I tried to apply for home construction loan in one of SBI branch. When i reached to concern person in branch, he directed to an agent sitting in the branch only. Agent asked me to provide 10% of loan amount for the processing of loan. I don't have any choice, so i returned from there. Please advise what can be done about such corruption. I got the massage that my Cheque Book on 3rd July and my ATM card is despatched through speed post No. EQ[protected]IN on 7th July'15. Normally speed post can deliver in 2 to 3 days. I have not received both the things so far. Since the date of payment fell out of the last date of payment as determined by the commission, the payment was not accepted by the commission.
