I have a A/c. of SBI along with internet Banking.The mobile number which was registered in my a/c has changed and register new mobile number and follow all the procedure like fill the form and submit in home branch to activate new number for OTP. During the online transaction i did not get OTP on my mobile number. SBI officer say that they have done. I get only message if any transaction happen in my a/c like debit/credit.But still i didn't get OTP for online transaction.

    Respected Sir, I have salary account in SBI at Manjalpure, Vadodara branch my account no. is [protected], i was talk 5-6 times with SBI customer care representative but they were not properly responded and finally, i just talk with Ms. Priyanka. see talk with me very rudely and immaturely . I want to register complaint for amount which was deducted from my account and there were not proper responded for my complaint and even not register after 5-6th times calls.

    this is anil kumar yadav from chennai, account holder of Branch Adambakkam, brindavan nagar, Branch code-11753 chennai -88. Marking harassment from Bank Manager.Actually
    my cheque book return from my adderss.and now it is in Bank.when i go for my cheque book.
    some employee told bring your account book.and when i went second time SBI Adambakkam
    Bank Manager asking pay Rs. 51 and get your cheque book.till now i dint get my cheque book.
    it make me harassment going bank again and again how many time i ll go to bank. i am a working person.pls help me..
    I used my State bank of India debit card no. 62201xxxxxxxxxx8405 Venkatesan to pay Chennai Metro water tax of Rs.575/= through Billdesk. I furnished all the details of my debit card and oTP also received (14/9/2015 4, 25, 22 PM.) to my registered telephone number but the transaction did not successfully materialised and the amount was not transferred to chennai metro water.
    Please ensure to credit the amount to my SB a/.c in State Bank of India, Velachery branch Chennai.

      Responce is very rude from bank

      I called to check my student loan amount which I am paying from past 4 years, just wanted to check the balence, when I called the bank( super market brach gulbarga), they were speaking very rudely and did not give any information, when I reached the branch, Manager was speaking so rudely to everyone as if all people who were there have taken his money. this is not the right behavior....

        Dear sir
        I'm getting call from sbi credit card every month end and ask me to avail card, but am clearly tell that I'm not interest, again they push me and get my details, and then they are directly check my CIBIL score without my permission, it's really impact my CIBIL score, I need a clear revert from that particular team
        Hereby I attached sbi send a msg to me, that a proof itself clearly shows they are wrongly cheking my CIBIL every time, because of this kind of msg I'm totally disappointed and not even concentrate my routin job kindly help me to out of this issue.
        Note: it's happening in 3rd time kindly check the backend and revert me a valuable reason

          I have applied for SBI yatra credit card, App no. for the same is :[protected]. I received message from SBI the card was dispatched through BLUE DART Ref : EV[protected] on 2nd Sept 2015. today i have received one more message from SBI the card, "Your SBI card sent via BLUE DART, Ref No. EV[protected] is undelivered. Pls call[protected] / 40 b/w 9am-4pm (Mon-Fri)" I had by now called on both the numbers for around many times, it was not getting connected. Kindly look into this matter.

            Hi, I am trying to change my mobile no through online banking..(IRTA And Customer center) both are not working. 1-First i tried IRTA option at first hard to create to request i have to try so many times ..then i when i get succeeded to create one and got reference no ..ATM declined the transaction.its happen 4 to 5 times. 2-Second i tried through customer center ..first problem is same..at the end when i reached at payment even your all details are correct it shows me wrong details .. I am in other state and once i saw these option i am very happy but now still facing problem to change my number. please help me with this.

                Hi, I am writing this complaint with very bad service from SBI bank. As my ATM pin is not delivered to me for more than 5 months now and I am always checking with my branch and they always tell me contact toll free number. Contacting Toll free number tells me that your request has been forwarded to branch. So I am not sure what's happening. I am really got handicapped due to this and not able to do transactions.                   Sir i am shashi bala dob 08/03/1976. i am using sbi credit card. last year company has shifted me from gold card to silver card. and they assure that annual fee of 3000 will not be burden on you and this fee will be adjusted through points. but three months back they charged me Rs3000 annual fee. when i complaint regarding this they send mails that your problem will be resolved they also given a complaint No. but till now that did not resolve my problem. i dont even get a call from them about what they did to resolve my complaint complaint no is 1-[protected]. please solve my issue as company is unable to give Up to mark service. i am pasting their email below.                       I was owning the TATA SBI CARD and was not using much so i closed my card before completing one year so that to avoid any annual charges. I called up customer care and closed the account and even customer care confirmed that it is closed and told me to destroy the card. Now i am seeing everymonth i am getting the account statements with the due amount increasing by 500 every month. And sad part is it is affecting my CIBIL score. In fact i have requested again to close properly the account and to nil the due and the customer reference id for complaint is "1-[protected]". I was told by sep 4th 2015 i will be getting a cinfirmation for closure of the account and to NIL the due. But till date i am not seeing any message. IT IS VERY UNFAIR TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER WHO HAS CLOSED THE CREDIT CARD. Please help me in closing the card with out paying any money and i need my CIBIL SCORE back.

                        My SBI acct was issued on 08/05/2015 CIF no. Is [protected] there is a problem I can't withdraw money from ATM. I went to bank many times taking the same issue to them they were like there is no problem with the card everthing is fine...if everything is fine y is this problem arised... Plz make it done...

                          Sir, I have withdraw Rs 20000/- from state bank of patiala ATM Jui branch on 11/02/2015 txn no. 3479 and 3480. The txn no. 3479 have been successfully and amount Rs 10000/- received from ATM but the txn no. 3480 amount Rs 10000/- not received from ATM but amt deducted from account. I have already 3 times complaint to my home branch SBI Bhiwani (Haryana) but not positive reply from bank staff and bank manager

                            I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card no [protected] And PAN no. AMOPB1238R and raised the request for issue of NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they are not giving me any tipe of reference no. When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week. As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. I am facing much more problem due to the unactioned cibil report by the concern department. When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card Why they are not able to clear cibil report and providing NOC to me. Please do the needful..                                 I Dr. MURARI Johan Mandal have an SB account jointly with my wife at Baruipur Zilla Parishad Building branch in Baruipur South Twenty Four Parganas, West Bengal . When we applied for locker facility the officials gradually increasing their demand and black mailing us. Initially it was 50k FD. We made that! Then it was Saral Sadharan and SBI Life!! We also agreed for that about 20 k per annum for next 10 year. Alas ! Then started demanding Termed Deposits of 50k per annum!!! Where will their greed be stopped! Is it SBI business policy? What higher authorities say? Are people bound to do that compromisations to obtain a locker?

                                    I have an account in sbi mahoba uttar pradesh (210427). i have lost my atm/debit card, later i found it. on loosing it i block it by calling to customer care but when i found it i give a written application (1-2 weeks ago) to my branch to unblock the card but no action is taken till now. the worst thing was no one is ready to take the application everyone was saying to apply for new card. reason was no one have a knowledge of the procedure o[censored]nblocking the card.
