My sbi credit card got fraudulently charged for vnd 21411056 on the morning of 18th november 2017. At facebk abee2d6r82 that what sms showed when i wake up and switched on my mobile. Than another transaction vnd 20000 on facebkads message came which got declined by credit card company because they found it suspicious as per sms received from sbi card, to be clear here i did not receive any otp for any of these 2 transactions.
I went on sbicard.com from my mobile the first message it showed me to verify the transactions happened, i declined and then it gave the option to block the card, i block the card, though noticeable part here is that sms had already mentioned before i login that card is blocked.

I called the customer care and expressed my concern to customer care executive mahesh, he said they have recognized the transaction as fraudulent and now they will check the issue, and amount debited from the credit card will be credited. The complaint number given to me is[protected].
I checked my account on sbicards.com it showed 2 transactions under settlement amounting rs.61343 and rs. 58426. I further for records sent complaint message from sbicards.com website putting all the details with screen shots of transaction under settlement. I received acknowledgment email in response with interaction id - 1-[protected]
On next day 19th november 2017, i received a sms at 9:49 am that again attempts to do a transaction of vnd 20393100 on facebkgc67edwr82 which got declined as the card is blocked. It didn't stop here, same day at 4:44 pm i received another message from sbi that txn o[censored]sd 3.50 on card declined at artisanhotel # [protected] due to card block.
I checked my account on sbicards.com and found sbi card has put the one amount of transaction rs 61343.47 in my unbilled transactions not only this they have charged currency conversion fee rs. 2147.02 along with other cess charges. I contact on sbicard.com message and write the concern and strictly told again not to issue any card, i received reply, in response to interaction id - 1-[protected] that there team is working on query, i have followed many time and intimated about the later sms’s i received but always i receive reply that their team is working on query.
As now the amount of exchange currency fee, transaction of 61343.47, cess charges, with new replacement charges were added to unbilled transactions of this month making it total to rs. 63, 994.95. I am worried and don’t want further harassment on it.
Our honorable law and it minister ravi shankar prasad is about to host to the global conference on cyberspace, government is emphasizing on cash less and digital economy, i wonder how they are doing it when their main government subsidiary sbi is not able to provide security to their existing customers.
Making end to this complaint, i have attached all the screenshots for reference of sms and from sbicard.com account. I request to the authorities to get this issue resolve and revoke all the charges applied on my credit card account since 18th november 2017, the last transaction done by me was on 8th november 2017 to which i am liable to pay, but not for any transaction after it. I fee worried, harassed and in great tension due to this kind of fraudulent activity and being charged for it.

    I have dropped a cheque for rs 23150 for payment towards my credit card dues. On 25.10.2017 cheue bearing no. 114872 of syndicate bank dropped at sbi new santhpet branch, bamboo bazar, new sayyaji rao road, mysuru.

    Amount was debited from my account on 26.10.2017. But this branch has neither deposited the money to my credit card nor returned the money to account. After the lapse of one month the money was sent to the sbi credit card on 22.11.2017 that too after my intervention.

    Now due to non payment towards credit card, about rs 2376 has been raised by sbi credit division as late fee. Now i request you to bear the late fee of rs 2376 by the branch raised by sbi credit card or else i may be forced to approach consumer court for no fault of mine.

    Miss Chaure Madam passing officer of SBI Digras Branch District Yavatmal is behaves very rudely with customers.
    She have maid her own rule for withdrawn, RTGS and Net banking facility.Branch Manager Mr Sushil Kumar is also support to her.

      On 08.09.17 rs.6713/- illegal transaction through my sbi credit card by true bargain infotech. On that day i lodge a complain to sbi card div. But they thold me that merchant not claim that amount till i inform after they claim that amount sbi take my complain. After they charge my credit card bill i against complain but sbi card told me that the cant do anything. Please resolve my matter.

        Sub: request to link our aadhar no. And pan to our sb accounts.

        With respect to above subject i would like to inform you that our family have sb account (Since 15 years) at sbi, s. I. T. Main road branch, tumkur – 572102 in my name, my wife (Pushpalatha), my son (J. Joy gideon) and a joint a/c in my and my wife’s names. These accounts were opened based on the request of the then sbi manager as we are staying in that area. All the accounts are in operation and the details are as follows:

        1. A/c no. [protected] (In the name of dr. Joel hemanth)
        2. A/c no. [protected] (Joint account)
        3. A/c no. [protected] (Wife pushpalatha)
        4. A/c no. [protected] (Son j. Joy gideon)

        We have submitted aadhar card and pan xerox copies many times to the bank and put fd in these accounts many a times and during that time also we submitted aadhar and pan card xerox.in addition my self and my wife also has account in sbm, sadashivanagar branch, tumkur. Recently i got sms continuously from sbi that we have to submit aadhar and pan card xerox copies for linking purpose stating last date is the end of this month.in this connection my son j. Joy gideon approached the bank on 20th nov 2017, but the bank people sent him back without accepting his aadhar card copy. Later on 21st nov 2017 i personally went to the bank to submit aadhar and pan for all the accounts, no body took the responsibility of receiving it and to process / link or properly to guide. Finally they told me to meet the dy. Manager and he just received my son’s aadhar card and said it takes days to process it and the bank did not accept mine and my wife’s.

        Sir, this is a persisting problem in this bank since they made it as a paperless bank and we don’t feel like going to this bank as the staff just enjoys but not caring their customers. No body here helps especially the dy. Manager and the clerks. They just sent the customers back with some reason without knowing others precious time

        And duties and of course the manager here seems to be helpless and just talks without any solution to the problem. Also merging of smb with sbi is not the customers problem and we are facing lot of problems with this since the bank is not helping though we go to the bank. Please note that its not the customers problem, we are ready to give the required documents but no body is there to accept it.

        I shall be grateful if you instruct the bank to process and to help their customers and to solve their problems and especially a special warning is required for the dy. Manager for not caring the customers. Also the bank may give the acknowledgement for the documents given.

        I am unable to change mobile number linked to sbi savings account, i tried to change through sms, call center, atm. But not able to change. I have tried saveral times

        I've received a suspicious call on my number [protected] from +91 [protected] claiming to be from SBI and they took my personal details including PAN. Then they sent me a message and asked me to forward message to [protected] to process SBI credit card. The message is suspicious. Please help

          I have taken loan for car in the month of april 17 from sbi ramdaspeth, nagpur. Only one ecs has been deducted from my a/c no. [protected] on 15.5.17 for rs 8500/- from my salary a/c (Allahabad bank). Till the date no ecs has been deducted from your sbi. Always messages are on the mobile for payment. What is this? Every time i paid cash. This is not possible for me. Your staff not giving proper answers. I have checked my signature from allahabad hingna branch. It s ok. It is simply a harassment. Due to working it is not possible for me to come every month. What is the use of ecs? Its simply an harrassement. Pl look into the matter. If any peanulty on ecs are charged uptil now. That is your part i will not paid as i m already prompt in payment, all these happlening only due to your workers of your technical problem whatever may be.

            Credit card not received and i get statement from 2 months that i am balance 4000 against card. And i am unable to contact concern person/dept on phone or mail dont know what to do. And search on google too but no use waste information services given by the sbi bank is waste i think it is easy to contact chief minister and prime minister but it is very difficult to contact concern person of sbi even phone numbers given on web site are wrong

                  I lost 17.70 Rs. 7 times when I make transaction with TEZ app. My branch officer told me those are tez charges, but Tez is free app and UPI for SBI also free.
                  And I have Jan dhan account in SBI bank, so there is no any charges can be applied

                        I have issued 2 cheques of sbi bank to ryan international school on 07-july-2017 and these cheques are dishonored without any reason, i have suffecient balance in my saving account. I personally meat bank manager 2-3 time for my home branch. I file complaint for this issue on 05-aug-17 by writing an email. My sbi branch code is 18021, kanchan wadi aurangabad.
                        Another 2 cheques are dishonored on 20-11-17, what was the reason i don't know.

Bg went to the above mentioned branch with onile register no tran aa 74771639 and with all the supporting documents from past one week i have been visiting to the branch but i couldn't open the account yet, because o[censored]r employees those who are working there, they used say that the concern person is not available even though it's a working hour, after that i brought this issue to your branch manager notice also he was not cooperating and he is not resolving the problem, hence i request you to kindly do the alternate and get it my work done, here after i can't go to that branch for that same issue.

                            I, shelly ganguly, have been eligible for family pension. My ppo no. Is apdj/pen/st/141 (S) dated 11.08.2017 has already been dispatched to sbi, cppc, kolkata against the account no.[protected] (Sbi, burdwan - ifsc code - sbin0000048) through indian post vide registration no. Rw[protected]n dated 08.09.2017. But bank has not disbursed my pension. I have been spending my life in very tough condition for this poor financial ambience.                               This is regarding my inoperative account in karauli branch. I have submitted all the documents in the branch via sbi kundalhalli branch Bangalore. But still my account is inactive and not been transferred.

                              Hello sir, today i was trying to taken the passport appointment and the rs. 1500 is deducted from my credit card. thge payment status is failed but the amount gets deducted.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have applied on 19 november 2017 to open new account in sector-12, kharghar, navi mumbai-410210 branch. The branch manage has told that i need to open 200 rupees amount annually sbi general insurance to open saving account in branch. He won't be opened saving account in his branch if i won't open issuance. I told him that i have already icici insurance of 1 crore lumsum and don't want insurance but he told that he can't open account without open sbi insurance. I have account in other banks also but not facing such frustration from bank.
                                I want to open saving account in that branch hence i have submitted document to open saving bank account and 200 rs p. A. Amount sbi insurance. But i don't want to open any insurance into sbi. I am already paying to other company for that.

                                Please help to open saving account in your branch without open any insurance policy. I want to open account to save money and not to give any one i. E. Insurance bank. It is saving account.

                                Please help me as soon as possible otherwise 200 sbi insurance will be deducted after opening account.

                                I have my sbi net banking and I have got also my username and password but it always show invalid password username when i sign in

                                please resolve this probelem as soon as possible
                                I was trying to make my credit card payment with ₹4500 but due to insufficient fund it didn't happen. Later on when I saw transactions, amount of ₹ 3500 is showing as lien amount. I made second payment towards credit card with remaining balance of ₹993. How to get back that lien amount of ₹3500 in my account? And why it is showing as lien amount?

                                  I have done neft of amount rs 8100 from my s/b account no-[protected] ifsc-sbin0009443 with utr sbin[protected] sent to kanan lalramdini sbin0rrmigb on 20th november, 2017 at 5:28 p. M. Till now the amount have not been credited to beneficiary's a/c. No money have not been credited to beneficiary a/c or returned to sender a/c. I am very much anxious and tensed. What shall i do now?

                                    Hello,
                                    Sir i am from hyderabad i have submitted form for atm card but still after 4 months there is no process, i have written a letter of complaint for atm again in the bank but still no process 2-3 times i have complaint about this in the bank but no response from them they are always saying wait your atm card will be delivered to your house number.. I am suffering lots of problems due to this delay.
                                    I have submitted all my details with that atm form address proofs, aadhar card number, etc. Four months completed for this.. They told me in 1 or 2 months my atm card will be delivered but still i didn't got my atm card.. Please kindly try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                      My Credit card transaction USD44.48 was spent at etsy.com mickeymantlefa on 20th nov 17 at 2.01 pm which was not done by me. At that time my credit card have only 900Rs limit but Why SBI didn't decline if funds are not available.Transaction amount Rs.2178.67 in sbi app description it shows NTLEFA[protected]US.

                                      I had used SBI collect to pay my fees, on the vary day the transaction was successful and the payment was deducted from my HDFC account, but we are not getting receipt from the DU number provided.
                                      even the toll free is denying for any help, infact i had asked HDFC the statement which show payment is being made to SBI bank.
                                      I didn't got this Order no SO7235187 and amount of Rs. 1631 was debited from my account. So kindly request you to refund or dispatch my order of wrist watch and shirt from your office.

                                      Sbi branch airforce kanpur does not make dd through green channel. It also takes lot of time to make dd. For example if you submit form in morning at 11 o'clock they asks to collect at 5 o'clock. This is disgusting.
                                      There is deduction of Rs 11.80/- from my SBI saving account [protected] with detail as '[protected]DOM surcharge/tips' on 13.11.2017. I have neither exceeded the 5 transaction nor done any withdrawal and any purchase from that account. kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
