Stayclassy.in — not refunding money

I have buied 6 covers from stayclassy.in from which 2 covers were delivered wrong and dey not taking it back and neither refunding money to me. I m following them from 10days they are not picking my calls. Stayclassy.in are saying we don't have such refunding policy which are misleading statements my them. It's clearly written in their policy in any wrong case they will refund and take back their products.

I have ordered a mobile cover for my phone and it was said delivery will take place within 5 days but till now i did not got any thing. So either deliver my mobile cover or plz return my money back.
