Myself Ajay Singh from Bombay. My Mom got retired on Jan 31st 2015. She received the PPO book also but till now amount is not getting generated in my moms SBI account. Number of time we visited SBI Daman branch for enquiry but they just keep on telling us to wait wait and just wait. Its now almost 7 months and my mom still waiting for pension still she has not lost trust on you people. Also the tracking number (EQ[protected]IN) shown on your site shows no details. I don't know where my mom money are stucked. I wantyou people to take matter seriously and kindly revert. I have purchased the above Tyre from M/s Bhavani Automobiles Katpadi, Vellore on 10th April 2015 . After sometimes it is found the Tyre was bulging one side and air comes out. we have given the same to Bhavani Automobiles for Replacement on 27th August 2015 still we have not received Replacement . Since i need bike for my regular office use I Request you to look into the matter and arrange for the Replacements Immediately. I have given an application seeking transfer of my sbi a/c i.e. from current sbi branch(15718) to another nearest sbi branch(05246). But sadly, even when it is almost a month since the filing of the application i couldn't get my a/c transfered. Here in this circumstance what i want to know is, 'Have i left out any necessary procedure/required document not summit or is it normal for a bank to take that much time for transfering an a/c? If so, why am I not informed?

I am Vikash Kumar.I am doing my Engineering from pune University.I went to State bank of india to take education loan, I talked to the manager about education loan .the mananger refuse to give me loan only because I study in private college.He told me that We don't give education loan to the student who study in private college.I told him that my college is approved under AICTE, and I fill ful the all creteria under circulation of Reseve Bank of India.Even though manager refuse to give loan. so, I want to complain agaist State Bank Of India to take some action regardig educatin loan . Dear sir, we are facing huge shortage of coins .due to shortage of coins retailer /shop owner and many business ve been suffered.they have no other option to distribute choclates of rs 1/2 or any other products between value rs 1 to rs 5 to give change .customer is suffering more due to this as he also has no option to accept this extra purchase without any need. only the sbi is distributing the coins once in a week .this is not sufficient...

Hi, I transferred 500rs from my SBI A/c to Dena bank A/c on 15th Aug 2015 but till now I did’t back my amount. I raised complaints to time no’s. CD[protected] & CD[protected]. They closed both complaints and mention Your Complaint With Ticket No. CD[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as under. I have done a FD today for the period of 30 months. The interest rate is show in receipt is 7.75%. But, in internet the interest rate of FD for the period of 30 months is showing 8.00%. Kindly, give me the reason of this difference in FD interest. Thanking you.

Dear sir / mam, I used debit card at Pos Lifestyle for Rs 1899, transaction was declined, i recieved transaction failed reciept but money debited. I called number given at back of debit card to register complain. I had call 4 times but no one register complain, they first told call after few mins, then told after hour, then told call after few hour, then after 1 day when i call they told will take 45 days to resolve complain and droped the call without taking complain. I want my money to be refunded and action against such executives behaviour. Dear sir, sbi card worker Mr. shrivastav is abusing on phone calls and mentally harassment. i used sbi credit card before 12 year and i paid all amount of credit card and no paymet is due now he said to me your card balance is due and deposit the due amount but i have reciept of that no amt is due but he is abusing and mentally harassment. and i enclosed the reciept. please solve the problems.

On[protected] i made of payment of rupees 1827 from my SBI Net Banking vide transaction number DSBI[protected]IG0ADJHFW3 for the payment of IDEA Post Paid Mobile Number [protected] in the name of Santoshi Deosthle A message received that the payment is not done, hence i again on[protected] made a payment of rupees 1827 vide transaction number DSBI[protected]IG0ADUBE5. The extra payment of rupees 1827 has not been received/credited in my account number[protected] so far. I have already made complaint to IDEA Celluler company and they have provided the information that they have only received a payment of rupees 1827 on[protected]. It may be noted that the none submission of income tax return in due time limit due to the carelessness of the bank, the sbi will be held responsible for any penalty / interest / late fee / etc objeceted by the income tax department. Pl treat this matter as most urgent pl.

As per our discussion with the authorized person in bank document (cheque book ) has been dispatched dated on 19/05/2015 and today it is 27/08/2015 still we have not received, according to the postman he did not receive any registry and i have only the locket no: ef[protected]in

We had purchased the property from State Bank of India, Karur under (Public Auction under SARFAESI Act, 2002) as on 11.12.2013. The sales certificate and other documents clearly state that our land is 3761.75 sq.ft. Now the constructed building handed over by bank to us is 3254 sq.ft only. Balance 507.75 sq.ft. is under possession with SBI, (Bank engineer valuation report also clearly mentioned that the property possession has been taken by State Bank of India, Karur Main Branch) now this area was occupied by others with indirect support of SBI. So bank is liable to me for that 507.75sq.ft. Regarding this matter so many times I contacted the Branch manager and asked for his help but he refused and he says that after sales he cannot give any service from SBI and he told the sale was conducted by “as where is and as what is” basis, so he can’t help me and advice me to forget the remaining area 507.75 sq.ft. Before the time of auction itself I demanded the bank for the copies of plan approval, survey map and also mother documents but the bank concludes before auction they won’t give, once you win the auction we will give the entire document copies but after winning the auction bank says that the approval copy and survey map was missing, this is preplanned plan and they wontedly cheated me and bank says if you don’t pay the balance amount within three days, we will forfeit the advance amount Rs-14, 51, 250/-.so I reported to SBI regional office and Banking Ombudsman. But We cannot received any reply. So please take necessary action and help us. I am ready to accept the remaining land (507.75sq.ft) in any condition

I the Undersigned Sujana Sivadasan having account no- [protected] used my ATM Card on 21st august 2015 to withdraw rupees 5000 ( five thousand ) from a Federal bank ATM booth at Chalakudy ( FED ATM CD 100501. Txn number 3883 ), Kerala. though I have not received any money from the Machine, and it said only that the transaction is cancelled, still the money five thousand has been deducted from my account, immediately i lodged a complaint to help line on mobile and I was told to make written complaint to my account branch accordingly I made a written complaint, to my utter surprise I was again asked to put up a compaint in the internet as well, hence I am sending you the same here.
I therefore, request all of you to take an immediate action in the above matter and please do the needful enabling me to withdraw the money soon to use for my purpose.

I went to state bank of india, sector 18 noida, utter pradesh, pin 201301 branch after seeing its address on internet for challan purpse at 3:30pm. , but i saw where the sbi challan work process no one is willing to work for bank. The concerninglady for challan process has told me this is the branch where only industrial process occurs, you can get challan from other branches of sbi. Go to the sector 2 etc. Branch. . They can do you work. After going in a too hot, summer afternoon, iheard these really unco - operative words. . I really felt toobad. . "aaj govt. Organisation public ke liye bilkul bhi friendly nahi h. Hum tax bharte hai. Kya aaplog ab mangal grah ke logo ko support karoge??Humkaha jaye??

A call from [protected] came today afternoon telling he is an employee from SBI ernakulam branch and need the details of my ATM card for renewal of my card . I gav him the details such as the valid date etc also an OTP no which came to my phone which he said is also required by the bank. Then a money transaction message of Rs 5000 came to my phone which made me realize that it was a false call from bank. This was the message I recieved ' Thank you for using your SBI debit card 459xxxx3400 for a purchase worth Rs5000 on POS 22311003 at AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN txn#[protected] ' He again called and asked for the new OTP no which came again to my phone, but I dint tell him. he kept on calling for the OTP no but we never gave him the new no. (many OTP no came to my phone). We tried to contact the branch in between many times but no one answered.

I missed my phone so, I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Totally a fraud company...first will tell u to pay 12.5 % tax and claim the product ...when u deposit the amount in SBI account..next day they will ask for more money in the name of insurance...dont pay any amount or u will loose all your had earned money...

I am Atin Wadhwani from Bareilly (Uttar pradesh). I have an account with sbi (Rajendranagar Branch), bareilly. The problem which i am facing is that since past 11 months i am unable to print my passbook. The emplyees in branch are answering that their printer is not woking since 11 months and because of that i am unable to print my passbook. Kindly sort my problem as soon as possible.
