I am Dr.Isha Arora from Fazilka.I went to ask for loan from State bank of Patiala. I understand their policy that I have to give the signatures of my husband as a co-borrower.But I am not living with my husband as we are to be divorced.My father is sponsoring me and he is taking my collateral security as well.The property is in Fazilka,my parents are in Fazilka,my permanent residency is of the same place, but they still say that I can get the loan only from Ferozepur.I went there many times.Yesterday also I went there but they said the same thing.If i am not living with my husband does that mean I cannot take loan or I cant study ahead.If the reason to say no is some valid then it will be fine,but without viewing anything,they said no.Please help me give some alternative.

I have my account No. [protected] with State Bank of Patiala(Branch Mini Secretariat, Jagadhari). The ATM card No.[protected] is the only one ATM card issued to me by virtue of this account. On night of 30.05.12 i receive two SMS from BX-ATMSBP, of withdrawal of 20,000/- Rupees and 19,500/- Rupees respectively from ATM Railway Road, Karnal. At that time i was at Yamuna Nagar my ATM card was with me. I was shocked to see these SMS. Suddenly, at about 10:10 PM I went to ATM Madhu road, Yamuna Nagar to check my account. As this is my own card of above said account, account was opened with it, but it is unable for further proceeding due to change of secret pin code number. I call at helpline phone number provide by bank and informed about illegal transaction and asked them to block my this ATM card. The same incident also took place with some other customers of state bank in Yamuna Nagar. These incidents are continuously taking place and the banks authorities are not paying proper attention towards this. Such type of incident is not possible without the involvement of the bank. It is, therefore, requested that a strict action may be taken against the bank authorities and direct them to credit the amount of all customers withdrawal using fake ATMs.

I have Saving account in Subhashbridge Branch,Ahmedabad. Due changing in residence , I have contacted bank staff with Latest original electric bill . The staff send me to the manager.But Manager Mr.Singh denied to accept the electric bill & registerted agreement of Bunglow as a sufficient Residence proof .He demanded Municipality bill. he behaved so arrogantly. I asked for G.r.(Manual) of R.B.I. He replied that this my branch , I am not believed in R.B.I.rules.If you want to change address produced Municipal bill or give me Rs.1000/---as corruption,otherwise go to R.B.I. IF you will not be taken appropriate steps against corrupted manager then i will lodge complain in OMBUDS Department of R.B.I. as well as in Consumer court. NOTE- Sir, I have three Saving account of my family members in same branch,they got same answer.

Dhar Kalan, District Gurdaspur Now Pathankot. Dated[protected] i go to State Bank of Patiala's ATM at Thara Uparla at 09:30 A.M.


i) To day dated[protected] within at 09:20 A.M. to 09:45 AM. i tried to withdrawal a sum Rs. 10,000/- but the ATM's processing very slow & finally shown at screen that "Time Out"
ii) . 2nd try to withdrawal Rs.10, 000/- but the ATM's processing very slow & finally shown at screen that "Time Out"
iii) 3rd try to withdrawal Rs.5,000/- but the ATM's processing very slow & finnaly shown at screen that "Time Out"

i am not collect any amout but mini statement shown that i withdrawal 10,000/-+10,000/-+5,000=25000/- (Rs. twenty five thousand only)

I beg to say that please return my amount Rs.25000/- (Rs. twenty five thousand only)

I shall be very thankful for this.

Dear Sir/Madam,
On dated 09/04/2012,I have used my ATM card no.[protected] for the withdraw the amount of Rs.10,000/- in HDFC BANK ATM, Zirakpur, Distt. Mohali, Punjab. I did not received the amount from the ATM but this amount shows as withdrawn from my account. I went so many time to the branch Manager of State Bank of Patiala regarding said matter, but no sufficient reply from their end, only said that your amount would be returned back in your account shortly but till date no positive result. Please do needful.

i have a saving account no. [protected] (loan acc [protected])....on this agriculture loan account i have got Rs. 50,000 as a loan...But now I wana increase this limit into 100000 ( One Lakh and the Bank is not giving me the permition...and behavior of related officer Mr. sulesh is too rude to tolerate...He doesn't know even how to speak with a customer...every customer has the same complaint with him..

i went to one branch of State bank of patiala in Ludhiana near Bharat nagar chowk for education loan. as i have studied the bank's website earlier so it was in knowledge that bank can give loan up to 7.50 lacs without in colletral security like property, gold etc. but can give on guarantor's base.

so when i went to Ludhiana B.N.C. state bank of patiala branch and requested them for this loan amount then they directly said no to me, while i am having good marks in my subjects, my father is an govt. employee who can be my guarantor too.

Then i contacted main bank in Patiala to get the solution of my problem and registered my complaint with complaint's officer but its been more than 23 days and i have not received any clarification or solution regarding my complaint from officials of bank.

As this is related to my career so i want your support in this matter so that i can fulfill my dreams of doint higher studies in abroad.

Kindly help me out.

SUB:- Non receipt of cash from ATM Machine (ATM ID;-SI0G[protected] against Saving Accounts No is[protected]

Dear Sir

I wish to inform your good self that I have a saving account no.[protected] with your bank since last five years.

“ On dated 12.12.11 at 21:00 I tried to withdraw cash from ATM operated by State Bank of India, situated at NIT, Neelam Chowck, Faridabad. I simply insert my ATM Card into the machine and go through proper way for withdrawal of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) but I was shocked when the above ATM Machine did not complete the process for the same but when I got ATM Customer Advice I found that my above account was debited by Rs.10, 000/-. (TXN No. 7667)

On contact security guard, he informed me that he did not have any complaint register and I have to contact in branch office of State Bank of Patiala.

On dated 13.12.11 at 10:15 A.M. I reached State Bank of Patiala, Sector 9, Faridabad and submit a complaint letter to him. He advised me to contact in SBI, Neelam Branch for the same.”

Sir, you are requested to please look into the matter and please credit my saving account no.[protected] by Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in the light of the above facts.

I had a transaction with SBoP ATM located in club chowk Malerkotla (Branch code 50197)on 13th Nov 2010. The machine debited my account by Rs 20000 but did not disburse cash to me. After half an hour I again checked my balace from another SBoP ATM where it showed that my original balance was intact. That is Rs 20000 not deducted. But after about one month later I came to know that Rs 20000 has been deducted from my account. When contacted SBoP Mehalkalan branch,where my account lies, they told me that they have made a recovery of Rs20000 on 2nd Dec from my a/c since 13th Nov transaction was successful. But actually this is not true since I did not receive cash from the ATM. Either this is a fraud or a technical fault. Pls verify the facts and figures to locate the missing cash.

The banlk officials simply plead that the cards are not being made for the last two months. I may please be informed as to when my new card would be available to me.

i have a account in state bank of patiala branch of shamli.
before i complain in bank for my atm card was lost.
i charged 200rs. on 30-may-2011 from bank for new atm card.
but after two month i have not received my new atm card.
i faced many problems.

sir, we set up a project under prime minister employment generation programme and got a loan from state bank of patiala sheikhpura branch by giving 23000 to their manager and they took around 28000 as banking charges. but before starting unit, due to some personal problems, we were unable to start the unit. then the manager took around 8000 rs from our account against insurance without our consent or any signatures. then they forced us to deposit the loan taken from bank including interest and charges as well. we have deposit the entire amount.only rs. 150000 is balance against our account. we are seeking some relief against charges they have taken. and the amount the manager had charged from us. and how he took the amount from account for insurance. can he took the amount without our signatures??? we want to settle our account as we feel a huge burden .

The arrears bills of 30% of revised pay scales were prepared and submitted to Treasury Office, Panchkula which were passed by the treasury Pkl. on 31.3.2011. Arrear bills were delivered/deposited with the Treasury Branch of State Bank of Patiala, Sec-8, Panchkula on 31.3.2011 (the same day) but the bank has not so far credited the amounts of 30% arrears of pay in the accounts of the concerned staff of the o/o District Information & Public Relations Officer, Panchkula.Constant enquiries made from the bank by this department have brought out no result. The bank manager and bank authorities are making fool of the staff of District Information & Public Relations Officer, Panchkula on one or the other pretext.
You are please requested to intervene in the matter to get the amounts of arrears deposited in the bank accounts of concerned staff. We shall be very thankful to you.

i have applied for aerocity mohali for 150 sq. yard plot through sate bank of patiala, bathinda (near V mart) punjab under application form no. 71144. now aerocity refund the money, but your bank manager denied for refunding the money. you are requested to give the guide line to bank staff so that we get money back any further delay.

I am Vishal Bansal resident of YamunaNagar,I have an savings account in state bank of Patial Industril area Yamuna Nagar. On 7th Feb 2011,I deposite a self check of citi bank (gurgaon) in state bank of Patial The mall,Shimla Branch,N Still My check is Pending. I contacted several times at shimla branch as well as my home branch but in the end it doesn't even matter.The bank staff is not responding,even on calls.
That is my salary check, I am living in New Delhi, Working in IT Sector, I dont have enough time for going here and there,when I have an account in SBP then why I am facing Mental and Physical Harrasment, i am totally depend on my salary for My Bread and Butter.
Its my humble request to concerns that Please look into the matter.

i apply for a loan for plot purchase through SBOP, punjabi university branch. but the loan was not sanctioned and nothing is informed to me about the loan. in fact, bank debit my account for their processing fee worth Rs 2100. i visit to the bank to know what are the objections in sanctioning the loan but they show me nothing
i m working as clerk (ad-hoc) since 2002 without any gap. my salary account is in SBOP, punjabi university, branch. but the bank does not support us for loans because i m working on adhoc. It is not my case, there are number of persons working on adhos basis. as our age increase we not make our own house etc. so make a policy so that a person working on adhoc can also avail the loan facilities. thanks

my self -Reva Joshi i have open one saving a/c in state bank of Patiala at kurali branch a/c no-[protected] and that card i have lost so please block the ATM card so that no transaction can be made and please give the new card.

State Bank of Patiala Gandhidham Branch has failed to pay my dues ever since 15/07/2010. The branch manager is always on leave. His name is Mr. Shamsher Singh and he never does any work. He has failed to pay back dues inspite of several reminders. I have also complained about the matter to the Deputy General Manager for this Zone, but he has been of no help at all. Looks like these people will never improve. Please see if you can help.
