Hi,
I regret to state that, I had applied for a SBI Credit Card on 01 April 2015.
After all the verification formalities ..the card was approved and despatched to a wrong delivery address, hence I was not able to receive it and there was no communication from SBI card - no mail, no messages what so ever.
After thousand attempts of calling on the helpline number and on[protected]/40, I regret to say that there was not much of clarity in passing the accurate and necessary information to me.
On 13/May/15 as per the instruction of the SBI Card customer care representative, I sent a address change form and required documents to [protected]@sbicard.in and I was told to sit back.
Again on 10/June/15 when I called for status, I was told to resend the same thing to the same email address, which was quite surprising.
Again on 15/June/15 when I called for status, I was told to send the same documents with KYC form attached with it to kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com.
Finally on 27/June/15 I received a sms from SBICARD with a wrong AWB no of @Blue Dart.
On 03/July/15, when I called Blue Dart, I came to know it was again despatched to the same wrong delivery address.
I called SBI Card customer helpline, I was told that the address change request was closed.
Meanwhile two monthly statements were generated and fortunatly or unfortunately it came to the correct address, for a Credit Card I never received.
Every time I called, I was told to wait for 3-5days/5-6 days/10-15 days and your query will be resolved.
I would suggest not to go for SBI Card. StanChart or HDFC are way better as per my experience.

I am leela Adhikari and my account had a unexpected debit transfer of amount, (first 4100 and the next debit of 147.50) at 21/06/21.
Therefore, I request you to kindly consider my complaint and take action to credit amount 4247.50 in my account.
