I am customer of sbop jind main branch with saving account [protected]
I had made a request for online payment of rs 3, 22, 429/- on 31.10.2016 to huda office against emi of my plot and accordingly bank gave me receipt and amount was debited from my account and transaction no. Stbpr[protected]. But in nov 2017 when i received a notice from huda office regarding non payment of emi. I visited branch and i was told that transaction was failed and amount was credited to your account but was not informed and i have not got any message. Transaction is failed due to staff/bank issues. There is no fault on my side. Huda is asking interest of approximately rs 50000/- as bank has paid it only in nov 2017. Kindly take up the matter with huda for waiver of interst of pay me the interest charged by huda

STBPR[protected]. But in Nov 2017 when I received a notice from HUDA office regarding NON Payment of EMI . I visited Branch and I was told that transaction was failed and amount was credited to your account but was not informed and i have not got any message. Transaction is failed due to staff/Bank Issues. There is no fault on my side. HUDA is asking Interest of approximately Rs 50000/- as bank has paid it only in nov 2017. Kindly take up the matter with HUDA for waiver of Interst of Pay me the Interest charged by HUDA

      Dear sir/mam, am sanjeev kumar from yamuna nagar haryana 135001, sir my father was expired last year he had a loan from sbp that we were not aware about that, after that sbp employee hold the my mother pension after that i pay the whole amount at once. But sir we are in trouble, we are on road, my mother apply a personal loan against thier pension she is getting around 24 thousand from haryana co-opertaives department. Now your sbp employee continue doing harrash to my mother. Sir am doing job out of city. I requested to you please please help me. I will be really thankful to you.         Respected sir
        I am medhavrat, principal, government senior secondary school, kaithal. My complaint is as follows.
        I gave two cheques to two parties m/s gurnanak hardware & machinery store, kaithal and dheeraj publication, kaithal on 4th october, 2017 against the purchase of some items. When the parties prevented the cheque at their banks kenra bank and pnb kaithal they were sent to sbi branch anaj mandi, kaithal and the employee named ravinder put the objections shown in the attachment. But when i personally visited the bank the objections put by mr. Ravinder were found wrong. The signature were matching and funds were sufficient. While ravinder marked the objections that signature were not matching and insufficient funds on 7th october. Now the problem is that rs 150 + gst were deducted from parties' accounts and same amount is twice deducted from school account no. Msb [protected]. This is totally wrong as due to mistake of mr. Ravinder my parties suffered harassment and school to lost rs 300 + gst. Therefore i request you to direct the bank sbi, branch - anaj mandi, kaithal to refund the deducted amount to school account and to my parties accounts kenra bank a/c no.[protected] and pnb a/c no. [protected]. It is mistake of mr ravinder so strict action should also be taken against him. The same objections are made on both parties cheques but these objections are totally wrong.
        There you are requested to direct the branch to refund all the amount to school which has been deducted from school as well as from parties' accounts and take strict action against mr. Ravinder so that he may perform his duty properly.

            I am an a/c holder in state bank of patiala, branch daresi road in ludhiana, punjanb against a/c number [protected].
            I made a purchase on oct31, 2107 using pos machinne. Amount of rupees 3795 got deducted and the transaction got failed. It has been 10 days now and no help is being provided by both the branch and customer care.
            Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

              The employment provident fund organisation has dispatched a cheque no. 731486, dated 01.11.2017 amounting of rs. 77019/- for depositing in my account number [protected]. But till date the above said amount has not deposit in my account. I visit my home branch i. E. State bank of patiala, sco 125-126, sector 17/c, chandigarh, but the staff of the bank misguided me. They not gave me correct information about the above said cheque. Their behavior was very bad. They treated me as like criminal.

              Its my humble request to you please look into the matter.

                I am an account hilder of narnaul court road branch having account no. [protected]. Niw i have been shifted to faridabad and did not able to change my account due to some personal reasons. I made a request for issuance of check book in written to narnaul branch and gave my address of faridabad on 18th march 2017 but till date after a lapse of more than 6 months, i did not receive my check book. I am also enable to generate my atm pin desoite several efforts and no bidy is ready to help in this matter.

Recently i visited the branch to operate my account but instead of of letting me to operate my account the staff at the branch told me that my account has been paid. I told them that i never closed my account. And further requested them to show me the vouchers relating my account closer but the staff refused to show me the details and vouchers. Only this, after that when i apporoached the branch manager, he refused to listen me and threatened me. I was left helpless by the branch as my account was closed without my permission, i want the bank to look into the matter and take actions against the branch manager details of my account are as follow.                                 Sir, my name is srijan mishra i am studying in nitra technical campus, ghaziabad and having a saving a/c in ghaziabad, navyug market branch no. Is [protected]. This account is under jan dhan scheme therefore my scholarship of 56600/- was released by institution but not credited in account due to credit limit. I have requested branch officials many times to change my account from jandhan scheme to normal scheme but they asked for local address proof, my institution is ready to give proof of address but officars are denying to change the scheme on techinal grounds. Sir my family is in severe financial crisis and without scholarship my education is suffering therefore i am requesting to you that please change my scheme, i am attaching screenshot of failed transaction for your perusal please.

                                  Sbop main branch samana employees treat very bad to their customers, they can't work properly use their phones while customer standing in lines, when i go for pay a voucher they said the a/c has over limit and vocher can't be pay this is silly reason i have heard so i go another branch and i pay my vocher. A lady is there she do very shark work. Please tell them change their behaviour other wise i changed my bank and my family also

                                    I represent a cheque of rs.39180.00 on 3-6-2017, your millerganj branch showed bounced without any suitable reason, as i asked why you returned it they did not give me any suitable reason. And your branch represent it again and bounced it again on 5-6-2017. They debited me two time bouncing charges. Please look in to the matter seriously why your branch sending clearing again and again without consent of customer and debiting charges for cheque bounced as they are unable or helpless to clear us the reason for what they did. For the carelessness of the branch staff i was charged a interest of rs 2800.00 by my vendor for delayed payment.

                                      Myself is narinder singh, master in govt. High school, chananke, amritsar. Our school salarry d& disbursing by state bank of patiala, baba-bakala, amritsar. My colleagues have taken their salarry of this month (June) 2day ago, but my salarry did not send in my account (Neft) till now[protected].
                                      When i ask the reason, sbp baba-bakala employee said that, "neft salarry sofware will update within some day, u have to wait."
                                      I m suffering in this way.
                                      Plz take necessary action for solution of my problem.

Because of staff mistake late renewal charges cut from my account every monthly. Even not inform to me that account is not renew. I m very dissapointed with bank services.
