My saving ac. No.[protected] in state bank of patiala ring road j. K. Tower surat. On 21/03/2017 bank debit rs.173/-for cheque return charges,
I deposit one cheque rs.100000/-ch. No.000272 of hdfc bank in hisar haryana branch but bank deposit two cheque in my ac and this time they debited one cheque rs.100000/-in my ac same cheque no.& debited rs.173/-in my ac for cheque return charges but whey
I complaint in my home branch many times, but no reply from branch
मे बहुत बार शिकायत कर चुका हु पर होम ब्रांच वाले जबाब नहीं दे रहे हे बोलते है कल आ जाओ में लगभग ३० बार जा चूका हु
इस ब्रांच की सर्विस बिल्कुल ही बेकार है

On 9 may 2017 I was withdrawing amount of rupees 4000 But due to some ATM problem I got only 2900 rupees and 1100 rupees it automatically returned to the ATM machine. And didn't get 1100 rupees and 4000 rupees is deducted from my account.
So kindly I request you to solve my problem for this I will be thankful to you.

ATM withdrawal detail.:
Rs 4000 withdrawn from A/c xxxx 8621 on 090517 at ALB ATM AGW2724A.Txn#[protected] .Avl bal Rs 8721.44.

I want to bring you a kind notice that on behalf of my family members and myself want to register a compliant regarding non working of mod - account facility on our saving account numbers from past 5-6 months. Our account is with sbp (Est wile) now sbi gandhi chowk branch pathankot (Branch code stbp0000507). I already visited bank branch so many times and also given a written complaint on dated 5-4-2017. But till date...

I applied for my ATM before 5 months but I didn't get my ATM or now I applied for my cheque book on[protected] but I didn't get it again.staff is soo irresponsible and very careless they didn't give me proper information about it. And it's very urgent to get these both things. But your staff is not helping me. So plz kindly provide me both items.

It is to bring to your kind notice that I am having S.B. A/C No.[protected] with State Bank of Patiala, PICUP Bhawan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and I am also having Debit Card on this same S.B. A/C. I had purchased Petrol from Prakash Automotive Jawahar Bhawan, Hazratganj, Lucknow on 20.4.2017 through my above Debit Card. But due to time out message, the above amount could not be paid through above debit card. On 21.4.2017 I have received a message from your ATMSBI that my above S/B A/C has been debited by Rs.500/-. Therefore, I tried to make complaint over toll free number of SBI and SBOP but no favourable response has been received.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly credit the above amount of Rs.500/- into my above S/B A/C at the earliest.

Sir mu complaint is about bank manager branch bhadson, hisbehavior is vry rudely with customers, i want to pass my cheque bt he says i m not free for this, but he was free u can also check the cctv camera, sir we are ur valuable customers but this incident is too bad for ur banking system, these types of people does not know how to handle the branch, it is very bad immpression, so plz take a suitable action for this,

Sir i have a ppf a/c in state bank of patiala, mandi gobindgarh branch. Today my office boy go to the branch to shift my ppf a/c to hdfc bank as my saving a/c is already in hdfc bank. But in branch they said that their is not any system to shift the ppf a/c to any other bank and they refused to shift the ppf a/c also they refused to issue the reciept the request letter for shift the ppf a/c. Sir Today 17/04/2017 In SBOP HSHS Branch at Sunam My son Sanjeev Mittal deposit the sum on my behalf because i am the senior citizen and he deposit Rupees 10000/ in my Saving account no [protected] and he going in bank at 1.10 pm and the dealing Cash deposit clerk says he have the instructions I am not deposit the cash amount after 1.00 Pm and you come bank Tomorrow and send urgently NEFT to a party so I deposit the same amount In yours Main branch and for this yours bank charges 58 rupees from my account and the Manager is not on seat when I consult a second Officer She phones to the manager and he saying I am coming from Patiala because He daily comes from Patiala and up to 1.15 PM he is not on his seat I am mentally harassed and also financially harassed with this and the behavior of dealing cashier is very bad So Please sort out this complaint because the common man always face this type of harassment. Respected sir,
I deposited 10, 100 rs. (Ten thousand one hundred rupees only) on[protected] time : 03:18:24 pm on cdm, model town, patiala-147001. But after 2 min processing error show transaction unsuccessful. I tried deposit money through debit card and slip printed transaction unsuccessful and i did not get my money back and no credited in my account. I request you to please check transactions and please same money credited in my sbop (Sbi) a/c no. [protected], name: deepak gupta.

I already complaint branch manager, sbop (Sbi) model town, patiala ifsc code stbp0000238 same time when i tried deposit my money. But he did not resolve my complaint till now. (Its already 11 days) he always says please wait 2 or 3 days.
Please resolve my issue.

I applied a home loan of rupees thirty lakh with chief manager, state bank of patiala, retail assetts central processing centre, zonal office, sco no. 99-107, madhya marg, chandigarh (Tel. No.[protected], 2780025. Loan was sanctioned and loan account no. [protected] was allotted to me. I have deposited a processing fee of rs, 10, 000/- with the bank and completed all the the formalities but the disbursement of loan was denied to me as the sanctioning authority had not signed the documents. Despite repated personal visits to the bank nothing was happened. Finally when i approached the bank for closure of my loan case and return of my original documents so that i may claim the refund of rupees fifteen lakh deposited with the housing organisation (Cgewho, new delhi) they refused to return the documents resulting in loss of amount of rupees fifteen lakh. Actually they have either the lost the file or misplaced the file which is not not traceable now. I want m, y documents back and refund of processing fee of rs. 10, 000/- paid to bank.

During working hour we enter in bank, bank manager misbahave with me i m owner of navdeep motors ac [protected] current accont .my turnover in ur bank is about 20 lac per month .he use bad words with me .pls take stick action on them nd told them how to treet with custmer sir manger wants payment but I refuse to give, sir manger is always doing frood with customer, he not give me a single paisa in notebande he always refuse that their is no payment in bank. He give payment to those who give commission to him but irefuse to give them, sir it's request to pls take stick action on them

A request for issuance of a cheque book for account number [protected] was submitted in SBP bank Sector 6 Branch Karnal on 26/12/2016. An amount of Rs. 60/- was debited from my account on the same day for the issuance of cheque book but no such cheque book has been made available up til now.
Please expedite issuance of cheque book at the earliest.

Cashier misbehaved with us and no seperate que was there for senior citizens. Me and my wife both are senior citizens cashier used foul language and spoke very rudely.kindly look into this matter. This happened in your branch old police line in patiala.We are your customers since many years.This kind of behaviour is really not good for your bank.we both have our pension accounts in your banks this branch.

Employee misbehaving with customer regarding check cash.she in[censored]ed in[censored]ed me when i said that i nèed urgently to it, i stood a side from queue becoz my child 2 yr old with me, she said me you go again in queue, i said that i come according to my turn but she said i will not do your work even you may go head office . is this respect to customers in state bank of patiala branch jakhwali

My mother is holding an account in your branch Kotkapura (Main branch).
She visited the bank for withdrawal of money from her account on 23rd Dec 2016. Generally she told that there were two queues for withdrawal. One for men and other for women. ON 23rd Dec when she visited the branch she sees only one mixed queue. She is Senior citizen and having problem in her knees. She is not able to stand for much time. She contacted the branch manager (after waiting for 1hr in same queue)and asked him to make two queue as same as already been there earlier.But Branch manager misbehave with her and doesn't attend her. She contacted your Bathinda branch customer care on phoneat same time but nothing has happened. She wait for 1hr in branch to get cash but she didnt got it.
Plz contact her and take action against branch manager for his misbehavior with Senior Citizen. I put online complaint on same day but still the complaint is in progress for 2 weeks. The complaint no. is SBCREFNO/35962. Her contact no is[protected]

Dear sir / madam, i have used my atm card for shopping at shop named... New Pinch ... located at ajit nagar, Sultanwind road, amritsar, punjab . Sum if 1000 rs has been debited from my account but shopkeeper says that it is not credited in my account and it will be refund in few days .i shop on 9-dec-16 but still not got my refund .Now shopkeeper says that its not my issue pls go to bank for clarification and bank says it is debited in the shopkeeper account. pls do the needful asap.i attached the snap of transaction message received on my mobile.

I used my sbp debit card in grocery store on 9th of december 2016. The machine showed that no payment received but my account ([protected]) was debited with rs311.25. The same problem happened to me earlier also on 25th of november 2016, there i got 90rs debited, but i did not get the cash refunded in my account. Please look into the matter and do whatever is required as it is very disappointing that such incidents take place and such lack of responsibilty and mismanagement is not dealt properly.
