    I have State Bank Of Patiala account no.[protected].On 21.10.2010 I went to Punjab National Bank ATM at Dhudike , distic moga,
    .I tried to withdraw Rs. 10000/-. But the money did not come out of the ATM. Instead Rs.10000/- were debited from my account.I gave in writing to the branch on 21.10.2010 . However no correction has been made by the bank so far ,,,,,,,,

      My name is Baljinder Singh and I am a customer in your bank named State Bank of Patiala branch Sunam (Main). My Account No. in the bank is [protected]. My ATM Card No. is[protected] issued on Aug - 2004.

      The problem is that My ATM card is not working properly these days. Any ATM Machine of Your bank does not accept it. According to my view the ATM card has got damaged. I complained for the card in the State Bank Of Patiala Main Branch Sunam. But they did not give me any responsible reply and assurance...

      You are requested to look into my case and please issue me a new ATM card in stead of the old damaged card...... For more information Please contact me on my no. [protected]

        `Through my ATM card of State Bank of Patiala No.[protected] I transfered Rs 2000/- to SBI ATM card No.[protected]A/C No. [protected]) on 8th October,2010 and got the reciept. But to my surprise person to whom money was transfered did not get it. My balance is showing that money is transfered. Please do the needful and inform accordingly.

          my name is suman lata ,my account no. is [protected].i have submit my cheque no.143768 of Rs2892/- on dated 11/7/10 at the paras ram nagar branch bathinda.by mistake i had written my a/c no [protected].when i cheched my a/c the above cheque was not clear then i complaint to tha manager.but they have no record for the above cheque. then i went to the party who has been issued the cheque to stop the payment but the party told me that the cheque is cleared on dated 13/7/10. then i came back to the manager but they have no record for the above cheque so they r ignoring me that we dont have aany record.please clarify that cheque and reply me,i will wait for your reply.

            I am SB account (A/c No. [protected]) holder in the State bank of Patiala, Main branch, Yamuna Nagar. My original ATM card was lost and a duplicate ATM card was issued by the bank 3 months ago. But the ATM has show blocked. Inspite of repeated requests and personally contacted many a times the bank staff not give any positive response for making the ATM card working. You are requested to kindly solve my problem

            State bank of Patiala, Main Branch, Yamuna Nagar — Blockage of ATM card issue duplicate before three months

            I Pawan Kumar working as LDC in o/o XEN T/S Div. HVPNL, Yamuna Nagar, am operating of saving account in State Bank of Patiala, Main Branch, Yamuna Nagar. My original ATM card was lost and duplicate ATM card was issued by the bank after payment of Rs. 200/- three months ago. But the ATM card, when used shows blocked (code 150). In spite of repeated requests applications and contact personally many a times, my ATM card is not operating and still shows the message of blockage of ATM card. The banking staff do not give any satisfactory response in this regard. On advice of the banking staff I contacted state bank groups helpline on telephone[protected]. They suggested to contact the concerned branch manager. But the banking staff and Manager do not give any satisfictory response. I am a Govt. Employee and I have not enough time in working hours to contact the Branch continously. I feel very much mental harrashment. So you are requested to direct the concerned Branch to do the needful

This Branch all executive are very lazy. this branch always have no account opening form. this ATM is not available in Cash any time. i have a ATM in this bank and per year decrease my account balance.

              I wish to Improve this branch.

                Hi,

                This is to inform you that I Anup Kumar Shrivastava has an account in S.B.I branch. { A/C No:[protected] }.
                On 29th January 2010 I used my ATM card at an ATM machine of SBI Patiala {Kalkaji Govindpuri, New Delhi- 19} to withdraw cash, however the machine got stuck and I was not able to punch the amount, I wanted to withdraw. Later that evening I got a message on my Mobile stating that Rs 4000 has been deducted from my account by the mode of cash withdrawl.

                After my complaint {Complaint nos: AT[protected] & AT[protected]} to the customer care of SBI, I got my money reimbursed in my account in the month of March 2010.

                This Money was deducted again from my account. Later when Checked with the manager of my home branch(purana bazaar Dhanbad Jharkhand), I was informed that according to SBI Patiala the transaction was right and there was no issue.

                I would like you to kindly look into the issue and get it rectified, as soon as possible, as SBI Patiala is not ready to provide me any details.

                Please look in the case and get the money reimbursed in my account as the transaction never happened and I never took out the cash.

                  I AM A CLASS ONE GAZETTED OFFICER FROM DEPARTMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, New Delhi, RETIRED IN 1993. I am drawing pension from State Bank of Patiala.My PPO No. - 113-8/93(83) PEN / TEC /4 Dated 20/9/93
                  S/B A/c [protected] . I have noticed that
                  DA ARREARS AND REVISED PENSION NOT PAID TILL NOW in-spite of the notification having been issued by the Government of India in the month of March 2010 and the revised payment is supposed to be paid by the Bank w.e.f. March 2010 itself. The matter was brought to the knowledge of Mr. Duggal, the Branch Incumbent of Branch Office Model Basti, New Delhi. He was requested to get the data rectified in the central database of the Bank at Patiala at its Centralised Pension PROCESSING CELL AT HEAD OFFICE but he pleaded his ignorance and helplessness IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR ON THE PART OF A SENIOR OFFICER OF THE BANK, and that too towards a pensioner, cannot at all be accepted and tolerated.

                  REQUEST: The Head Office authorities of the Bank are requested to look into the issue seriously and ensure such systemic faults do not put the pensioners in financial hardships besides wast of time and money. The Bank is also requested to institute an inquiry into the matter as to why Mr. Duggal at BO Model Basti did not take my request seriously and why it was not even conveyed to its Zonal and Head Office authorities, such callousness and apathy needs to be taken to task. I am giving the MD of the Bank a time of 30 days before the matter is required to be moved to the Banking Ombudsman, Delhi as well as other offices of Government of India.

                  I agree that mistake might have been comitted by the sbp employees even i am also pensioner of defence and till date i have not been paid the en hance pension w e f july 2009. My p p o no is 08/14/8/01898/2002and my sbp actts no is[protected]. All the pensioner got the enhance pension in july 2010. may please be looked into.

                  The amount Rs 8523 has now been re retrenched from my pension. On what pretext my pension has been retrenched may please be apprised to the individual .

                    Respected Sir,
                    I had requested for a car loan from State Bank of Patiala, Kondli where our queries where handled by Mrs. Jena who told us that we can only give you a car loan Rs. 8,50,000/- at 8% rate of interest but the Branch Manager told us later on that an objection can come in the file so you keep a Fixed Deposit in the Bank of Rs. 5,00,000/- but is this ethical or makes sense that when we have this amount and we give you interest at 11.50% and for an Fixed Deposit take an interest rate 5.5% so I told Mrs. Jena that we can only make an Fixed deposit for Rs. 1-2 lacs and that too if only a objection comes from your head office otherwise I can take loan from some other bank. I was not sure that I can put a file for loan in two nationalized banks simultaneously so I didn’t do so but I had given my file in Hdfc bank on request from customer care who approved me a loan for Rs. 6,00,000/- but as State Bank of Patiala had taken a cheque for processing fees from me and had already withdrawn the same even the loan was approved I was in way bound to take a loan from them.
                    Now the loan was disbursed for Rs. 7,50,000/- from State bank of Patiala without any requirement for Fixed Deposit being made so we took the loan and cheque was made out in favor of dealer from whom we had to buy the car and we deposited the same with dealer but everything been done almost 1 week later Branch Manager from State bank of Patiala, Kondli branch called me on phone and said you had not made the Fixed Deposit in the branch on which we said no objection was put on the file and we refused for Fixed Deposit. Instead of the refusal the branch manager, kondli came to our house along with his four employees the next day. Sir I most respectfully want to ask you is this ethical on part of branch manager to do these sorts of things for his mere performance and commission.

                    i usually face the problem related to transaction...
                    my account in SBP branch Dirba (Sangrur, Punjab).
                    but some time when i visit another branch of SBP for transaction, Staff every time argument with me.and told me you should receive transaction from your branch where have you get account...

                    please tell me ..Why i cant visit every branch of SBP...?

                      SBI Credit Card — non receipt of bill,atm money transfer not possible

                      ABN AMRO — Amount debitted twice in my saving account for one transaction

                      I made a train ticket booking through irctc.co.in on 16th September for amount Rs.4191. But when i saw my bank statement the same amount debitted twice and when i raised complaint regarding the same then there is no porper response from bank. Bank customer care telling that contact irctc they are going to refund the amount but when i contact irctc then they are responding that there is only one transaction you made with us and we received the amount only once so there is no question of refund.

                      cash withdrawal — ATM withdrawl

                      I used my canara bank ATM-CUM-DEBIT card in icici bank ATM id s1cno 739 on 4.10.08 at11:52 to withdraw Rs 2000/ but the transaction is declined and the amount is deducted from my SB A/C[protected]. Pl.inform me the procedure to retain the amount.

                      SBI Noida. — Money has been debited from account but not delivered by ATM

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I have saving account in SBI sector-2 Noida.
                      I tried to make a transaction of amount Rs. 22000 /- on dated[protected], from SBI ATM Shahabad Dilerganj Distt-Hardoi, U.P. But money has not been delivered from ATM due to some technical problem, and Rs 22000 has been debited from my account for which I have ATM Transaction Slip.

                      I immediately called customer care and I was asked to contact the branch in which I have the account. Then I submitted a written complaint to branch where I have my account and also at the branch I made the transaction. On submitting complaint at my branch, I didn’t receive any proof that I have submitted any complaint and I was told that they are not sure how much time it will take to return my money.

                      Please advice and do the needful.

                      ABN AMRO Bank — Illegal deduction from bank account

                      I have an ICICI bank account which was debited Rs 5416.0 ([protected] ABN AMRO BANK - COPS) on 17th Oct 2008. I have no dealings with ABN AMRO bank whatsoever and ICICI bank claims this was an ECS deduction. I have not registered for or authorized any such ECS deduction and do not have any dealings with ABN AMRO.
                      Can't the ABN AMRO Bank verify account details of its customers (and of those who are not it's customers) and then execute its transactions? This is highly unprofessional on the part of ABN AMRO and ICICI banks. What a shame!

                      I am a customer of SBP jagatforms, gr noida branch.I went to branch and asked for online form but they refused that time. I went there after some days then they gave me the form but said that we are unable to take the form. Laterly after two weeks i went to the branch again, but this time they refused to take it. So please ensure that in future thus may not happen to others customers.

                      This month I had two negative incidents during my ABN AMRO Master debit card usage. After many follow-ups also I am not received any positive response from ABN AMRO team . Total 5000INR is debited from account .Take necessary action immediately to resolve the problem & transfer the money back to my account

                      Oct 29th 2008, at 20.42 I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000/- from Canara Bank Byatarayana Pura, Mysore Road Bangalore 560026 My transaction was not processed
                      But Rs 2000 is debited from my A/C.. ABN AMRO Help Line compliant number is 3785

                      First incident
                      Oct 2nd 2008, 8.42 am I tried to withdraw Rs. 3000/- from Canara Bank Kalidasa Layout Bangalore ( Near Sri Nagar Bangalore) My transaction was processed but I am not received the money. Record number is 4201. But Rs 3000 is debited from my A/C. ABN AMRO Help Line compliant number is 021046.
                      Till Today no response from customer care. I need my many back immediately.

                      on 7/12/2008, i used my union bank ATM to withdraw cash from AXIS bank ATM at Azhikode, kannur.but i did not get any cash, the recipt shoewd "trancaction declined" .later on when i took the mini statement i saw that the amount of 6000/ has been debited from my a/c .on9/12/2008 when i went to the union bank kannur where i have the a/c they said that the amount has not been still credited and they asked me to wait for 2 days. but my a/c was not credited.on 11/12/08 i went to axis bank kannur, kerala and gave a written complaint on the same day i gave a written complaint to union bank kannur, kerala .on 26/12/08 when i called Axis bank they said that they have donr the needful and the rest is to be done by union bank, i called union bank and they said that all they can do is send a reminder to atm cell mumbai. as a consumer what should i do

                      On 8th November, 2008 amount of Rs. 4000/- was debitted from my ATM account though I had not used ATM on that day. I wrote an application and approx. after 1 month amount was credited to my account. But again on 13 December, same thing happened and amount of 4000/- was debitted from my ATM. I have written application in that case to Branch Manager. But, he is not responding it well. Now two months has passed. But still amount of Rs. 4000/- has not been debitted to my account. Please guide me in this regard.

                      I have an ATM card of State Bank of Patiala .On dated 01/04/2009 between 8:30pm to 9:00pm time I used the card no.[protected] at SB PATIALA ATM 37 -D (ATM ID not known) and then at SBP ATM 38-C having ATM ID S1AC50042701 located Chandigarh.
                      I put the card in ATM situated at 37-D market made the Transaction to withdraw of Rs 1500/- and I received a receipt with "Unable to process your transaction" from ATM machine.
                      Later on when i check my account balance on other ATM machine at 38-C. Then i noticed that 1500 is deducted from my account without any transaction.


                      So Here I am requesting you to please look into this matter and add this amount in my account as soon as possible.

                      On 20/04/2009 I used my ATM card to withdraw Rs. 15000/- from Punjab National Bank Indirapuram, Ghaziabad ATM Machine. I did not receive any money from ATM and got a printed receipt from ATM which says “TRANSACTION DECLIENED” (photocopy of receipt is enclosed). But in actual amount of Rs. 15000/- was deducted from my account.

                      Regarding this I have already informed Punjab National Bank Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. And on 21/04/2009 I have submitted a complained form in that branch (photo copy enclosed.).

                      Please refund Rs. 15000/- amount into my bank account A/C[protected] as soon as possible.

                      ATM Card of Saving Accounts — Money debited but not received when withdrawing through ATM

                      I tried to withdraw money of Rs.15, 000=00 through my ATM card from my saving a/c no[protected].
                      I did not get the money in hand but a slip came stating that Rs.15, 000=00 has been debited from my Saving Accounts.ATM counter was situated at DumDum Road, Kolkata(s1cw5196).
                      I went to yr Lake Town Br. who simply shirked their responsibility by saying that I should contact customer care which inspite of repeated attempt, could not be contacted.Then I went to Salt Lake Branch where my account is .They arranged to contact customer care & I talked to them told them the above problem of non receipt of money.
                      Please see that my money is credited back to my account immediately.
                      I am having a Demat account with you & have a turn-over of Rs. one crore. Hence, I expect your special attention in this matter.
                      With reference to the above, MOHITVIJAN saving bank account holder in your bank could not receive an amount of Rs. 1300/- (Rupees THIRTEN HUNDRAD ) which was withdrawn in BANK OF BARODA ( ABULANE MEERUT) ATM on 15 04.09 record no[protected]. As my account is debited with 1300- which I could not receive. So, I kindly request you to credit the amount of Rs. 1300/-.                       ABN AMRO Bank — Wrong debiting of ATM Advance

                      In the month of March'09 there was an outstanding of about Rs.9500 in my ABN Amro CC account of which I cleared Rs.9000/- However, I was surprised to know that there was an outstanding of Rs.6800/- in April. When I disputed the balance they told that they have included a transaction of Rs.4500/-plus ATM withdrawal fees+interest+surcharge in my April'09 statement. When I disputed the transaction as it was not actually done by me, they asnwered that it was done by me 18 months ago (Sept'07) and due to technical reason they did not included the transaction in my statement at that time. I have again paid a sum of Rs.700+750 in April & May'09. I have been asking them to show the relevant terms & condition of CC agreement, they are unable to provide the same and still claiming that the amount in question is payable to them. Instead of telling the exact clause of terms they are adding interest & penalties over the said so called outdated ATM transaction. Please suggest a remedy.

                      ABN AMRO Bank — ILLEGAL DEBITING OF OUTDATED ATM TRANSACTION

                      In the month of March’09 there was a total amount due of Rs.9534.44 against by ABN Amro Credit Card and Rs.886.70 Easy Pay loan outstanding. Against this I repaid Rs.9000/- in end March’09. In stead of sending a bill for balance outstanding of about Rs.800 + easy pay balance of Rs.450 they had sent me a bill of Rs.6281.82 + easy pay balance of Rs.440.9. When the bill was disputed they informed me that it was an ATM withdrawal of Rs.4500/- on 3rd April. When I disputed the transaction as it was not actually done by me, they answered that it was done by me 18 months before (20.9.07) and due to technical reason they did not included the transaction in my statement at that time. My question is whether this outdated, fabricated & so called transaction is payable by me. None of above bank’s terms & conditions shows that claiming of such outdated transaction is payable by me. I have been asking them to show the relevant terms & condition of CC agreement, they are unable to provide the same and still claiming that the amount in question is payable to them.

                      I used this ATM card to withdraw 5500 rupees in state bank of india branch Joginder nager, Himachal pradesh India on 10 april 2009 but money was not received and transaction slip showed deduction in balance.complaint in this regard was made to SB of Patiala branch manager kusumpatiin same time and one letter request detail was also sent SBI Joginder nagermanager on 21april 2009 but till today no any money is received in my account.
                      you are requested to look into matter because in the time of information technolozy it could not be solved within 4 months. I think it is very shamefull for State bank of Patiala Authority.

                      ABN AMRO — Money withdrawn from account

                      ABN converted my account from 0 balance to flexi savings then deducted 500 Rs twice because of insufficient balance which caused 1 of my EMIs (electronic clearance of ABN personal loan) to bounce.Collections guys call and harassed me. I was told that a request form will be sent to me which needs to be filled to convert my account to 0 balance again because this account has only two transaction a month : 1 when I deposit money and 2 when Electronic clearance happens. There was no sign of anything for another month. Now I called customer care and spoke to some supervisor called Gunjan (wonder if all the supervisors go with same name)... who told me that the request can be submitted only at the branch irrespective of where in the world I am, I have to go the nearest branch (please see the list of their branches in Bangalore... there is only 1... and they ask you to go to branch as if it is present in every corner. They do not accept a fax, a courier or any other form of request. You need to only visit the branch... Otherwise, they will keep deducting the money and keep bouncing your EMIs and lose the payments for their own personal loan and then send that to their collection agents (m sure they are paid as well), who will then become pain in my neck. Then I will call the call center, they will reverse the deduction and the cycle will restart :) phew !!! I have had such bad experience with this bank, I would have deactivated my account, had it not been my EMIs which were tied to it. But I do my bit by ensuring my family and friends stay away from ABN...

                      Banking — Non retrieval of cash but debitting the same from the account

                      I have a SB account with SBI-Rajender Nagar Branch, Ghaziabad, UP. I used SBI atm card in HDFC bank ATM machine located at Shalimar Garden Ext-II, Sahibad, Gaziabad on[protected] around 1710 hrs to retrieve an amount of Rs.2, 000/-. But the the ATM machine fished out only Rs.100/- instead of Rs.2000/-.The ATM transaction record slip showed withdrawal of Rs.2000/- and thus the same amount had been debitted from my A/C No.[protected]. The matter was immediately reprted to the Manager HDFC, Bank, Shalimar Garden who requested to make a written complaint to The SBI, Branch, Rajender Nager. On[protected], a written complaint n the matter was submitted to the Branch Manager, Rajender Nagar SBI Branch in proper receipt. But despite several visits regarding non crediting of the balance amount in my account, the sbi personnel do not seem to be taking any action into this matter. I was told it would take a months time to redeem the balance amount but its been more than four months now and no action has been taken as of now. I checked the account on Tuesday still the same. So again I got an Awsome opportunity to get my happiness screwed and call GREAT ABN Customer service dept. I had a word with Karishma who said it will take 7 working days from Tuesday . FOURTH CALL FOURTH STORY. Finally out of frustration I asked for supervisor had a word with Hirdesh he gave reference number 4655 and said that we do not have logs for calls for 24th and 25th and your money will credited to your account within 7 working days from Tuesday.

                      I am Prerna Gusain a customer holding an account with your bank. sir i am really dissatisfied by the services provided by your bank. it has been around 1 month that i am being troubled in January when i was traveling to Delhi i tried to take out my money from my account 3 times and first 2 times the transaction was not done it was declined. and when at the 3rd time it was completed i took out 4000 rs the balance left was 11000 but when later i returned to Shimla and checked the balance it was 3000. a sum of 8000rs was deducted automatically.
                      I gave a written request for he problem i was asked to call the complaint cell and take the complaint number. i did that and was promised that the money would be credited in4-5 days but it has been 3-4 weeks.

                      Dear Sir,

                      My name is Malini Mohan, residing at No. 16(6) Kannilal Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004. Today morning I tried to withdraw cash from State Bank of Mysore ATM's in Mylapore, Chennai. It kept saying unable to process but when I took balance statement to my shock I found that my account is debited. When contacting my bank State Bank of Mysore, Santhome Branch the response was very bad. I had a balance of Rs. 50,000 and now it shows balance of Rs. 15,000. From 7 a.m. in the morning till 10.30 a.m. the agony I underwent to trace the amount I want to be compensated. Moreoever no one is telling my when this amount will be recredited to my account. I also called State Bank of Mysore helpline at 8.45 a.m. the response was very bad. I want to be compensated for the mental agony and I needed this amount urgently but it is locked due to some software problem and I do not know whether I will get back the amount. Please help me out.                       Myself is Mahavir Goyal s/o Sh. L.R.Goyal r/o H.No. B-V 1271, Street No. 2, Jain Nagar,
                      Abohar, Tehsil Abohar, District Ferozepur. On dated 04.10.2010 at about 3:00 PM, I went
                      to the local branch at Jain Nagar road, Abohar to deposit a sum of Rs. 14000.00 in the
                      account of Vipan Kumar (Account No. [protected]) of Bhadour, District Barnala, Punjab.
                      The cash detail in the voucher was as Rs. 10 x 1400 notes. When I appear in person to
                      deposit said amount on the concerned cash counters, Sh. Kamalpreet Singh & Sh. Naresh
                      Kumar the said bank branch accountants became angry & they clearly denied to accept
                      the cash in my hand & also asked in Punjabi language that "pata nahi kithon bhikhari
                      10-10 de note lai ke aa jande ne" which means Beggars came here with Rs. 10 notes.
                      I was shocked to hear such an insulting words from the said officials from an esteemed
                      Bank. Please take an appropriate legal action against the said irresponsible persons
                      appropriately at your kind ends.

                        I had taken a Car loan of Rs. 2.34 lakh form State Bank of Patiala, Farukhnagar Branch, Gurgaon (loan account no. [protected]) in December 2008. As I had received salary arrears due to pay revision, I could make the pre-payment of loan within nine months (as against 4 years loan period). On 27/11/2009, I closed the loan account by making the entire loan outstanding payment. However I was surprised and shocked to see that an amount of Rs. 3,740/- has been debited from my Saving Account no. [protected] on account of Penalty for pre-payment of car loan. Despite of the fact, that I had intimated the branch that I have made the pre-payment from my own sources, this penalty has been levied. Copy of the loan agreement was shown to the Bank manager and there was no mention, whatsoever, about the levy of penal charges for pre-payment. Had there been any intimation to me about the penalty at the time of availing of loan, either I could not have availed the loan from SBP or I could have not settled the loan by making pre-payments. Therefore, it may be seen that without my any fault, I have been penalized with Rs. 3,740/- which has been debited form my SB account.

                          I want to lodge a complaint against State bank of patiala, palam branch.My complaint covers the following points:-
                          1.not supportive and helpful staff
                          2.Nature of Branch Manager, Sameer Kumar is not good towards customers
                          3.Clerk named Satya Narayan nature towards customers is very bad.
                          4.No person available at help desk for most of the day
                          Kindly see my complaint and try to overcome these problems in the branch, because it will harm the image of State Bank of Patiala.

                            This for you for your kind information that I (Ashish Kumar Sharma) having saving account no. [protected] with your bank, used ATM Card No.[protected] rupee ten thousands from Punjab Nantional Bank (Baddi Branch) on dated 21/12/2009 at arround 10.30 AM Repee Ten Thousands had been deducted from my account but money didn't come out of the ATM m/c.So please do needful so that I can get my money back in my account

                                Dear sir,
                                On closing a 30 years old saving bank account a sum of Rs 150/- had been deducted. Repeated e-mails at [protected]@sbp.co.in and cc to [protected]@sbp.co.in had not resulted in any thing.The bank rule says they can deduct this amount if the account is closed within 12 months.I have asked for the refund /transfer the amount to my account [protected]. If you can help it out.

                                I was having a saving bank account no.[protected] with your branch which was opened about 30 years back and had its satisfactory services till my retirement from M/S Federal Mogul Goetze India on 31.12.2008.
                                Since approach was not that possible and as I am having a saving bank account no.[protected] at IOC branch at Patiala.So I decided to get the account no.[protected] closed.
                                So for closing the account I visited the branch on 04.08.2009 and the amount due was to be credited into account no.[protected]. .
                                An amount of Rs.2835/- was due from account no.[protected], only Rs.2685/- was credited to account no.[protected]. On enquiring from the concerned manager I was told that these are account closing charges.
                                Now I have gone through the details, for individuals, Rs.150/- are to be charged as closing charges if the account is closed within 12 months.
                                What I feel is Rs.150/- have been wrongly deducted which may please be refunded/credited into account no.[protected].

                                  I am an account holder in SBP, Muktsar, on the said day (11.8.09) I made frantic attempts to withdraw money.I started my arduous journey from 5 in the evening and I visited almost all the banks in Muktsar.To be precise, I visited three HDFC ATMs, two of SBI ATMs, ICICI ATM, Rajasthan Bank ATM, Yes Bank ATM. All these ATMs neither dispel money nor any receipt but only flashed 'Your Transaction is not being Processed."
                                  But on 17th when I again used the ATM to my great surprise, disappointment and horror, the receipt showed Rs.5000 less from my balance.
                                  Where has Rs.5000 gone?
                                  Who has gobbled it?
                                  Who will help me to retrieve my hard earned money?

                                    Sir,
                                    I am maintaining the Current Account with this bank i.e State Bank of Patiala, N-1 Gandhi Nagar, Gwalior for past ten years. I also have 5 other accounts in this bank.
                                    I am very much disappointed on account of bad & rude behaviour of the bank employees particularly Mr. Amit Kumar.
                                    I want to state here that as a prime client I deserve to be treated with respect in the same manner I respect the bank officials.
                                    Mr. Amit Kumar does the work such as getting account statements, updating passbook etc and often talk rudely and engage in some sqabbling with the customers.
                                    It happened to me too on 21.8.09 when I told Mr Amit to print the Statement, he told that statement is ready. But when I got there in the basement where the printer is installed I found no statement and when I asked peon, Mr sunil, he told there is no statement. When I asked Mr Amit to resent the command for printing he refused and talked very rudely that the statement has already been sent. Then he kept doing the other work.
                                    I remind this problem to Mr. Ramanand Chaudhary, but he connived with the problem by saying that due to busyness he might have reacted that way. This problem is very often.
                                    Kindly see to this problem and take appropriate action.

                                      I am working with a private company. I have a salary account with SBOP Dhaula branch. My native place is patiala. So i thought to open a new account in patiala. so i visited SBOP Model Town branch to open a new account so that i could transfer some money from my salary account to the new account. I filled the form & attached all the required proofs. But the SBOP employee refuses to open an account & said "I will not open your account". when we asked him why. Then he asked us that "how many account you want to open".we clarify our situation. But he said "I will not open your account. You can approach to any one but i will not do your work".Also his behavior is so much rude.He insulted us. Even he doesn't have a basic manners to how to talk with the human beings.
                                      I think they forget that they are public servants & this is their duty.
                                      Please remove such kind of peoples from the system.
