I Sushil Polkam residing @Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune being trapped wrongly by some private operators on behalf of SBI Cards/Gurgoan/Delhi with some cheap "Gift Scheme"with useless items.

With my friend's advice & other victims in Pune I have clear cut cancelled the offer when the phone call came from the SBI Cards Representative in the period april-may 2015.

Since than I have been continuously harrassed by the SBI Cards& the amt.has been increased from Rs.7800/- to almost Rs.10000/- (adding all interests, late fees, fines etc) for no reason.

Subsequently I have sent lot of mails on "[protected]@sbicard.com"which had been advised by them only to do so.They have give me the REQ No.1-[protected] to verify & solve my problem.

It was just a "Eye wash" & again the follow-up started till today for the outstanding amount.

They have blocked my card(Card No.[protected]) & I have returned the card along with all explanations by registered post to their Gurgoan office.

This is the third time they have cheated me .In the previous two cases 2 years back they have launched the same useless gift scheme for which I have been cheated for 6000+6000=other chgs of Rs 7000 total approx 19000/-.

I earnestly request to know whether there is any safeguards against the Credit Cards who with their private operators cheat the public at large & if there is a safeguard request to resolve my case at the earliest which is more than 4 months & I am fed-up sir.
i am sweety singh i complained for sbi narkeldanga branch every time they diduct our balance in bank account 17/9/2015 bank charge for sms facility 38rs without any information why every time happenig same thing no charge sms of any bank so why sbi charge, i kindly requested pleace change your currupt rule other wise i will totally close my and my colleguse, friend, and family account

    I have submit compliant twice to the same bank. but no actions from there end. even those i raised complaint on this ATM by dailing customer care. they said that it is resolved and approach the bank. 4500/- need to get from them. Still no response. ATM Bank ID: ATM7888.

      I am sankar prosad khan customer of state bank of india. Branch: nagarukhra, branch code:12372, my account number: [protected]. Unexpectedly rs. 96 / - is debited from my account 07 / 07 / 2015. Sometimes bank deducts balance in this same way but there is no fixed rule for deduction of balance for "fee excess drs ". Bank deducts balance as it is their wish.

      Please take an immediate and effective action.

        i complaint yesterday for deducting 2500 rs from my atm . then i got a call from service he asked for my card number cvv no and how much money i still have in my account i told ie 3100 rs then after sometime they deducted the rest of my money and say its cut because whole money are transferd at same to my account bt till now i didn't get my money back. i have no balance please help me as soon as possible.

On 26.06.2015 pos[protected] www mobikwik com debited from my account Rs. 2000.00 and pos[protected] www mobikwik com debited from my account Rs. 500.00, and pos[protected] www mobikwik com debited from my account Rs2000.00 and pos[protected] payu debited from my account 1414.00 and on same day pos[protected] www mobikwik com debited from my account rs. 2000.000 Total Rs. 7914.00.00 had Debited from my account without any information/with out any causes. So I there fore pray that you would be kindly grant me and help me to get this 7914.00 money.

                  Sir i visited sbi stm at air force stn sulur for withdraeal of 5000 but the didpensed amount was 400 less number of notes correct but discrepancy in denomination insplace of one500 rs note dispenced 100 note which depriciated the requested amount by 400 rs .i complain the matter tkt no AT[protected].the incident took place on 30 jun15 at 18.11 hrs txn 5144 .bank is not ready to accept new kind of techniques to fraud customers .sir kindly look into the matter if such practice is going on it is very sad and instruct bank to reimburse the short 400 rs to my acct.

                  my Acct no [protected] earlier complaint includes the ticket no mentioned in complain they replied as transaction was successful i requested and elaborately explained the issue how it has occured but no fulfilling reply it has to be interrogated how such lapses are taking place either by machine i dont think

                    I have changed my DSP account (A/c No [protected]) from SBI Faridkot Branch(0566) to SBI Kannur Main Branch (0822) for my better convenience. Beeing salary account it is required to be informed my pay and allowance office(PAO) regarding the change of branch. For this purpose an NOC was required from the previous branch to change the data in my PAO . hence I have applied for NOC at faridkot branch, which was denied by the manager. Even after the repeated request and sending my colleagues physically to his office he denied to furnish the NOC.
                    You are kindly requested to investigate the matter and take necessary action at the earliest please. thanking you in anticipation.

Meine net banking k liye aply kiya tha jo bahut force karne par mujhe ek net banking ka 1 lifafa mila jo ghar pe kahi kho gaya jiske liye maine bank me ek letter diya tha jisme maine apna netbanking suvidha close karke dobara start karne k liye kaha ...es problema se mr. Mohan lal mera netbanking start nahi kar rahe hai aur mai bol rahe hai mai tumko office k chakkar lagwa dunga aur senior mera kuch kar nahi payenge .. Plz sir help meee...

                          Dear Sir, I m a pensioner and my age is. 61yr I have my salary account in your karera branch and now I transferred to this in Shivpuri gurudwara branch due to my permanent address is in shivpuri. My account no. Is [protected]. I have visited the Shivpuri branch for my TDs and intt. Certificate for many times but always branch official told me that your MOD balance is in previous branch you can collect from there, but my account has been transferred Shivpuri branch than why I m going there and one more thing I have submitted form 15H for FY 15-16 than still TDS deducted my account. I think this is lack of knowledge of your staff is that bank is CBS than why m I collect the aforesaid certificate from my previous branch.                               Sir i m Jatinder singh from distt ropar punjab. I have a account with state bank of patiala main branch at Ropar. my ac no is [protected]. I have atm card . On 20/07/2015 i withdraw rs. 20000 from one atm. which have nineteen notes of 10000, one note of 500 and five notes of 100. in this one note of 1000 damaged. some part of note was miss.same time i went my bank to change this note. but they refused and told me go other branch which is near by the atm. then i went there, they also refused me and told me this atm is belongs to sbi . then i went i went sbi branch ropar. they also refused to change my note. then on 21/07/2015 i gave in written to change this note to my bank branch. they recieved my request but did not change my note. so these three banks haraas me two days, and did not change my damage note. So tell me please where shoud i go to summit complaint against these banks behavier and where i can change my 10000 note.

                              I too visited a branch today @Indira nagar lucknow to exchange a damaged 500 INR I got thru ATM transaction.
                              The cashier manager refused and asked to go to any other chest branch. I heard its a no headache process now, seems that is true only on govt printed comic books. :)
                              Shocking its a national bank. what a shame!

                                Respected Sir, This is to lodge a complaint regarding the fake notes of 500's for Rs 20, 000 (twenty thousand) withdrawn from Santhome ATM of State Bank of India, at time 18.41 on this day 6th July 2015, Txn No. 551 from my debit Card no. [protected]. i have enclosed the copy of the ATM customer advice. When we are filling the forms, staff demands my two ids. I have shown them one Pan card and one Aadhar card of my current address ( A-147, Janakpuri, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad-201005 ( U.P.) . They told me to show me my id of the same address as well as my mother address. Sir, i want to ask that if a son is living on the different address, than how can he show the old address id ? Sir kindly look in to the matter and arrange to joint my name in my mother's account

                                      Hello Sir My name is Gaurav Bharti & my problem is releted to the transaction issue from the sbi collect website i have made a transaction of rs 306 for my friend Sandeep Kumar S/o Raj kishor yadav for the Lekhpal Recruitment 2015 but when i made this transaction after internet banking page redirect to the Sbi collect he show the message " transaction failure" but amount is deducted from my account then i contact to the Sbi Helpdesk he says i have not received any type of transaction from the Bank of India account no. [protected] and suggested to contect to bank of india then i contact to bank of india help desk his representative tell me the transaction is completed. I have Feel cheated from India bank system Whats i can do for the refund my balance or give me DU journal number as soon as possible My Bank transaction Id is StUBP[protected]/Fee Lekhpal transaction receipt attached with this mail THANK YOU

                                        I have received Pri Printed Kit from my branch bank [ADB Jalgaon 3295] after applying many times. They said I can use Netbanking after 48 hours by putting the username & password provided in the KIT. But now when I am using the details provided in it, it is showing INVALID. Now you people tell me what to do ? I called customer care, they advised to apply again in the bank for Netbanking. What is wrong with you people ? ... No one in this busy lifestyle has a time to go to Bank again & again for the same issue. Instead of this the bankers could rectify the the reason behind my problem.
