Sir, My name is Sanjay Kumar I have a account in SBP Branch RCF Kapurthala ( Punjab). I have a Rs. 13480/- ( Thirty thousands four hundred Eighty rupees) balance on dated 08/03/2015. But sudden without my knowledge Rs. 8015/- Rupee's are deducted on dated 27/03/2015 with self transaction of Rs. 1000/- to my account remaining balance is Rs. 4465/- So. Kindly I request you that the amount Rs. 8015/- which is deducted to my account. The A/c Number is [protected] SBP Kapurthala will be deposited to my account either give me reason of deduction. Thank's allot for this.

Dear Sir, I need all details of my car loan rate interest.when took a car we get 5years loan...but knw pkl sec-5 tld us they interest bi increase so pay 3months more cheque of loan rupees...they dnt tell us when the rate of interest bi increase...sooo i want all details of my car loan interest

I, Akshata Mallya having a saving account (Acc No. [protected]) at State Bank Of Patiala, Malad west, link road branch, had applied for ECS for my LIC policy(Policy No.[protected] Jeevan Saral) which had been duely stamped and agreed upon in the month of July 2014. But it was notified from LIC that for 7 months (from July to January2015)no deduction of my premium amounting to Rs 2858/- per month inspite of having sufficient balance, thus i have been slapped with a fine from LIC and asked to pay the entire amount of premium for 7 months. On clarifications from LIC and the bank staff we have got to know that the bank staff had failed to update the ECS request in their software. I, being self employed, would not want to cough up such a big amount for a fault of someone else. The staff at State Bank Of Patiala, Malad west, link road branch is so busy in gossiping and catering to their lethargy that they have admitted to not updating the details in the system but are not having the nerve to give the same in writing. It is utterly shamefull that inspite of having International Banks we have chosen our Nationalised Bank and this is the kind of service and laid back attitude is what we get in the name of so called "service". I, demand that the Bank authorities take up this matter on a priority basis and pay up for the panalty LIC has slapped me with.

Dear Sir, I had a Housing loan from LIC Housing Finance for which i had i ECS with the bank. For the last 2 month i.e. Jan 2015 and Feb 2015 my ECS is bounced without any reason despite having sufficient funds in the account. Every time i had to pay bounce Charge to bank as well as to LIC as an interest for no fault of mine. I visited the bank but they dont give satisfactory answer. Under the State bank Debit card offer, I had purchased dell laptop from Dell store (name of the store was mentioned on www.sbi.co.in) on 22/10/2014 using SBP debit card. According to T&C mentioned on SBI website, Any Debit Card issued by State Bank of India/State Bank of Hyderabad/StateBank of Bikaner and Jaipur/State Bank of Travancore/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala is eligible to avail the offer. so i was supposed to get 5% cash back for that purchase. Sir, It is submitted that I am the customer of your bank holding saving bank account no.[protected] with your bank. I have ATM Card also against this account no. On dated[protected], at about 2.10 PM, I received some messages on my mobile phone no.[protected] from your banksite BX-ATMSBP that "Thank you for using your SBP Debit Card 603xx4942 for purchase worth Rs.30089 on POS [protected] at Amazon_BD txn#[protected]. " In this way, i have received 8 messages and as per all the messages, Rs.43029/-has been withdrawn from my account through ATM by shopping on POS. I was shocking to read these messages because I did not use my ATM card for any kind of shopping. Neither, I share my ATM Card nor I share my secret number with anybodyelse. After receving these message, I, immediately, blocked my ATM card and simultaneously I call you and told my grievences. In this regard, a message was also sent to you. It is also mentioned here that ATM card is with me at this time. You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and my account may kindly be cleared. My father bought a property in Bowenpally that was auctioned by State Bank of Patiala, Abids branch, Hyderabad, 2007, in the good faith that the bank will not be cheating him. The bank did not show that property but only said that the bidder could look at the property through a window that was open and my father checked it so before the auction. There is no indication that this was a disputed property. It twa only after the flat was handled over to him, he discovered to his horror and dismay that the flat was already been occupied by other people. So my father kept insisting the bank that they return his money. But the bank refused based on SARFASEI act. Then my father passed away in 2008 and my mother with great difficulty got the property registered on her name in 2009. After we registered, we had put a grilled door which was locked and we visited every 15 days to 1 month to get the area cleaned and we always used to end up finding that the lock was opened.So we decided to move in and for that purpose we tried to get the flat assessed for tax in 2010 but it was not possible since nobody in the tax department were ready to assess the flat. Without payment of taxes there is no possibility of getting water and electricity. Then in 2011 Syndicate band had put its seal stating that it owns that property. Syndicate bank did not send us any notification before sealing the apartment. We filed a complaint to the nodal officer of Syndicate bank and CEO of SBP. SBP is defending itself stating it cannot do anything under that SARFAESI ACT. We have reported our csae to the Ombudsman in 2009 and 2012. In 2012 they rejected our case saying that it is not under their jurisdication. In 2009 they supported the SBP and so we had to withdraw our case. I am not sure what to do next? SBP is quite aware that they shouldnt have auctioned the property in 2007 since it was a disputed property since then. Thanks Consumer

Respected sir, On 17th May rs 1500 has been deducted from my account as POS PRCH POS[protected] MOPSBIDRCARD. I haven"t used my card on that day for any purchase.Kindly look into the issue and refund the amount. My account no. is [protected].

My husband was getting Airforce and Bank pension both when died on 11.4.12. after his death i have been sanctioned one family pension of airforce only and State bank of Patiala family pension is denied on the pretext that only one family pension can be granted. But the govt has allowed both family pensions as per their circuler no 504 dated 17.1.13. from defence deptt.

my name is diksha sharma and my father name is gurbachan ram sharma, and he had taken loan from state bank of patiala.he was very ill mostly that is why both of my father`s partner came at our home and brought his signature at blank astam of 2000/-rs.my father`s partner and bank manager are troublling us. actully limit is taken on our home for petrol pump.due to our bad circumstances we could not pay our limit.and after that my father was expired at 4th september, 2013.and after that my father`s partner sukhdev singh comes at our home everyday.and still today we could have not receive any notice from bank.bank manager and his partner want to buy our house and they dont want that we may pay our limit.they are not cooperating with us.therefore bank manager vinod bansal and his partner are
being harrasment to us.and we have complaint to human right commision of this

dear sir ' my name is rajni bala i have saving account in state bank of patiala my account no is [protected] my account has been debited on regular basis without my knowledge .. debited amount is like 201.201.25, 125.. which no one can debit from atm card i hav visted the branch but they are saying u hav debited throuh atm .. how is it possible to debit rs 25. 147 201 from atms.. i hav also called custmer care but they dont hav any record .. plz do the needful my contact no is [protected]

myself Amit Jaryal having an Account in State bank of Patiala,Daulatpurchowk branch,Distt.Una,Himachal Pradesh. I want to bring this in your notice that the behaviour of Assistant Manager here is really very rude and Unfriendly. Many times he delays the work process knowingly. I had notified Bank's GM once. but in vain..I don't see any signs of improvement. And it's becoming worse. Please look into the matter and take some actions .Thanks and regards.

Bank k paper pe kuj is tarah likha tha jo jatin k sath meine v bank k rules padi thi......

1) Peon k post k liye 10th v honi chahiye

2) agar unko apani padai aage jari rakhni hai toh bank mein application likh k dena hoga fir hi o apani padai aage jari rakh sakte hai

3)agar unki padai 10th v se aage hui hai yeh pata chala toh unhe usi samay job se nikala jayega.

par Bank k manager koi baat sunna hi nai chahte hor nahi koi action le rahe hai...

Mr. jatin khanna ne froud giri se yeh job hasil ki hai..........

jab Mr. jatin khanna jaise logo ka support bank kr rhi hai toh baki jinhone is post k liye interview diya kaddi mehnat ki un garibo ka aur bewas logo ka kya hoga................jo insaan sarkaar ko dhoka de sakti hai o aage jake india k sath v dhoka kr sakte hai...............agar aise logo ko khud Government hi support kar ne lage toh hum apani taklif kise sunaye.

plz aap se hor sabhi desh bhartiyo se meri requst hai ki aise Mr. Jatin jaise logo ko achhi tarah sabak sikhaye, ki aage jake yeh apane aap ko v dhoka naa de.

My issue was that,i am giving command to ATM machine(Vijaya Bank,Paharganj Delhi) of Rs 3000/- but ATM will be dispensed only Rs 500/-I am giving written complant to our Branch handover to Sh Narender Sharma Ji Manager state bank of patiala on dated[protected].But still there is no solution provided provided to me from bank.



Kindly help me asap.
