Sir, i am holding an account in SBI Bank Sadar Agra Utter Pradesh- with Account No:[protected] & Branch Code-2467 went for transaction on 04th of April 16 for an amount of 20000-/ from SBI ATM Agra Utter Pradesh .Due to some technical error, I couldn't receive the same amount and the money was deducted from my account. I have complained the customer care which is n AT[protected] and referred to the home SBI branch, I met the SBI Sadar branch & given the written complaint but still since 4 April 2016 I have not given the response and hold my same amount.
Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regards to get my money back.
Waiting for reply on urgent basis.

    Today i pay my semester fee by sbi collect on submiting all detail (Cvd, card no...) of my rupay card and submit on next window i get message that (Proceed with npci) then i give otp and atm pin and submit then instead of giving fee recpiet an window open with some code. And i get message
    Thank for a purchase worth 23511 (My fee) on pos00002690 at mpos-sbc-our-card-dr mumbai mhin txn#[protected]

      Dear sbi,
      I, dr. Marjorie marie anne correa, a resident of bangalore city have experienced an attempted fraud on the 11th of may 2016 from. The circumstances were that i was deep at work in hospital wherein a party called my number posing as an sbi bank employee, from a madhya pradesh number[protected] and another india number ([protected]) and very convincingly told me to reveal my cvv on the basis of furnishing details like name, address, account number and area code of the card.
      I got suspicious when they asked for my otp as well, whereupon i terminated the phone call and hot listed the card and informed the fraudulent party that i would press charges for attempted cyber theft, fraud and harassment (I received nearly twenty calls from 2 pm until the end of the work day i. E 6 pm). I would like the bank to take this racquet seriously and warn customers about this fraudulent party by disseminating the above mentioned phone numbers and taking other suitable measures to protect their employees from possible fraud.

      sir im nagaraju.k using state bank of india a/c with online services now i chane to mobile number because i loss my old number now i onwards register to new mobile number to my a/c and i suffering problem with my old number please sir rectified this problem
      Please Change my date of birth to 13-Aug-1990 As Per My 10th Certificate Record in my SBI SimplySave credit card.
      Sir i lossed my old mobile number now i register with new mobile number bcoz im using online services with my a/c

        Hence I forgot my atm, I generated one pin which was not responded.So I got a pin through my home branch and that also not responded.Again I applied for a new pin.whether that pin also will respond or noti don't know.in the meantime while making a complaint it is frequently highlights that the card no is not correct.so kindly help me come across the issue.

          We(2 persons) went to meet the branch manager of Kallur SBI to know some infoprmation on monday. He shoute at us as why 2 persons came for a single work and shouted at us like anything, he could have told like don't do it again instead he shouted at us.. after few seconds he got a call and he paid more respect towards the caller who wanted to deposit 10 lakh rupee amount.. please change your attitude

          I went to SBI ATM in Vikash Puri ATM this morning to take out money. It showed that transaction is processing, but I did not receive cash from the machine and the money got deducted from my account.

            I had my online preliminary examination for recruitment in
            Junior associates (Customer support & sales) and
            Junior agricultural associates in clerical cadre on 22/05/2016 at 1:00 pm in hyderabad &
            Guntur district co-operative central bank ltd on same date 22/05/2016 at 09:30 am in guntur.

                I have forgot my password for sbi internet banking due to which i want to change my mobile number. The otp is being sent to my old number which is currently not in use.

                  Sub -: pick pocket of 1, 00, 000 rs from sbi palarivatoom
                  I like to bring to you notice regarding pick pocketing of 1, 00, 000 rs from me from sbi palarivattom, kochi.
                  On mar 19, 2016 i came to sbi palarivattom to withdraw 1, 90, 000 from my deposit account. I had fixed deposits in various accounts in sbi, palarivattom where my primary savings account is ‘[protected]’.
                  The sbi officer closed all my deposit accounts and told me that i am able to with draw full amount of 1, 93, 000 inr. After this i went to the teller mr rahul singh to withdraw the amount. I had a withdrawal slip of 1, 90, 000 (One lakh ninety thousand only). But he lied to me that i don’t have the requisite amount in the bank. When i confronted him that the total amount in the bank is 1, 93, 000 inr. He rechecked and told me that it is right.
                  He told me 1, 80, 000 inr is one deposit account and another 13, 000 inr is in another depost account of my infopark, kochi branch. He told me that needs to be closed to withdraw the money. I told its not required and i will withdraw an amount of 1, 80, 000 inr.
                  I wrote down another withdrawal slip for 1, 80, 000 rs. At this point he asked me to wait another 10 minutes to issue me the amount. At this time, i went down to a juice shop in ground floor and order something to drink.
                  When i came back, he again told me it will take another 5 minutes, i waited patiently while he seemed to busy arranging the money. After some time he called me and gave me 2 bundles of 1, 00, 000 rs and 80, 000 inr.
                  I took this money and placed in my pocket and left for the juice center to finish my ordered drink.
                  After having juice i left for my house. On reaching my house, i noticed that somebody had pick pocketed 1, 00, 00 from me. While i was left with 80, 000 inr in my pocket. When i analyzed the whole scenario, i came to realize that the teller had intentionally kept me waiting till his accomplice the pick pocketer arrived. When he is sure that he is ready. He gave me the money of 1, 80, 000 inr. Because only the teller knew the exact time i got the money. I request you to order a departmental enquiry into this since it’s of grave concern that somebody who works as teller in the bank is robbing people of their hard earned money.
                  I am an nri and working in abu dhabi, uae. I have already created a police complaint. But due to lack of evidence police is unable to investigate further. I request you verify the cctv footage of the bank on mar 19, 2016, 10:00 am to 12.30 pm and see why the teller took so much time to issue me 1, 80, 000 inr

                  I sent a mail to the ombudhsman, but seems that since this happened outside the bank they cannot get involved. Do let me know if there is any other way to file a complaint.

                    My debit card issued on 19th april but haven't received yet, even i try to track my debit card with tracking no. Which i got in sms but its showing delivered at wrong city (State too) so i contact india post and they said that "sbi provided you wrong tracking no. And which tracking no. Is given to you is delivered at correct address and that shipment contains parcel which is more than 5kg not your debit card" now what should to do next? How poor sbi guys are, they are even unable to provide correct tracking number. Never expect such as poor service from india's biggest bank. Shame

                            Sbi, survey no 142/1, main road, phase-i, midc hinjewadi, pune, maharashtra 411057. Nobody picks up the phone (In this branch) to provide any information. Also, need info. About atm card whether received or not. I was unable to receive my atm card on 12th april 2016, (Which i have reissued on 23rd march, 2016) after that branch told me that it will come within a month in this branch, but nobody is picking up their phone to provide any information regarding that.

I didnt perform any transactions today. I have recieved the call stating that freecharge consumer complaint care for the refund of my failed ticket transaction. The person demanded for the debit card no and cvv no. Immediately he started performing the transactions.                                 Bro this is the new way of doing the fraud,, i also got the call from the same number (+91- [protected]) from a lady after posting the complaint here she registered me on sbi buddy (Asked me otp) then she was asking about the credit card number, and saying (Hum crime branch se connected hai and apke paise immediately return kar denge) (Thanks god did not gave it to her)

                                Please file a police complaint against her otherwise you will not get your issue resolved.

                                Please do not post your bank detail and do not share with anyone at any cost.

                                Indian consumer complaint forum is not doing anything.. Please share with others as well.


                                Just because of irresponsibility indian consumer complaint forum people losing their money after posting the complaint we are getting the fraud calls (+91-[protected]) asking about our credit card number and registering us on sbi buddy and get transferring the money,, why don't you keep some privacy about our complaint so no one other then concern person or a company can see our details.


                                People thinking this site is helpful but i don't think so it is true because this is the new way to stole the money from innocent peoples.

                                Please do not post your bank detail and do not share with anyone at any cost.

                                Indian consumer complaint forum is not doing anything..

                                    While issuing card they said they will not charge any annual fee for the 1st year. In turn before the completion of 3months they charged the annual fee, I here with attached screen shot of transaction details where it is marked When I spoke to them they are twisting their tongue beside they offering me some redeemable vouchers with condition to complete with next 3 months.

                                      Very good after noon, here is my complaint for incentives sbi credit card sells person doing duplicate signature of the customer. I have applied a credit card over my credit card of hdfc. The guy dinesh requested at spice mall i applied that. I have applied simply save card of annual fee of rs 499/-. All was good verification done over phone and physical verification has some issue at that time no one is their so my card decline that application number was:[protected]. After some days i am getting call from sbi credit card sale person mob no:- [protected] (Whatsapp number) from customer care they told me just give the document your card will be approved there is issue in document over same application. I gave my adhar card and hdfc credit card copy he created another application number:[protected]. Then i did not receive any verification call and nor physical verification. After some days i received a message that your card is approved and the annual charges is rs 2999/-. Then same day i call sbi customer care and request to stop card i don't want card the lady told me you will not able apply within six month. I told her i don't want card no more because of such type of miscommunication she told me request raised to stop card. After five days i am receiving card and the fee is rs 2999/-. I called sbi customer care same day they raised a complaint to downgrade the card requestno:-1-[protected]. After two days i called sbi cc and asked the status of my complaint and also taked to floor supervisor they are saying you have signatured on second application for. I only signed the application dinesh provided in spice mall first one i have provided above but your customer care are so rude to customer. I will write all these in twitter and facebook also your customer executives doing duplicate signature of customer from previous application. Plese do the need full asap. Other wise i will go to consumer court.

                                        I am mahesh i had to transfer money in a cdm located in sbi pedapalli, karimnagar district, telangana 9am -9/5/16. I had kept my rs15, 000 (30*500) notes in the tray suddenlly a note of 500 dispensed and the amount calculated was 14, 000 i corrected the unfolded note kept it the tray the machine then calculated it as 14, 500 so i got scared and cancelled the transaction i dint receive one 500 ruppee note it got stuck up in machine how do i resolve this problem anyone pls give me suggestions.

                                        I am an student, every time with drawl the money from sbi atm center.If we take money from sbi atm, it should not take any charge.But every withdrawl it is deducting the Rs/-50. So please solve these the issue.
