On 10/8/2015 i went to bank to update my passbook it s6 months updatation is there a give my pass book to counter they said its 5 page entry is there so i said do it but when i received my passbook its 228INR is deducted i asked bank employee they said system is stuck so i give the re print they did not proved me new pass book then also ot charged 228 saying that duplicate pass book its very big cheater in india they don't know any thing about charges we simply open account in that bank even i asked bank manager they said it wont refund only .. so to who i contact its not matter of 228 INR its matter of transparency they are big cheater ...

    Hi, I am Amit Sharma and I own an ATM card ([protected]) of SBI, which is issued to me in march 2015, but from the very first time, whenever I use to withdraw some cash using this card, the machine shows a message "you have entered a wrong password". I complained about this issue to my branch also but they are not taking it seriously and till date i am unable to use my ATM card. please help.

      I have paid my credit card due amount of Rs.19048.28(DSBI[protected]IG0AMFKDU0 TRANSFER TO[protected] on 06th August, 2015 through SBI netbanking.

      However, today to my utter surprise, I found the payment yet not done, but money was deducted.

      I made another payment yesterday(DSBI[protected]IG0AMNPWS1 TRANSFER TO[protected], the same thing happened on that transaction too.

      Attaching the screenshot of transaction details.

      Currently, I am out of country for some reason, hence would like to request to contact me via email or call me on +[protected].

      I need urgent resolution of this issue.

      But as I checked the payment status it says not paid
      I waited for some time and checked the balance
      The money got deducted
      As it was the last date I again paid the fee with the

      This the transaction was sussusfull

      But the previous one I did not even get refund

        Call received from no.[protected] asking atm card number for verification. After receiving the atm card number he send a number and ask us to repeat the number for verification. He again and again send us the number and ask us to repeat. After my son had doubt and he read the message. We have received another two message of money transaction from otp. We shocked to see that and we are now sure that we are cheated.

          Sir, On 19.05.2015 I operated my ATM near my home at CRPF road, IRC village to with draw Rs 10000.The ATM machineS10B[protected] Txn#5071 at 6:19:58 .I have not received any amount but 10000 has been deducted from my account [protected].I request for an early resolve of the issue as the concerned BM is helpless.I have lodged complaint twice but yet I have to get my money back.I am a retired Government employee .All my translations are routed through SBI since last 45 years.               to day at 11 am dt[protected] we tried to book train tickets through irctc portal, sbi net bank option not came, it is the not first time, sbi not taking any action this type of failures, but from customer it is collecting money by the name exess deposits etc... its ok but india largest bank should not fail on line transactions, higher officials should take some care perticularly irctc transictions.

                    My account is in sbi ganpati mandir main branch. I used my card to withdraw Rs.7000 from shahupuri ATM satara on 4th August 2015 on 05.01 p.m. I did not receive Rs. 7000, but the amount deducted from my saving Ac.[protected].
                    I received only mobile message of txn no. #267.
                    I have made complaint to your toll free number on 5th of August 2015, but I have not received my fund back. My complaint ticket no. is[protected].
                    I request you to please solve my complaint as early as possible.

                      SBI approved my request on 27.02.06 but on 30.10.06 they migrated their record from bank master to CBS, while migrating the record bank made wrong entry of outstanding amount to my account. also when i asked for statement of this period they are refusing. now i am in doubt how to confirm this amount. i am sure this amount is totally wrong. i never took so much amount. i checked with bank official but they are clueless and making excuses. due to this mistake i have to pay much more amount to clear it. i want sbi to please check their record and correct this mistake and reverse that amount or credit to my saving account. i am attaching some photos of statement. this statement also mentioning that advance amount is wrongly noted. please help me and correct this mistake.

                        Fraud Mobile Numbers: [protected], [protected] Made Fraudulent transaction by making the consumers fear like credit card is going to expire and to renew the same, they need OTP. So Please book a compalint to a severe action on these.

                        I have got yesterday 10th Aug got call from ([protected]). They called
                        us SBI credit card, they said " As your card going expire - we are
                        giving secure card with photo and chip enabled card" . they verified
                        with my details.

                        Today called ([protected]) for previous points all expire with old
                        cards. Please confirm with you OTP to continue (old reward point) with
                        new reward points on IVR details .

                        Please deny all transaction 11th Aug 2015. Otherwise please block my card..


                        I have using HDFC credit more safe than SBI.. Only SBI i get lots
                        fraudulent transaction. My records are leakage from your bank.

                        Kindly Deny all transaction on 11th Aug 2015. Please do the need full
                        or block my card, .

During on line form cancellation, it is appeared "We cannot find your application. Please make sure you provide the correct details. Please try again". Again I filled up a new application & in my first appointment PSK officer said that your old call is to be closed. But till I could not cancel old one.                             They are taking more money's in my account..even weekly once it debit 12 rs..its not good for sbi..i[censored] did again and again means, it will lose ur customer's..i am sending so many emails to sbi..but no one reply..it s really irritating one.. thanks for ur response sbi

                              With regret it is to inform you that your esteemed bank is not providing me the tax deducted at source...I went to your bank last month and asked for form 16, I told them to take my pan number and provide me the requisite papers..Instead doing this they showed me a heap of enclosed papers and to search by name or pan.after an hour all was in vain.then I came back and my husband checked form 26 as and it shows no entry against your prestigious bank name..                               Dear Sir, I am an ex service men drawing pension from SBI branch Puttaparthy through Savings Bank account number [protected]. In December 2016 I have submitted the life certificate and pan card details to the branch officials. On 12 th July 2017 when I asked for form 16 I was told due to non availability of pan details my form 16 hasn't been received by the branch. However they uploaded my PAN particulars on 12/07/2017, since then I am waiting for my form 16 I did not get so far. That's why I am putting it in writing for justice please.                                   Dear Sir my self gopal gupta yesterday Somebody from sbi reward point department bank called me today morning (4 august) and asked my credit card details for authentication, to give me cash back behalf of my reward point (8590 reward point something.But I asked her so many times about she is a valid employee of Sbi reward point or not. She said some details of her and did the transaction with 9660.00 rs in mobikwik. I got the related message to my registered mobile number from tata card. This transaction is not done by me. So can you please search the details of this purchase from mobikwik which is having a worth of 9660.00 rs at time of: 3:45pm 4-august-2015 and revert that amount to related credit card. Credit card number: [protected] I have received call from these number +[protected] +[protected] And msg received on my ragistred are 》OTP for trxn. on WWW MOBIKWIK COM for INR 9660.00 on TATA Card no. 5930 is 459436. This OTP is valid for 10 min only. Do not share it with anyone. 》 Transaction of Rs.9, 660.00 made on TATA Credit Card XX5930 at WWW MOBIKWIK COM on 4 Aug 2015. I request to mobikwik please do not claim this amout from tata credit card in next 24 hour. Sir track the given number also i will police complaint of given two wrong number.please do the needfull.

                                    Cheque no 546735, HDFC was deposited on our sbi home branch to the a/c no[protected], ifsc- SBIN0000062 on 26.07.15. Till date we have not receive cleared cheque amount Rs 43622.81. This is fully negligency of respective bankers.

                                      Hi, I have SBI ATM debit card and i have requested ATM pin through online on 03-Aug-2015. But today (04-Aug-2015) somebody tried to withdraw the money from ATM machine 44292001 between 2:52PM to 2:59PM using my debit card. At that time i have received 8 messages from "IK-ATMSBI" saying that Message 1 (2times 2:52PM and 2:54PM): " Dear customer, your txn at ATM 44292001 declined. Please transact at any State Bank group ATM for activation of your Debit Card ". Message 2 (6times from 2:53PM to 2:59PM): " Dear customer, for security reasons your card no xxxx8806 blocked for the day for entering wrong PIN thrice at ATM 44292001. " At that time i sat in my office located Gachibowli, Hyderabad and i checked immediately my ATM debit card, the card is with me only. Again immediately called SBI bank customer care[protected], they said please contact your home branch(located at Vinukonda, Guntur Branch, Andhra Pradesh), i said it is not possible why because the home branch is located at some other location, i am staying at some other location. Finally no use of customer care. But i strongly decided to complaint against these type of ATM fishing activities. Please provide the solution/suggestion to do from my side.                                       I am also getting same kind of SMS, connected to SBI customer care there I wasted 5-10 min convincing them to check from which ATM I am getting this message but is of no use. Lastly I send a mail to respective branch on their mail ID. If anything goes wrong with the transaction I can file case against the mail in consumer forum.

                                      Suggesting you to do the same so that we can have a proof that the matter is intimated to the bank. Now its their responsibility ti handle those issue.

                                      After all its SBI man :) known for no service no response

                                      Hi All,

                                      Its Default message those who got new card trying to activate or generating new PIN through ATM/Net Banking. But due to security reason the card was by default blocked by the SBI, So we need to activate our card in branch itself then only we can cable to Activate and generate pin in our user profile.

                                      without activating the card if the user tried multiple times then the record o[censored]nsuccessful attempt stored to your card number in server. Once the card got activated then all the stored messages send to corresponding user registered mobile no within 48Hrs.
