I amrutha k m d/o manchegowda k c i having account in sbm maddur branch since1 month and while activating by default they took my old mobile number so i requested them to change my mobile number to new number [protected] from 1 week had the branch people not responding well. so i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.. if i send any money i am not getting any message from the bank

    Dear Team,

    I have lost my debit card and immediately unblocked the card. I want to apply for new card. Is there any option to get it by applying online. Because unable to go to the branch as i am staying in different place now. Acc no: [protected]

            Hi,

            ATM pin reset option in net banking is not working since 3 months. After all the steps carried it says " unable to process the transaction". I tried almost 20 times in last 3 months but no luck.

              Worked in southern railway and drawing pension thro sbm, cftri branch, mysore vide ppo no [protected] and a. C no [protected]. My pension has been revised from 1/1/06 as per 6 pay commission and from 1/1/16 as per 7 pay commission and arrears also has to be paid.in this regard orders has been issued by railways. Other banks paid to the pensioners but sbm also please make arrangement for revision of pension and arrears.

                      The 1st atm card issued by the bank was not working hence i applied for replacement. The name on the replaced card was incorrect, hence the postman denied to deliver the card and the card was sent back to the branch. This happened in july 1st wk. Since then i have visited the mainbranch several times but there was no proper response im fed up of poor service.

                          On july 12th, 2016, i entered sbm atm for a withdrawal and i had almost finished all and had to only receive money, unfortunately the power was cut, but i had received sms details of the withdrawal. as i had doubt regarding this issue with concerns that the next person can collect money easily when the power is back, went inside the bank and spoke to the bank manager who was very very rude to answer my doubts and started yelling that i was not his customer and as i am a different bank account holder i should have not entered to his atm and said clearly that he will only resolve his own branch customers and not other public. please help and see it does not happen to anyone else.

                            I have a savings account in sbm karwar branch with account number [protected].

                            On 7th july 2016 i had stayed in sahana castle hotel at nagercoil and to pay advance i had given my debit card for swiping for an amount of rs.1339/-, but it was declined. i tried twice, but both the times it was declined. on the same day i received the message that twice also my amount of 1339/- has been debited from my account, but the hotel did not receive the amount. they informed that my amount would be credited, but till 11th july 2016 it has not been credited while they informed me that they too did not receive the amount.

                            The statement received from my account is as follows :

                            Jul 2016 7 jul 2016 pos prch-pos[protected] hotel sahana castle nagerko - 1, 339.00 21, 753.66

And i block the debit card also and please help me to next proceducre.

                                Hi i have the edc machine o[censored]r bank and i have done some transactions from which an amount of rs15lacs approx havent credited yet its more then 4 months i have even taken the id proof of the customers, and when i call ur banglore office people say audit is going on from last 4 months they r given me the same reason
                                I even have to pay it to my creditors
                                Look into this matter its more then 4months

                                  I have Savings BAnk Account in State Bank of Mysore Wilson Garden, Bengaluru-560027. I had given SMS alert messages to My Mobile No. [protected], But till 05 May 2016 SMS alert messages were coming to my mobile correctly, After that i have not received any SMS alerts.                                       This is Sujatha Bagireddy and Account no :[protected], Marthahalli branch, Bangalore is inactive because of non operation for few years. I wanted my account active again. Since I am staying in Hyderabad, I couldn't visit my base branch Bangalore. Please let me know if I can visit SBM in Hyderabad to make the account active.

                                        Date of incident: from lpg booking date 31.03.2015 to 14.04.2016 (As per statement provided by hpcl is attached herewith for reference). Request for refund of lpg subsidy amounting to rs.1832=54 (As per statement attached herewith). I have personally visited the sbm, hbr layout, bangalore (My a/c no.[protected] as per bank pass book which is attached herewith for reference) and requested to give credit to my a/c the lpg subsidy amount which is being credited to some unknown persons a/c at mysore (As per statement attached herewith). Recently, i have booked an lpg the subsidy amount of which is rs.197/- also credited by bank to the said a/c mysore. Hence, i request you to sort it out the problem at the earliest and please arrange for refund of subsidy amount till today which amounts to (Rs.1832+rs.197=rs.2029/-).

                                        State Bank of Mysore customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am holding an salary account in sbm market branch from 10 months but I didn't received passbook I visited branch for several time but it was wast I need passbook its very urjent pleas help me to get my passbook
