Respected Sir/Madam,
I applied for the PAN card on 19/10/2008 and it was processed on 22/10/2008. Coupon No is[protected]. My PAN no is AHXPV2768G. They are telling that it was disbursed to your nearest post office. When i enquired in my nearest post office, they are saying that they didnt recieve anything regarding PAN. I already given my PAN number to my head office. Kindly issed the PAN card. So consider this matter as urgent and do the needful.

State Bank of Travancore — Deducted Rs 100 without any reason

Hello,
My name is JOHN K A and i have a problem with my ATM card Transaction.
when i withdrawed an amount of Rs 400 on 28th march,2012 from the Lakshmi Vilas Bank ATM from the A/C no[protected] of the State Bank of Travancore A/C an extra amount of Rs100 has been deducted from my A/c which i couldn't get an explanation to. It was the first time that i withdrawed money from this ATM and my friends who withdrawed money from the same ATM has the same experience as i do. Can i get any explanation why Rs 100 was deducted and i like for get it refunded ASAP.

    Respected sir,
    I was took an accound From SBT, Two and half month's before.(State Bank of Travancore-Kerala, Calicut, Palayam Branch).at that same time i gave an application form for taking an ATM card.But still now i didn't get the ATM card.They are lagging about this case.Two months before my friend faces a problem from SBT (about his cheque-But i dont like waste your importent time through the explanation).In my case i make an enquery to SBT palayam branch.They told that "they don't no nothing, and usually the ATM card is coming from DELHI (from head office).so we are helpless, and you just wait for that.Better you just pay 200 rupeese for applying a duplicate."This is the responce from SBT.

    So what i do sir.People's are loosing their confidence from this type of facility's.I hope that you take a sudden action when recive my complaint.

(Indian Overseas Bank, Varkala Branch) I use my ATM Card to withdraw cash (Rs. 2500) from the counter of SBT, Vazhuthacad, But I can’t get cash, and my A/c shows a decrease of Rs. 2500. I approach IOB Varkala to solve my problem. They said that, give a request to SBT Vazhuthacadu Branch, they have the liability to solve this.     I am using SBT ATM card for the past 3 years and i am satisfied with the services provided by SBT.Now i am writing this comment coz recently i went to mysore and i withdrawed Rs 1500/- from SBM ATM counter accidently the cash went inside the machine i informed the bank but they told that it will be credited with in hours. But till now it has not been credited.Please do the needfull to get back my money.

    I have a SBT ATM card for my NRI A/c. Now I am in Dubai and the ATM Card also here. However I would like to know, whether the card will be cancelled or not in absence of any transaction. But I am transferring the money to my NRI A/c in monthly basis. So let me know about this doubt. How much period we can keep the card without any transaction like this.

    Sir, i would like to know whether your bank provide the facility to application for atm, credit card, & debit card through online...Expect your reply ...
    Before three months I used my SBT ATM card at other bank(corporation bank) ATM centre at Nagercoil, since the SBT ATM centre was on failure on that day.I tried to withdraw Rs.20000 (twenty thousand only), but due to technical reasons the money was not withdrawn, but it was debited from my account. I have given complaints to the Branch Manager, Asst General Manager, Regional Manager and also to the Banking Ombudsman.So far more than three months has passed and there is no use for me till date.I have given complaints and even after three months I havent received any informations or reply from any authoroties to whom i have complainted. I really unable to understand the meaning o[censored]sing ATM . Is it for emergency? or for making the account holders unhappy and tension? Also I couldn't understand the responsibilities of the above said Officers. Need I approach court to recover my money? Please reply me.

    I have to block my ATM card one week before due to the misplacement of the card. But today i have found the card in my room. Will it be possible to use the same card or i have to issue new card .The card and bank details are as follows:-

    State bank of Travancore (IN) — ATM Problem

    I went to thondamuthur SBI ATM Centre to withdraw the amount of Rs.7500/- on 01/10/2011. I have tried upto three times... There was a message as 'Transaction Timed out' in screen & Even there is no printed advice came. So I thought that there might be a server problem at SBT....

    Then after two days, yesterday again I tried two to three times. Again the same message came. And Finally after somebody's successful transaction I tried again. At that time there is a message in screen as " Insufficient Balance" and in printed advice as " Sorry Unable to process". Then finally when i tried to check the balance through the mini statement, the amount Rs.7500/- is credited on 01/10/2011.

    How can I retrieve my amount? What is the solid solution for these type of problems? How can I fulfill my urgent requirements? What should I do if my relative who are admitted in hospital? Who is the responsible for this?

    Irresponible behaviour by the banking employees at state bank of travancore, jagathy, thiruvananthapuram, pin 695014

    I am employed at the office of the director of public instruction, jagathy, thiruvananthapuram. I opened a zero balance salary sb account with the state bank of travancore, jagathy branch, thiruvananthapuram(Ifsc code=sbtr0000568), on 04/04/2014 . My a/c number is [protected]. My mob no. Is [protected].
    When i opened my account with this bank, i received a visa atm domestic debit card, as part of the kit these people offer to the customers. Now that my application for civiq subscribership is approved by the world intelligence network(Win) admission office-48 high iq societies including mensa international are registered with this organisation- i applied for a gold international debit card.I am the 3rd indian to qualify for such a status, since the inception of win.
    I applied for gold international debit card on 02/07//2015.My monthly salary deposit is rs.20753. But even as on 29/07/2015, i did not receive any thing like an a-t-m debit card. According to their banking rules these lazy people are duty bound to issue a-t-m cards within 15 days from the date of application.
    These irresponsible people do not even give a receipt, or let the customers sign the register as a token of having received an application for a-t-m card.When i try to cajole them to ring up the head office, from where these cards are issued, these cunning people sport an evasive smile.They are too ready to offer lame excuses like -you may get your atm card sometime in future because the cards are out of stock, you may receive either your a-t-m card or your pin no. At different times but not both of them together at all, card vendors are not cooperative and they are also lax as far as their card -issuance-status is concerned. This is the custom followed at sbt, jagathy, thiruvananthapuram.Even customers air their complaints inside the bank premises, and other customers keep looking on.

    Can you do something to redress my complaint, better the performance rating of this bank and bring these banking people under control?

    hey please don't share your Account Number & Card details in the internet. You can not solved any problem from here you have to visit your home branch only. If you share your details you may cheated by fraud Bank persons. And its happens so many times.

      SBT A/c [protected]. Twice operated South Indian Bank ATM for CAsh Withdrawal. But A/c debited and cash not received. Request for re-credit the amount

      the same thing happened to me too. while trying to withdraw Rs 3000.i credited with 6000 rs with getting the money.3000 rs twice.there is no respose from the brach even after complaining.
      I am an SB A/c. (A/c.No.[protected] COCHIN UNIVERSITY BRANCH, COCHIN-22, ERNAKULAM) holder of SBT and i had faced a difficulty in the ATM on 10/8/2009. Though I give written complaint to the Branch concerned no action is seen taken. The madam had told me that it is a GLOBAL TROUBLE andwill be settled within 10 or 14 days, but now almost reached one month. Complaints summarised below:

      On 10/8/2009 I had tried to take money through various ATMs and all attempts were failed and did not get money. When I taken an amount of Rs. 1900/- on 14/8/2009 I came to know that an amount of Rs, 4600/- were deducted from my account. Rs 1800/- re-credited and Balance of Rs 2800/- are not credited till date. I therefore request you to take necessary stepts to credit Rs 2800/- to my A/c. No. [protected] forthwith and to do justice. I would like to remind you that JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.
      Summarise all details and send a mail to [protected]@sbt.co.in and mark cc to : [protected]@sbt.co.in
      and one cc to your branch, [protected]@sbt.co.in

      then give your complete details, and sit at your home peacefully, in two days this will be sorted out.

        Sir,

        I have taken BSNL broadband connection in the name of Shri Anil Kumar SInha, now a days we are not able to even log in due to connectivity problems, when i tried to lodge complain throug their toll free no then i was not responded properly and even my complain was not lodged. Even after more than 20 dyas same problem is continue.
