I have ordered 2samsung j7 prime phone cover on jan17 2019 through online paymemt. I have received a messgae with the order number and it is clearly mentioned as delivery will be within 5 to9 days. And no confirmation mail been received regarding the order. When i checked about the status of the order it is showing as order number is invalid. So thereby i am not able to track my order. And then when i checked details about my order, it is showing as 'you have no orders'. I have not got any other messages/ information regarding the order from them.
