Stayclassy.in — mobile cover wrong model delivered

I ordered a cover case for my mobile & now it has deliver false size. It is not fitting to my phone.
I am trying to call them so that i can exchange or return the same but either number is busy or just ringing.
For return policy they have written speed post the product but where is the address to post it?
I don't want refund instead exchange my cover & deliver the right size.

Please provide me the solution which is really helpful & viable.
