Hi i am p a muhammad aslam with account([protected]) in sbt chamampathal branch, kottayam, kerala.I had applied for an atm card for which I received a reply message on february 12 telling that my atm card ending with 3918 despatched on 8 february wide speed post no AQ[protected]IN. I didnt get the card till date and the bank people say they are helpless though they got the pin no.promptly.When i tracked the speed post it says no details available.Kindly help soon...

    SBI crpd has conducted all india exam and interviews for recruitment of po and clerk in the year 2015. Subsequently first merit list appointment was given in both categories. Expect for state bank of travancore all other associate banks has released and given appointment to wait listed aspirants in both po and clerk categories. It is known that 40% seats are vacant in both categories in SBT and SBT management is reluctant to release waiting list in-spite of this huge vacancies. It is not understood as to why there is a bias in recruitment rules of same organization (sbi). Lot of candidates missed out for one or two marks down the final cutoff is waiting for release of waiting list in SBT. It is requested to SBT management to release waiting list for both category at the earliest.

I have a home loan with state bank of Travancore, Moolamattom branch.(Account #[protected]) I need a Provisional Home Loan Interest Certificate (Provisional statement) for my Income Tax purpose. Actually I send a E .mail application for that . in that we mentioned 30/12/15 we collect hard copy from Moolamattom branch . when we visit the same day .the respected person & Manager are not there . again we call to the branch they refusing to giving the certificate.                 I hv the ac in SBT bank at nangli sakrswati nangli diary branch.I m very disappointed with your service at this branch.I hv face the service problem in second time a month.today I hd sent my husband to ur branch for withdrawal with self cheque and my id but ur branch manager and staff had not pass my cheque the reason is self cheque is not accepted by the bank.I need the cash on urgent basis but I m in office so I cant go.then I hv send my office runner to ur Gurgaon branch with self cheque of rs30000 and bank has passed my cheque.I cant understand why I hv face the problem in ur Arjun park branch.we can't waste our time to travel one bank to other bank.so what is the benefit of home branch.I m seriously very disappointed with this branch service the new staff is not cooperative.pls take the action

                  the amount is approx. 1.1 lakhs.
                  I am a senior citizen of age 81+ yrs. And pray that the above mentioned amount be paid without any further delay.

                    Sir, I have withdrawn money from the above ATM on 8.9.2015 at 11, 05 A.M. While opening the card, I kept my mobile phone on the ATM monitor and forgot to take from there. When I noticed that the phone is missing, I searched in the ATM room and enquired in the Bank near it. Again I went to meet the chief manager and informed the matter. He said he is helpless in the matter. My transaction No. is 1370. phone details:- Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo GT-S5312 dual sim, metallic silver colour with black cover. IME code 357097/05/134508/5* 357098/05/134508/3* mobile phone No. is [protected] As the ATM has every security measure including WEB camera, and details of all the customers using the ATM including their account No., address, phone No. e-mail address etc. I request that the Bank to sincerely help me to recover the phone by contacting the next persons who used the ATM and took the phone. If the Bank incurred a loss from the ATM or damage to it, they are capable to find out the person done it using the above facility on their side. It is my request that the Bank kindly show the same sincerity to recover the phone and support the customer of the bank since last 37 years, so that in the future no such incidents will take place in an ATM. I have used another ATM No.S10G[protected] TXN No.8292 at 12.26 P.M.at Chevoor, on the same day. But I believe I kept the phone on the first on the first ATM machine.                         I am employed at the office of the Director of Public Instruction, Jagathy, Thiruvananthapuram. I opened a zero balance salary SB Account with the State Bank of Travancore, Jagathy Branch, Thiruvananthapuram(IFSC Code=SBTR0000568), on 04/04/2014 . My A/C Number is [protected]. My MOB NO. is [protected]. When I opened my Account with this Bank, I received a VISA ATM Domestic Debit Card, as part of the kit these people offer to the customers. Now that my application for CIVIQ Subscribership is approved by the World Intelligence Network(WIN) Admission Office-48 High IQ Societies including Mensa International are registered with this Organisation- I applied for an Gold Inernational Card.My monthly salary deposit Rs.20753/-I applied for the card on 02/07//2015.But even as on 29/07/2015, I did not receive any thing like an A-T-M Card. According to their Banking Rules these lazy people are duty bound to issue A-T-M cards within 15 days from the date of application. These irresponsible people do not even give a receipt, or let the customers sign the Register as a token of having received an application for A-T-M Card.When I try to cajole them to ring up the Head Office, from where these cards are issued, these cunning people sport an evasive smile.They are too ready to offer lame excuses like -you may get your ATM Card sometime in future because the cards are out of stock, you may receive either your A-T-M Card or your PIN NO. at different times but not both of them together at all, Card Vendors are not cooperative and they are also lax as far as their card -issuance-status is concerned. This is the custom followed at SBT, Jagathy, Thiruvananthapuram.Even customers air their complaints inside the Bank Premises, and other customers keep looking on.                           But my payment is not credited in my account. Why should i suffer, & why i beer loss of getting profit from my bank of my fund. Who will give & responsible for this late service.

                          India, our country is a democratic country but no one is there still to take action regarding government work.
                          Let see what about my issue & how much time will it take to resolve.

                              Dear Sir, I am forced to write again about my unresolved complaint even after several months. As its evident from the below appended mail, I had sent this to the higher authorities in sept, but it went un noticed. I hope you’ll give it due consideration . I request you to change the due date of EMI of my car loan to 21st of every month. Now in the system it is 1st of the month, and as such I get sms from the bank server till I pay the emi after 21st. Today I started getting sms and it will kepp on coming from now on. It is very much annoying. I am afraid, the computer charges late fee also. If so, iam sorry to say that, I shall not pay the interest part, which is arising not from my fault. For your quick info I am giving below the details. Car loan taken from Thiruvalla kattode br. As a result, I am getting numerous sms informing some follow-up charges + service tax, interest etc would be debited to my A/c. I pay my emi on 21st or 22 nd of the month only. This result in interest for 20 days or so charged to me unnecessarily for no fault of mine. Recently also in july 465 interest was separately paid. I have umpteen requests made to the concerned official & manager to correct the due date to 21st, and even after 6 to 8 months, the same situation. All they says to me is ignore the sms, or pay emi on 1st of the month. My salary date is 10th or after and more over I rather want this mistake corrected, than to comply with the error made by some previous employee. The present staff says it can be corrected by some IT personal only, and it is beyond their technical expertise. So, I request you to initiate action on this minor issue and do the needful to set my due date to 21st of every month hereafter. Giving below the details for your info.                                 Hi i am sunil thomas i have account([protected]) in sbt court road alappuzha, kerala. It has been more then 2 months passed and I have not received my ATM card. I made query to concern bank but they just told that it is issued from Mumbai and they are helpless. ATM card is suppose to use for quick withdrawal of money at any time but I cant avail this facility because I am just waiting for my atm card.

                                  I Am an SBT account Holder and have State Bank ATM card from The Bank STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE Branch THAMARAKULAM, Aleppey Dist, Kerala..I had lost my ATM card and then i requested for a New one and the Home branch taken the charge (220) for ATM card. I got the card After 2 weeks With Card Number [protected], But i Didnt Get the ATM Pin After 2 months.. i Am going to the same branch Thrice in a Week.. And My Time is precious.. I dont have time to waste it on ur branch Misbehaviourness.. What Can i do..

                                    Respected, Sir. I would like to inform you that I am one of the Ex Service (Army). I am currently working in abroad and I don't have any information about my latest pension details as I don't received any feedback from the Bank (SBT KONNI Branch) even I sent an email to them long time back. The purpose of this email is to follow up my pension details as my wife had an operation and she's undergoing a bed resting and in my behalf no one can follow up back home. Regarding this matter I send three E-mails in regards to my concern Bank and even I contacted the Branch Manager of the Bank through mobile phone who promised me that I will be updated with the above mentioned but until now, I didn't received any feedback at all.                                         I want to dodge a complaint against state bank of travancore-(Marathancode branch-pannithadam-kunnamkulam-district thrissur).Unfortunately i am having 3 accounts in this branch-nri and sb accounts.Yesterday my wife went to fix a certain amount our joint account(26july2014).Total behaviour was very pathetic and it took 2 hours..Especially the lady siting on cash counter.She behaved very bad way even she dont have the time to count the note.Firstly they told it is not linked with adaar.We already linked and our subsidy came through this account..Now they are telling everything lost.What is this??/
                                        So kindly educate your staff.Customers are not beggars.Waiting for your sincere reply.
