    Hi, I am Kamana Modi many a times I have tried to contact SBI customer care executive but there is no way to contact . Before I got the credit card I was called frequently but once I have received it there isn't any contact . They just send me unnecessary bill to be paid without any clarification. What if a person wants to know the detail of the bills. Veru much disappointed from SBI service and wanna cancel this credit card offered.Please help me reach out to CCE.

      I have lodged a formal complaint against the SBI sales agents who convinced me to enrol for the SBI Mumbai Metro Credit Card at Saki Naka Metro station by intentionally providing me with incorrect information on several counts. There has, however, been no response from SBI and their telephonic complaint helpline remains unreachable. The intentionally agent lied to me on 5 counts in order to trick me into subscribing to an SBI Credit Card.

      1) The agent first informed me that there were absolutely no fees associated with the card whatsoever, either one time or recurring. It is only when I was asked to sign the application document that I noticed the registration fee of Rs. 499 on the form.

      2) Upon questioning the sales agents regarding this amount, they replied that it would be rolled back completely if I made Rs. 2, 000 worth of purchases during the first 2 months. I was assured that the charge would be completely rolled back if this occurred. Today, after receiving the card, I was informed by a customer service executive via telephone that the amount can only be redeemed in the form of points used to make select purchases and that the amount of Rs. 499 would still be charged to me along with taxes. This is absolutely contradictory to what the sales agent informed me.

      3) When I asked the sales agent whether there were any additional annual charges, he told me that there were none. It is only when I read the form carefully that I noticed that there was a Rs. 499 annual charge. Upon questioning him about this, the agent took the form away and told me that someone would call me to confirm whether I wanted the card and that I could cancel the application and say no. The agent was clearly trying to lie and cheat his way into making me apply for a card that I did not want in the first place.

      4) The sales agent also informed me that there would be a flat 20% discount on all Mumbai Metro tickets. I clearly asked him whether this involved all routes and he said it did. Today, a telephonic customer care executive informed me that I only get a 10% discount and that the 20% discount was only valid for routes above a certain token value.

      5) I was repeatedly told that I would receive all discounts as direct credits to my card in the form of a cash amount that could be used as hard cash for any purchase I wished. Today, a telephonic agent informed me that this is not the case and that I would only receive reward points, which can only be spent on particular offers. This was completely contradictory to what I was told.

      6) I spoke to three separate agents (the sales agent at the station as well as two telephone executives) before applying for my card and asked that the limit be restricted to Rs. 10, 000. All three agreed but when I received the card, my limit was set to Rs. 1, 52, 000. I did, however, get this corrected after lodging two formal complaints with SBI.

      However, although SBI corrected my credit card limit, they have not responded to the majority of my complaints listed above. Both complaints were sent on the same day but SBI has chosen to ignore those corresponding to the first 5 points above. It is a shame that India's largest bank, a government undertaking, resorts to such unethical and underhanded methods to grow their customer base. I received over 8 calls from SBI when they were chasing me and trying to get me to register. Now, a week later when I have a complaint, they are suddenly unreachable. I will never deal with SBI again, nor will I ever advise anyone I know of to do so.

        Hi, I am a SBI card holder. I raised a complaint regarding failed balance transfer on 28 september 2015. Till date no resolution is provided to me. Every time i call customer care they say that we tried calling you but you didnt pick up the call.

            I had deposited Rs 27500 in sbi cash depositing machine at motimahal gwalior on 22/10/2015 the screen displayed a message of transaction cancelled and the money was not dispensed out of machine i have given a written complain to the concerning branch but the money has not been credited to my account till date.

              Sir I have booked a seat of hrtc from shimla to aut on 21st Oct. 2015. Ref. No IGOAWNVLK3. The amount 301 deducted from my Sbi a/c but the seat no 6 was not booked by this ref. After that I have to book again the same seat with ref no IGOAWOVQW7. This time seat was booked. So for reservation for one seat rs 602 deducted. Please resolve it. Thanks

                    Hi, 3 months back while making a transaction using SBI credit card([protected]) the transaction got confirmed even without entering the pin. I just entered the first 2 digits of the pin and after 2 seconds the transaction got authenticated. So i raised this concern with sbi. I got a response that it will take around 90 days to resolve the issue and they credited Rs 48000(equal to transaction amount) to my credit card account. Well i never asked them to do so and because of this reason i was not able to convert my big transactions into emi. As this was a big security breach and break of RBI rule that the transaction should be completed with pin code i was expecting some good response from SBI. Instead few days back i received a mail stating Rs 48000 will be reversed back and also that as the card was physically present at the time of transaction they are closing the incident. Now i am having a credit card bill of Rs 64000 due. Due to this reason i am spending sleepless night and tension as i cannot manage this much big amount of money. Also expecting some kind of compensation as they are breaking the law and simply closing the incident without taking any action. Because they have given me reason that the transaction was genuine as card was present physically then why did RBI issued this rule of implementing pin for completing the transaction.                         Today, I got a call from [protected], saying that my SBI credit card has been blocked due to security reason. He told me that I am regularly using my card sice it has been issued last month and I have around 5K due that I need to pay.
                        When I asked about the transaction, he just denied to give any more information.
                        Finally, I revealed the the truth that I don't use SBI credit card, he disconnected the phone.
                        He was having some information about me, but was looking for more info to cheat.

                        SBI should put these numbers to cyber crime cell, to stop these fraud callers.

                          MY NAME is Tukaram Marwale, My account is in SBI, I was transferred the money to SBH account, but Unfortunately the amount is not credited in SBH account but in my account showing debit balance. SBI A/c no-[protected] Card No: SBH A/c No:[protected] I have transfered RS 100 in the morning and RS 9000 from SBI card to SBH card on 8th October 2015 .ATM receipt showing money transfered but amount not credited to SBH a/c.                               I Rakesh Kumar having saving account with your bank and makes payment through my debit card of SOL DU on 14/10/2015 having transaction no[protected] and showed me as Oops transaction failed but balance has been deducted from my account then I made 2nd transaction of same payment to SOL DU having transaction no[protected] and same thing happens again. In afternoon I got a message from SOL DU that your form has been uploaded and on this transaction 2nd transaction no was quoted.

                              I had contacted to my SBI MOHAN GARDEN branch to file complain about this but he said to wait for 15 days it will be credited in your account. But nothing was credited to my account against that payment.

                              Only one payment has been accepted by SOL DU and my balance is deducted twice. I need refund of my 1st transaction. Please help me out.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  With reference to the above captioned matter, I would like to submit that I had immediately informed/intimated to my Home branch SBI Churchgate to block the Card within 10 minutes of the fraudulent transactions taken place.

                                  This is sufficient compliance on my part to prove that I have not done any such transactions. The Card was immediately blocked also. SBI Card should have taken action & stop delivery of goods/services & should not have honoured the merchant's bills and accordingly taken corrective measures which unfortunately seems that not taken.

                                  I was informed to me thru various SMS that the investigation is going on and that your queries have been resolved etc. Debits are also reversed immediately. This is sufficient for me to belive that appropriate corrective actions must have been taken and everything have been resolved.

                                  It is after 4 months that I am told that nothing is done in this regard which is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. If they could not do what they were supposed to and could do at that time, it is not my mistake and I strongly disown this liability.

                                    Hi, On 25-Oct around 4 PM My father H.P. Biswas got a call from number [protected]. And the person on the other side said he is calling from SBI bank he is branch manager and your ATM validity date is over, please extend your validity otherwise your ATM will not work. My father told him details of his ATM and he has withdrawn amount of 17, 300 RS from my ATM card no: [protected]. Again he called on 26-Oct and he started bulling my father saying he need more money. My father went to SBI Home branch but they refused to help and said we cant do anything in this matter. Please help us and escalate this issue and guide us how to proceed further.                                         I am extremely disappointed with the way SBI has been reacting to all the complaints that we send. Please find the mail that I wrote to the CEO. I got a call from this lady claiming to be from SBI and she had all my details like card number, due amount, mobile number and date of birth. She said that I can get a new credit limit and that I will receive a new card. Since she had all my details, I was forced to beleive that she was an employee of SBI. I request the department to take action against SBI as they are being very negligent. If you also notice many other customers like me have lodged a complaint against the same issue and SBI has given almost the same reply. I understand that we have been fooled and I strongly beleive that the fraud gang involved in this is either from SBI or SBI employees are helping them. The security is so bad. Its a shame on a nationalised bank. They just replied saying they will blacklist the phone numbers but they are not taking any action against Shopmantraa Prokerala who is doing this fraud. Sir kindly help us to fight against this and i hope that that we will be getting our money soon. I have also found that the callers are using a Etisalat number and they are so clever, they say they are calling from Chennai but they are from Delhi. This is the email I sent to CEO I am writing to you today regarding a fraudulent activity that had happened on my card. I have lodged a complaint with the customer care team on 28th. Reference number for the same is 1-[protected]. I still haven't got a revert. On 25th sep, I got a call from Priya, claiming to be calling from SBI. She had all my card details and even told me how much was due on my credit card. She had all the knowledge of an employee of SBI. I usually got SBI credit cards call from mobile numbers and with the knowledge of this person, I was forced to believe she was an employee of SBI. She claimed that I had 9000 reward points for which I was getting a complementary gift. So I gave her the address. When I called Sbi customer care number, they informed me that it was a fraudulent call. Sir, I'm sure there are many other customers like me who have been fooled around by this fraud. I am sure the person who contacted me is either an employee of SBI or someone who has contact with an employee of SBI, to have the knowledge. I have used HDFC and Axis cards but never faced an issue as such. Being a nationalised bank, people like us trust SBI more than other private banks but I'm extremely disappointed with this incident. Sir I request you to take severe action against this fraud team and have them punished for spoiling the name of your bank. I hope I am at the right place and that this issue would be taken seriously. I would like my money to be returned to my account. These are the phone numbers I received calls from [protected] and [protected]. My credit card number is [protected]
