I bought a Philips Radio from Amazon and it was returned due to defective product and the refund of Rs.610 was made by Authorization No. IGAANPJVT3 dated 13/1/2017. I find the refunded money has not been credited to my account so far. You are requested to look into the matter and give me the credit.

Amazon had advised me that the amount would be refunded through my account within 5 working day. Now almost 15 days have passed and no information so far.

Kindly look into the matter.

    Mainly now the manager is a lady (On 2/jan/2017). Also she don't no how to talk to an old customer. She is behaving badly to all the customers (When i ask about her to my friends and staffs in the branch) plz make a fast transfer to any local branch. She is that much crap. If i write about her u can not read my letter that much i am angry at her. She is the wast manger i had seen in this branch. Plz take a disciplinary action and make a transfer to a wast branch. Other wise u will loos ur best customers from this branch. Other vise i will raise a complaint to rbi.
    On March 3rd Rs 230 deducted from my SBT account stating ATM Charges.
    Even if there is a Annual fee, it cannot be this high

        I was tried to withdraw money from HDFC ATM on 8 th December 2016 by two times. First time i tried Rs 2000 and second time I have tried Rs 2000. Both the times the transaction was failed. But the money was taken from my account. Could you please help me to get back my money?

          This incident happened in nairs hospital while iam taking the entry card (Rs125/-). I was not having the money so i told them to take debit card. They have swiped twice and then they told some error happened in there swiping machine so they cant take debit card but my 125 rs gone and i got message but they are saying they didnt get any money
          If they didnt get i need to refund that money

            Abusive language, insulting elderly and disabled and ill informed coustomers, mocking people who dont understand banking procedures, not following rbi guidelines and denial of services saying rbi has made new guidelines against such services (Like taking deposits in ten ruppe coins) that they give out to coustomers and manager and lady staff jointly insulting and abusing poor, confused and elderly people..
            Sir the complaint is about sbt bank kalpetta branch wayanad district kerala. I have requested to activate net banking but it hasnt done yet.               I have been trying for SBT internet banking registration for two weeks and after providing with all the informations and filling all the fields it says that registration was not possible due to technical problems . So I have approached the bank and submitted an application two weeks ago. No measures were taken to provide me with internet banking facilities.
              I applied for a cheque book and the cheque book I got is also defective.
              Due to the non availability of currency notes I have no other way to make my transactions.

                    Today, I visited to SBT indirapuram branch in indirapuram to exchange my old currency with new one. Me and my husband waited in line for almost 1 hour, which I don't have any problem with. I wasn't having my pan card Xerox so the security fellow said me I can get the xerox near by from xerox shop. I walked and got xerox of my pan card, which took almost 45min. When I came back with xerox and asked for token and exchange from security fellow he denied me telling I have already visited the branch before. To this I replied him that this is my first time visit to the branch and me and my husband is waiting here for almost 1 hour without getting our note exchanged...To this again the security fellow said that his boss has seen me inside the branch exchanging note...I lost my temper and my patience both and told if he and his boss is so confident then show me my pan card or any proof that I have visited the branch before...Listening my voice, from inside some person came out and started telling us that token has got over and I have to visit morning...It was that time I couldn't take any more [censored] from and I again said if this was the case he should have told me before I would have gone back, instead of putting false blame on that I have already visited the branch and all.
                    I have only heard from others that govt employees are the worst and laziest employees, today I even experienced it. I am very thankful that I dont have any account in SBT and I was there only to exchange my note and after such a worst exp I will never take any acct nor suggest any one to open it here...

                        I am pratik k parekh living in surat, gujarat state, india. today i visited the state bank of travancore, adajan branch, l. p. savani rd., surat, gujarat, india. i asked the manager to exchange my rs. 4000/-. he told me that only the account holder of that branch can exchange. he neglected me about the matter when i was there yesterday, today morning and after 03:00 noon.
                        Sir, there is a queue at every bank but this bank has its less than normal or dealing with few only.
                        I request you take necessary steps and try to comfort us.

                          This is with reference to above subject, I would like to request you to intimate state bank of travancore for passing benefit of rate of interest on home loan to all customer as per RBI guideline

                          RBI has already changed the base rate but the bank has not given benefit to existing customer, they inform that client we will reduce your rate of interest but we will charge 1% against your due.

                              1. it is intimated that i, no 14404446w ex-hav santhosh kumar s (macp nb sub) had retired from army with effect from 01 may 2015. i am authorised to draw my defence service pension & disability pension through sbt, malayalapuzha (code 7407).

                              2. my defence service pension and disability pension have been granted/sanctioned as under :-

                              (a) my defence service pension has been granted vide pcda (p), allahabad ppo no s/13772/2015 dated 03 feb 2015 for a sum of rs 9382/- and its da. after orop service pension increased to rs 9429/-pm and its da (total rs 15978/-pm).

                              (b) my defence disability element of pension for life @20% has been sanctioned for life vide pcda (p), allahabad corrg ppo no s/corr/50891/2015 dated 28 sep 2015 for a sum of rs 1095/-pm and its da.

                              3. on scrutiny of pension payment slips received from bank and also my bank account, it has been observed that my basic disability element of pension @ 20% for a sum of rs 1095/- and its da (total rs 2464/- per month) has not been credited/admitted alongwith my pension with effect from march 2016 onwards to till date (march 2016 to september 2016).

                              4. i was drawing both service pension and disability element upto feb 2016. afterthat, march 2016 to till date i have got only my service pension (rs 15978/-per month including da). my disability element (life time) has suddently stopped from march 2016.

                              5. inspite of repeated requests/correspondence by me and also arty records letter no 14404446w/q/pen-2 dated 06 july 2016 to state bank of travancore (cppc), thiruvananthapuram, no action has been taken by them for releasing disability element of pension to me. actually, total of my service pension and disability element (rs 15978 + rs 2464) is rs 18442/-. but march 2016 onwards i have got only rs 15978/- instead of rs 18442/-.

                              6..in view of above, you are once again requested to examine the case in details on humantarian ground, to avoid further financial loss to me in future and to credit my disability element of pension @ rs 1095/-pm and its da for life in my pension bank acct at the earliest. your kind co-operatiion is solicited please,

                                I'm from madurai tamilnadu. The branch is in kizhavasal. The issue is from top to bottom. Mainly with the debit card. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't work but the people who works there will not accept it anyway. Secondly it won't work also for online shopping. I asked them no response was paid. Then I wrote a letter for internet banking, new debit card, change oh phone number and also for that I don't get a response. But for everything manager puts his sign and accepts the letter. I can't understand wat do they do? But definitely the poor service. I'm in a condition to surrender the account. Really sucks!

                                  I tried to purchase an item from www.mtcradio.com online, i was try to make payment through my state bank visa debit card, and i entered card no, expiry date, cvv and name then clicked on proceed to payment button. There is no otp coming to my registered mobile but the amount was deducted from my account for three times. But no purchase was activated. I here by include the transaction details bellow.                                     Sir/madam,
                                    I have one account in valakuzhy sbt branch (Sbtr0000559), a/c no.[protected], one transaction in my account showed deduction of sms alert charge on 22 sep 2015. I have not ever requested for this facility. I dont understand why the amount has been deducted only in second quarter of[protected], there was no deduction for sms alert from my account till this time. I had not done any transaction in my account in 2015. I don't understand for what they levied sms alert charge in this period. When i reported to the bank i was convinced that matter will be checked up with it team for non deduction of service charges in other quarters.
                                    Now again one transaction showing deduction of sms alert charges on 22 june 2016. When i approached the bank they are trying to convincing me that as per the rbi instruction amount is deducted. How can they deduct service charge for the facility which i have never requested.

                                    Here my request is to never allow any bank to loot customers by imposing any charge for non applied facility.

                                      Yesterday 15/04/2016 am gone Sbt kalanjoor Pathanamthitta for reopening my account, and I need to take a NRI account also, but one of your employees Ms Divya she is didn't respect to me. I wait 15 mints infrount of that lady, bt she didn't said to Sit and care to me, I don't know why is she act like to me so that why i didn't do anything and I waste my time.

                                        I requested a debit card on 1st March. On 4th March I received an sms (in fact four sms) stating the my card has been dispatched under tracking number xxxxxx by speed post.
                                        I have not received the card yet.

                                        I have tried to track the speed post from 5th March, every day it says that the details are not available in speed post system.

                                        Surprisingly I received the PIN from my bank, which also came there by speed post. But they don't know anything about the card, it is said to be from a different source.
