State Bank of India [SBI] Complaints & Reviews

We had purchased the property from State Bank of India, Karur under (Public Auction under SARFAESI Act, 2002) as on 11.12.2013. The sales certificate and other documents clearly state that our land is 3761.75 sq.ft. Now the constructed building handed over by bank to us is 3254 sq.ft only. Balance 507.75 sq.ft. is under possession with SBI, (Bank engineer valuation report also clearly mentioned that the property possession has been taken by State Bank of India, Karur Main Branch) now this area was occupied by others with indirect support of SBI. So bank is liable to me for that 507.75sq.ft. Regarding this matter so many times I contacted the Branch manager and asked for his help but he refused and he says that after sales he cannot give any service from SBI and he told the sale was conducted by “as where is and as what is” basis, so he can’t help me and advice me to forget the remaining area 507.75 sq.ft. Before the time of auction itself I demanded the bank for the copies of plan approval, survey map and also mother documents but the bank concludes before auction they won’t give, once you win the auction we will give the entire document copies but after winning the auction bank says that the approval copy and survey map was missing, this is preplanned plan and they wontedly cheated me and bank says if you don’t pay the balance amount within three days, we will forfeit the advance amount Rs-14, 51, 250/-.so I reported to SBI regional office and Banking Ombudsman. But We cannot received any reply. So please take necessary action and help us. I am ready to accept the remaining land (507.75sq.ft) in any condition

Despite of regular reminder mails to sbi.[protected]@sbi.Co.In, the bank is not responded till date. It may be noted that the none submission of income tax return in due time limit due to the carelessness of the bank, the sbi will be held responsible for any penalty / interest /late fee /etc objeceted by the income tax department. Pl treat this matter as most urgent pl.

I the Undersigned Sujana Sivadasan having account no- [protected] used my ATM Card on 21st august 2015 to withdraw rupees 5000 ( five thousand ) from a Federal bank ATM booth at Chalakudy ( FED ATM CD 100501. Txn number 3883 ), Kerala. though I have not received any money from the Machine, and it said only that the transaction is cancelled, still the money five thousand has been deducted from my account, immediately i lodged a complaint to help line on mobile and I was told to make written complaint to my account branch accordingly I made a written complaint, to my utter surprise I was again asked to put up a compaint in the internet as well, hence I am sending you the same here.
I therefore, request all of you to take an immediate action in the above matter and please do the needful enabling me to withdraw the money soon to use for my purpose.

I went to state bank of india, sector 18 noida, utter pradesh, pin 201301 branch after seeing its address on internet for challan purpse at 3:30pm. , but i saw where the sbi challan work process no one is willing to work for bank. The concerninglady for challan process has told me this is the branch where only industrial process occurs, you can get challan from other branches of sbi. Go to the sector 2 etc. Branch. . They can do you work. After going in a too hot, summer afternoon, iheard these really unco - operative words. . I really felt toobad. . "aaj govt. Organisation public ke liye bilkul bhi friendly nahi h. Hum tax bharte hai. Kya aaplog ab mangal grah ke logo ko support karoge??Humkaha jaye??

A call from [protected] came today afternoon telling he is an employee from SBI ernakulam branch and need the details of my ATM card for renewal of my card . I gav him the details such as the valid date etc also an OTP no which came to my phone which he said is also required by the bank. Then a money transaction message of Rs 5000 came to my phone which made me realize that it was a false call from bank. This was the message I recieved ' Thank you for using your SBI debit card 459xxxx3400 for a purchase worth Rs5000 on POS 22311003 at AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN txn#[protected] ' He again called and asked for the new OTP no which came again to my phone, but I dint tell him. he kept on calling for the OTP no but we never gave him the new no. (many OTP no came to my phone). We tried to contact the branch in between many times but no one answered.

Totally a fraud company...first will tell u to pay 12.5 % tax and claim the product ...when u deposit the amount in SBI account..next day they will ask for more money in the name of insurance...dont pay any amount or u will loose all your had earned money...

Dear Sir, My name is Biswarup Das, I am a account holder on "State Bank of India", Baksara Branch, Howrah (Branch code 12427). I am complaining about very bad service of them. I need to activate Online Banking urgently, for that I have visted the branch thrice, even one day I have to stand in the line over one & half hour. Every day I am returning empty handed with silly excuses. The other branches do these works immediately, so why cant they? Ref : My credit card no [protected] Dear Sir, With reference to my credit card number issued by sbi CARDS, this is to bring into your kind notice that i had received a call on 24.08.15 for confirmation of my credit card details to activate a Discount card which would give 25% discount on every transaction executed through this credit card except on purchase of Gold, Petrol and diesel --- from land line no[protected] &[protected]. They asked initially to confirm my card details with only last eight digits and then arranged for IVR call, As i received IVR call a lady started conversation with details of purpose for IVR call and then told me to punch CVV number., i tried to punch 3 times but system didnt accepted and then lady said to provide CVV number so that she can punch. I provided her. After IVR, next call came from other person and he started saying the merits of the card and then he said my card shall be debited with Rs.7891 for issuance of this discount card, when i denied he said transaction has already been executed and cannot be cancelled now.I told him you and your team never told me about the charges so do not activate the same. He said it cannot be reversed and if you want to cancel you will have to bear the cancellation charges of Rs 3000.00 I immediately denied acceptance of any charges and disconnected the call. I logged into my online view of SBI card and blocked both the credit cards.

Forgot password on 25/8/15 at 12 noon, so requested for otp for getting new password. but no otp was received on email address. registered mobile number is non functional. after an hour called sbismart and tole them the problem. waited for another 2 hrs, no help. mailed twice, called twice, no help received till today. Called the complaint number for SBI, told me to wait for resolution for atmost 10 days. asked for SBI Wellesley Park branch number, provided this number: [protected], which doesn't work. The Complain is all about of Ashwini Kumar & Rajesh..Both Are Behaving Very Bad And Very cruel Type And Its Language Are Very Wrong And Harassing Type..He was totaly Disoppointed to me Because Am The Old Costumer of SBI Of Branch Govind Mitra Road, Beney Madhav Lane Laxmi Market Patna-800004.. But His behaviour is not gud if i am say about any thing then he be will slaped me.. i want to say that he is not gud elements of this branch of SBI..Thats why i want to complaine of that employee his name is mentioned abouv..

I had deposited Rs 25000 to SBI from non home branch so they have charged 57rs for depositing.depositing money with in a city or a district should not be charged and charge should be reduced to 10 or 20 rupees. And they are charging for SBI account holder instead e that while depositing from non home branch they can take 20rs extra from depositor.

Respected sir, I want to state that I have tried to withdraw rupees 15000. from sbi university of Delhi, 110007. on 18 to 25 May exact date is not remember because generally this incidence is not happened but cash are not given by sbi atm and i have complain to it the sbi card customer care i got temporary relief. 26/06/2015, CHGBK TEMP CR REV, 15000.00 Cr and after that below description is happened for the same complain that is big mental mental torture 27/07/2015 CHGBK TEMP CR REV 15000.00 Dr. 13/08/2015 FIN CHARGE ON CASH (EXCL TAX 70.46) 503.30 Dr. and i I have requested lot for relief from this fake statement and payment and mental harassment and why i should pay 15000 and 503.30 rupees, said to him, otherwise i will complain about consumer forum for the same. but they replied that you go any where we do not care of anybody.
