbi team to my call.that's why I am closing this request. Rather than issue resolution I getting 2 fraud calls from persons who didn't have valid authentic sbi employee I'd..please hide my this request as soon as possible. So at least I will not get fraudulent calls from any body.

Otp no 104547 and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7888. 00 against salemall_epaykerala. The other mobile number which was used to send messages is +91 - [protected]. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card.                                   Kindly check your call centre record between 25 sept’15 to 4 Oct’15 you will find the recorded call that I had called to find out what would be the interest amount if I paid partial payment from the outstanding dues.

                                  Refer Credit Card No. [protected] and card hold Name : Deepak B More

                                  Total Outstanding dues payable on 5th October’15 was Rs.32, 220/- & the partially amt paid as per conversation is Rs.9000/- against the total outstanding dues.

                                  I was told that the interest would be charged on balance amount at the rate of 3.35% + GST only and the amount would be less then Rs.1000/-buck including GST.

                                  Now I have recd monthly credit card statement on 15th October’’15 as per the same, I noticed that you have charged Rs.2124.35 as interest & GST of Rs.297.41

                                  Now, I want to know the calculation and why the misleading information was provided to customer by your call centre executive, if I was told correct information I would have paid complete dues instead of paying hefty interest now.

                                  You are requested to kindly check my previous record whereby you will find I have paid all the outstanding on time.

                                  Hope you will address this issue immediately otherwise I will pay dues on due date and will close the credit card forever.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I recently relocated to Gurgaon from Ahmedabad and went to SBI, SME BRANCH M G ROAD GURGAON to open a saving account. I asked to provide a form for opening a new account and was asked to wait, i waited for around 25 mins with 2 reminders before being finally attended to, then the bank representative rudely asked me why I want to open a new account? I told him that i moved to Gurgaon from Ahmedabad and wish to open a new account in the city where i am living. The representative told me that no new account can be opened and i have to transfer my account from previous branch. I said to him that as per my knowledge any individual can have multiple account but CIF(customer identification number must remain same). The bank representative rudely told me that he knows rules much better than me. Post this he did not even listen to me any further. I told him that I would like to meet branch manager and he said do whatever you wish to do and dont waste my time. Infact he told me that this branch does not deal with opening saving bank account and i have come to incorrect branch. I have never come across such rude behaviour ever. I tried to reach out to the branch manager but I believe he is too busy to listen to customers. I have been maintaining three accounts with SBI 1)saving account 2) education loan account and 3)PPF account and the reason for associating with SBI only for so long has been because I always got basic service from bank, infact IIM Vastrapur, ahmedabad branch where I had both my loan and saving account is one of the most professional and humble team that I have seen. But my experience at the MG ROAD branch was horrific; leave apart not opening my account, but I am still surprised that how a bank representative can attend to customers so rudely inside his office in front of all for such small basic query. I would seek your help on below 3 things 1) Kindly check to ensure that the staff maintains basic courtesy while handling customers. 2) Incase, of grievance how can a customer reach out to branch manager in the branch itself immediately ? 3) And incase you are interested to allow me to open a new saving account at this branch, kindly let me know ? I would like to get revert from your side on the above points especially point 1 and 2; as I can open a new account in any other bank public or private and I am not only dependent on SBI for the same. I am posting same compliant to SBI officials also via email(sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in) hoping atleast from somewhere I will get a revert.

                                        I am working as Head Typist, DRM/O/Genl.Branch, Hubli. I am having SB Account in SBI, Keshwapur Main Branch, Hubli through which I am drawing salary from 1996 onwards. On 3rd Oct’2015, when I could not get Rs.6000/- cash from Karnataka Bank ATM due to server problem, after 20 min again I tried to draw Rs.6000/- which was dispensed. When I checked my account through internet I found that Rs.12, 000/- was debited from my account. I lodged a written complaint on the SBI prescribed format with above branch on 7th Oct’2015. Till 15th Oct’2015, my complaint was not resolved. On 15th Oct’2015, at 12.30 hours which I enquired about the same, the SBI Complaint Dealer told that my complaint is with the Branch Manager and it would be resolved in the evening or tomorrow. On the same day at 06.00 pm, I received a phone call from one Mr.Om Prakash Agarwal, who introduced himself as SBI Manager, M C Branch, Gandhinagar, Bangalore and also gave me the Bank code. Further, he conveyed all the details which I had written in the Complaint form, like Name, Address, Cell No., A/C No., ATM Card No, my complaint details also the Complaint Ticket No.and asked me to confirm the same. As the details he conveyed were correct, I believed that he is an authorized person from SBI. Also, as the above SBI Complaint Dealer had told me that the complaint would be resolved in the evening or next day, I believed it is related to my complaint itself. He asked me to read the SMS which I would receive very soon. As I read the SMS which contained OTP No., I found that my account was being debited to the tune of Rs.49, 496/- within 10 minutes.
