I hold an sbi atm card and used it for transaction thrice on January 3rd btween 10.10 and 10.30 thrice expecting atleast once to get an amount from a jammu and kashmir bank and a federal bank at armenian street. But thrice it was rejected and while expecting no loss to occurred while checking my internet banking i saw that cash has been deducted from the above thrice attempt that amounts to 2000*3=6000. several attempts has been made to contact my branch at iit madras followed by the online complaint registry and the respective toll free number but replying a technical glitch or telling that it could happen to myself(bank staff), no concrete reply has been given from the side of the bank. Kindly look into the matter and help me to take the necessary action.

    Hello Team,

    Yesterday when I was trying to withdraw cash by my state bank card from an ATM, money was deducted from my account but I didn't receive any cash from the ATM.

    Also that money is not refunded to my account till now.

    Please refund the required amount ASAP. Please do it needful.

            Dear All,

            This is to bring in your kind notice that, two times i had tried to withdraw amount ATM against my saving bank account no:- [protected], but both of time amount not disbursed and same had been debited to my saving account. First incident happend at sangam vihar New Delhi. Its was SBI ATM against which i have given a complaint on 23rd Dec-2016' wide complaint no [protected] at ATM of SBI khanpur tigri pin code-110080.

            But still i have not received any refund in my account yet.

            Second incident happend on 3rd Jan-2017. time 11:55 AM. at Indian Overseas Bank ATM Mahipalpur location, i had required to withdrawal Rs 2000/- but money not came out of machine and my saving account had been debited Rs 2000/

            I request you to please look into this and refund my amount to my saving account.

              I am fuel in petrol bunk.date of fuel 31.12.2016..fuel use Sbi credit card ..petrol fuel my bike 200 rupee ..but swipe amount 200 rupee..my statement reflect is 211.50 amount...i am use Sbi credit card..any time this problem continues..fuel petrol bunk name is ELLARGI & co, Coimbatore..as far government tell no any extra charges detect swipe system in petrol bunk..but some petrol bunk detect extra charges..my card no is [protected]..my name is MUTHUKUMAR R..

                      I am K.K.Rangarajan customer of your SBI South Boag road branch, T. Nagar, Chennai 600017.My debit crd global is not working for more than 14 days. I have visited SBI branch 6 times and including the lady manager not ale to assist me in making the SBI debit card operable.
                      As per their advice Complaint for changing the PIN was sent to SMS 567676 several times as follows "PIN space0667space 3776(cRD NUMBER AND A/C nUMBER LAST 4 DIGITS.)
                      THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM sbi TILL DATE.

                      Since that day I am trying to get it activated. Many attempts to 567676 (SMS PIN CCCC AAAA) have failed, with no response from 567676 !!

                      Please help in getting my Debit card activated.

                        Dear sir, This is Mahender Gourigari, on 14/1/2016 I received a call from +91 [protected], which said it's from SBI Credit Card verification Department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.e.OTP and CVV number they made a transaction of Rs 8022.00 against PAYTM App Noida.Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and I haven't made any transaction today through my SBI Credit Card and revert the amount to my credit card. Even before giving my card details they know my last four digits of credit catd, last amount i have paid, credit balance in my account and my credit limit and even my reward points also. Thats why i believed that they are from sbi and given details of cvv and OTP and they made transaction. I immediately called sbi credit card and blocked it and told them to raise a dispute, they said it will be settled in 7 days we will raise the dispute. after claiming only they will raise the dispute. i asked them how my details were informed to fraud people, but no response. They told me that they are raising dispute today and it will take 21days to settle. If it is settled in my favour i dont have to pay and if not i have to pay. I deposited requision folio for cheque book 0n 29/11/2016 and I was charged Rs 115/- for that service from my account. So far I have not received the cheque book. I have also enquired the postman of my area. Kindly do the needful.

                            So far no complaince has been made. Further I deposited two cheques for Rs 600/- and Rs. 500/- on Jan 7, 2017 in the drop box machine. But the cheques have not been credited in my account.

                              2days ago i am use sbi buddy transfer money... in this time 900 cut my account and nit creadit my account till now.. so many time i contact helpline try and try agai but no response... notwork busy you are a public servent do u remember... sbi bank is a gurbage bank in india because all staff complete his work for salary... not a responsibity not in properly... nobody are not in there to give us correct information and salve problem..

                                Two cheques of 50000/= each deposited on[protected]in our saving a/c no.[protected] at branch code no.11673 not yet presented for clearance by branch as on[protected]. When enquired at branch we were inform it would takes about 10-working days this called poor service.

                                Locker renewal of fd- copy receipt is being denied. Why
