Sir, I udham singh of sbi customer hold sbi salary account no [protected] at sbi adb lakhisarai branch and i was put up an application of change mobile no approval to the manager of bank on saturday 04 jul 2015 and he said to me i will clear your problem on monday 06 jul 2015. But my problem are not solve so, pls solve my problem. Thankyou.

    Dear Concern, Myself Vinod Chaudhary R/O Vill. Chauhalda, P.O. Aggarwal Mandi, Distt. Baghpat (U.P.)- 250601. My mother Smt. Rajkali has an Jan Dhan Yojna account with S.B.I. Aggarwal mandi branch ( A/C No. [protected]. Now my mother wants to add my name also in her account and have contact with branch manager. When we are filling the forms, staff demands my two ids. I have shown them one Pan card and one Aadhar card of my current address ( A-147, Janakpuri, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad-201005 ( U.P.) . They told me to show me my id of the same address as well as my mother address. Sir, i want to ask that if a son is living on the different address, than how can he show the old address id ? Sir kindly look in to the matter and arrange to joint my name in my mother's account

      Hello Sir My name is Gaurav Bharti & my problem is releted to the transaction issue from the sbi collect website i have made a transaction of rs 306 for my friend Sandeep Kumar S/o Raj kishor yadav for the Lekhpal Recruitment 2015 but when i made this transaction after internet banking page redirect to the Sbi collect he show the message " transaction failure" but amount is deducted from my account then i contact to the Sbi Helpdesk he says i have not received any type of transaction from the Bank of India account no. [protected] and suggested to contect to bank of india then i contact to bank of india help desk his representative tell me the transaction is completed. I have Feel cheated from India bank system Whats i can do for the refund my balance or give me DU journal number as soon as possible My Bank transaction Id is StUBP[protected]/Fee Lekhpal transaction receipt attached with this mail THANK YOU

        I have received Pri Printed Kit from my branch bank [ADB Jalgaon 3295] after applying many times. They said I can use Netbanking after 48 hours by putting the username & password provided in the KIT. But now when I am using the details provided in it, it is showing INVALID. Now you people tell me what to do ? I called customer care, they advised to apply again in the bank for Netbanking. What is wrong with you people ? ... No one in this busy lifestyle has a time to go to Bank again & again for the same issue. Instead of this the bankers could rectify the the reason behind my problem.

Vijayawada Branch Code 3481, on 4-7-2015 I had to try draw Rs.5, 000/- But the ATM Mission at the same branch releases Rs.500/- only, but it debits from my account Rs.5, 000/-. I lodged a complaint about this issue to the concerned authority. But I didn't received any satisfactory reply from them. So Please take necessary action about this issue.                   Hi!, I am Sanjenbam Robindro Singh, account holder of SBI Bisnupur Branch, Manipur. My SB account No. is[protected]. Recently I applied for ATM/debit card and same has been received. But, I was advised to collect the card activation PIN from the concerned branch within 45 days from date of receive of ATM card. Next day I went to the concerned branch to collect the said PIN. But I was told that the pin had not been arrived at the branch till then and advised me to come after 2/3 days. After 2/3 days again they advised me to come next week. Since I had to leave Bishnupur for Kolkata on 17th of June as I am posted in Kolkata, they advised me to keep an authorization letter to the PIN with an account holder of branch which I did. Now, it is almost 30 days since I received the card. when my nephew whom I authorized to collect the Pin went to branch, the official of the branch gave another reason and did not hand over the PIN even if the PIN had already been in the branch. I sent many emails to the concerned branch regarding the same. The Officials of SBI Bishnupur Branch, DC complex, Manipur always harassed the customers regularly and the most irresponsible person is the Branch Manager who always discourage customers. His real motif is the less customer less work. He doe snot think of the progress of the department. I am given a card which I cannot avail the facilities. I have requested them repeatedly to sent either my email or by post, which they always turned down. Is there any possibility to get the PIN online???

                      Sir i have s/b account with shivajinagar branch (11669) and am trying to link aadhar with it. Since cif no./ address have gone underchange because of my old account of mainpuri branch, without any intimation to me, my aadhar is being linked.I am retiring on 31/07/2015 and have given this a/c as pension a/c, any delay in aadhar linking may cause delay.Though sbi 11669 have taken an application to get cif to their branch, an early correction is urjently needed.O P Singh a/c no .                             I have used ATM machine of SBI on 8/4/15 at MHOW for withdrawal of Rs.5000/- by ATM card of Canara Bank. But the amount is not disbursed and debited to my saving bank account of canara bank. I approached canara bank and SBI but the nothing done by them. I lost my Rs. 5000/-

                              Hi, I regret to state that, I had applied for a SBI Credit Card on 01 April 2015. After all the verification formalities ..the card was approved and despatched to a wrong delivery address, hence I was not able to receive it and there was no communication from SBI card - no mail, no messages what so ever. After thousand attempts of calling on the helpline number and on[protected]/40, I regret to say that there was not much of clarity in passing the accurate and necessary information to me. On 13/May/15 as per the instruction of the SBI Card customer care representative, I sent a address change form and required documents to [protected]@sbicard.in and I was told to sit back. Again on 10/June/15 when I called for status, I was told to resend the same thing to the same email address, which was quite surprising. Again on 15/June/15 when I called for status, I was told to send the same documents with KYC form attached with it to kyc.[protected]@sbicard.com. Finally on 27/June/15 I received a sms from SBICARD with a wrong AWB no of @Blue Dart. On 03/July/15, when I called Blue Dart, I came to know it was again despatched to the same wrong delivery address. I called SBI Card customer helpline, I was told that the address change request was closed. Meanwhile two monthly statements were generated and fortunatly or unfortunately it came to the correct address, for a Credit Card I never received. Every time I called, I was told to wait for 3-5days/5-6 days/10-15 days and your query will be resolved. I would suggest not to go for SBI Card. StanChart or HDFC are way better as per my experience.                                 श्रीमान जी मै एस बी आई फ्रीडम का उपयोग करता हूँ मैंने एस बी आई फ्रीडम में एक पेयी अकाउंट सेव किया था जिसमे अकाउंट नंबर [protected] एवं निक नेम मास्टर था. किन्तु जब मैंने अमाउंट 9000 ट्रांसफर किया तो निक नेम तो मास्टर ही था . लेकिन ट्रांसफर करने के बाद जब देखा तो एस बी आई फ्रीडम में अकाउंट नंबर बदल कर q0IQmYm0BITcpjlfUHU दिखाई दे रहा था . एवं 9000 रुपये अन्य अकाउंट नंबर[protected] पर भेजे गए है . अतः श्रीमान् जी से निवेदन है की उचित कार्यवाही कर मेरे 9000 रुपये वापस दिलाने की कृपा करे .

                                  I taken a home loan in 2011 @ interest 10.75% in last six month, i saw bank give offer home loan @9.60% to 9.75% to the new customers So my complain is I m also bank's loyal customer which taken carloan & home loan And not a single time defaulter So why my home loan interest rates r10.45% Instead of 9.70% So take immediate action and give me interest rebate in my account N.b.-previously i taken back interest deference In my car loan account From - saurabh gandhi, godhra Cell-[protected]
