My problem is that i had done 1 transaction worth rupees rs 1000 on 3rd jan.2020 but it deducted from my account but not credited in the receiver account.
Regarding this i had also complaint to custumer care agent but they doesn't resolve my problem.
I had talked with my bank regarding my concern but they said me that from our end there is no problem of deduction of money from your account. It's your problem talk with them, they will resolve your problem.

I'm looking forward to hear from you.

So, i request you to please help me regarding this and resolve my problem as soon as and take appropriate action on it.

    Actually i (Kamaljalota) am having sbi account my account no-[protected], ifsc code-sbin0000674 and yesterday i phase an issue that is an unauthorized transaction of 4000 rupees take place from my account that is not done by me as i registerd complaint regarding this on 5 december 2019 but still did not get any reply. So please look after my problem and refund me 4000 as soon as possible.

          Dear sir / madam

          Myself sunil kumar (Sbi account no - [protected])
          I have been taken consumer durable loan and personal loan from bajaj finance.
          I have been foreclose the both loan accounts by paying full amount as they requested for closed.
          After that continuously amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 since 2 years.
          When i went to take the details.
          So the finance companies are saying we are not deducting and they replaies bank deducting the charges. Then i went to my home branch to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me the same we are not deducting finance companies deducting.

            My refund was generated from Amazon Pay due to a failed transaction because the amount got deducted but the amount is still not credited in my account. The reference number provided by the amazon with respect to my refund is[protected]. When i called the customer support they told me that this is the case of charge dispute...Kindly issue me my refund with reference to the above mentioned number of Rs. 1258.95/- to my SBI account number [protected] as early as possible.

              refund of failed transaction at sbi credit card

              I done a payment of rs. 9067 on 4th of jan through sbi net banking amount got deducted from my account but still not delivered to sbi credit card so kindly refund my amount so i can make payment on time below is the detail of transaction

              Respected sir i am sajan kumar giri from baripada dist-mayurbhanj odisha i am an account holder of sbi [protected] but recently from few days sbi charge 17.70 rupees in per transactions and it over 40 times no any inform no message how a common man will know whats happing on his account if any change going on then inform all the customer i have a account of jan dhan yojana but when i went to bank to ask why they deduct money they told me that this is a jan dhan account you have to open a new account where i have to deposits the minimum balance is 3000. So please solve the issue and return my money approx 1000 rupees. Why sbi deduct money with out inform to customer if my problem is solved and i follow the rule and regulations will my money come back? Then why i open bank account. Please please solve it sir. Thank you

As per their conformation refund was initiated on 28 th december of this month but it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference no. Are[protected]. I had contacted your customer service no. But there is no response then i mail you. Please check and confirm the status. And kindly provide my refund of rs 745..

                  Rs 17.70 is getting deducted on my every transaction on upi in sbi bank. This is so not fair. I was completely unaware of this from a very long time. And gave a sudden shock to me since due to digitalization, we make daily payments by google pay and phone pe. Atleast we should be informed about it and should recieve a message regarding this. You should not bluff the trusted customers like this and take their hard earned money for no reason. I just want my money back anyhow this is literally a cheating!

                      Amount of rs 1000 was deducted by sbi gen pai. I dnt know what changed suddenly and i never selected for personal accidental insurance but they still deducted my money. I need my money back and dnt want any pai. Toll free number and branch is not doing anything.
                      I'm getting text's from someone else's Bank account don't want this please resolve this at your earliest..

                          Sir, i have taken a personal loan for rs 5, 00, 000.00 vide my loan account no [protected]. I have been promoted on 02 nov 2019 by school education department. Due to this reason and non updation of cadre strength, our salaries delayed by two months. How ever, bankers deducted the emi for oct month due on 01 nov, on 04 non 2019. Again on 24 dec 19, they have been deducted twice rs 11, 200/- and rs 11, 662/- causing unnecessary imbalance to me. Please rectify and refund rs 11662/- imdtly.

                            I invested rs 5.00 lacs in icici prudential equity and debt fund through sbicap securities limited on 7-aug-19 with a request for monthly dividend payout.
                            When i did not receive the dividend for september-2019 i contacted sbicap and was informed that the dividend has been sent to my icici bank account. This was strange as the investment was done from my sbi account and as per the normal procedure the dividend should have been credited to my sbi account. A perusal of my icici bank account showed that no amount had been credited to my icici bank account either. When i again contacted sbicap they informed me that the dividend will be sent by cheque as the icici bank account particulars were incorrect. Please note that the icici bank particulars were not given by me nor was my deposit made from icici bank.
                            On 25th september, i received a pay order for rs 4854.55 with incorrect payee particulars. Since the cheque would have definitely bounced if i had deposited it, i returned the same to the senior executive of sbi cap along with a letter asking them to cancel the pay order and credit the proceeds to my sbi account. I received the amount only on 14-oct -2019 when it should have ben credited to my account on 5/6 sep 2019.
                            Sbicap securities has not compensated me for the loss of interest and mental agony i suffered for 39 days at the age of 89 years

                              My name is nabam punna and i had ordered gigabyte radeon rx570 gaming 4gb gddr5 pci-e, with windforce 2x with 90mm blade fan graphics card (Gv-rx570gaming-4gd)
                              Of amount rs 12, 047.00 in amazon on 20th december
                              Returned this order due to personal reason refund initiated on 27th december
                              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #617290 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

                                I had applied for simply click credit card but i got sbi prime card. I had requested for simply click card but how can you send me prime card with out any confirmation.in the ivr calls from customer care also i confirmed simply click card. I dont need the card and i am unable to contact customer card. Please cancel the issued card. Is this way you cheat people by sending false cards.

                                  I opened my new current account 10 days back. I have also activated my atm by changing the pin. I have enough cash deposited in my account.

                                  But when i tried to withdraw cash from atm, it won't withdraw cash but an error is being displayed "078-inoperative account". When i tried my atm on a pos machine, another error appears there being "cif not scrutinized by lcpc".

                                  I contacted the branch manager, he said it will take time to open your account. He merely said this but did not provide any satisfactory information.

                                  Please help
