Hello, I ordered a glass phone case from
stayclassy but at first I didn't get my order for
more than 2 weeks. I then texted them in
Instagram and the next day itself I got a mail
saying the order is shipped. I don't even want
refund, I can understand that it's not their
mistake but still I want them to fix the glass
only. I don't even want replacement. Just need
the glass to be fixed. I hope this complaint will
resolve my problem.

I have ordered a mobile phone back case cover on 15th March. I have been trying to track my order and unable to do so as it says the email id and tracking number does not match. I have tried calling the customer care number and it's not reachable. I have mailed them regarding the same and no response from their end.

Somebody has been placed order item from Stay classy platform using my mobile number & all updates comes to my mobile number with delivered status without giving OTP that's comes to my number, I have raise complaint to company mail id but they have not resolved my problem & not giving any reply .
Kindly look into this fraud order from this Stay classy online platform using my mobile number,

I filed a complaint here, so they stay classy.in texted me in instagram as they'll deliver it earliest possible or else they will refund me. But after this dm it's a week r more I doesn't get the phone case or my refund, What a irresponsible ppl they are. I am waiting for the product since one month

I ordered my phn case one feb 9 I paid already, I got only message from shiprocket, but no information or order id from stay classy, what you doing I wan my phone case ordered or my money back

I ordered a phone case and a glass protector from Stayclassy on 11th February 2022 ( Order no. 4340208) a payment of Rs 498 was made via UPI.
I did not receive the order till date[protected].
I need my refund back as soon as possible.
I even tried contacting there costumer care no. and mail, but received no response.
This is extremely carelessness.
The status in Delhivery still shows... pickup pending.
Please take necessary action.

It's been 8 days since I have ordered a phone, according to the website I will be receiving it in 4 to 5 working days and I still have not received. Theis is no cod too. Had to pay in online. I have tried contacting but not respond and the contact nos are fake. Pls do resolve this problem.

I have placed an order of a glass back cover with pop in stayclassy.in on February 14. I have prepaid for the order. On the day of the order they have sent a bill to my email id. My order number is 4346313. Till now I haven't received any information regarding the package. I dont know whether it had been shipped or not. Im totally disappointed with their service. I want the order immediately or I want my money back.

I Ordered personalized name couple gold plated magalsutra on 11th feb 2022 and stay classy website show its out for delivery from last 5 days and delhivery website is show order pickup cancel by stayclassy. I already paid 549 rs by google pay. I not happy with services, Today more than 10days didn't get any update and order status. So many times i sent email to [protected]@stayclassy.in and contact this number [protected] no body pickup the call.

kindly resolve this issue.

There is no way for me to track my order, tried calling the number provided and they aren't picking up the calls or they're switched off. Is this site legit or did I just lose my money?

I ordered a customised watch in this stay classy. In website on February 8th it almost 10days completed there is no moment in the order pickup is not completed yet I want my order fast other wise I want cancel my order and refund my money

I had ordered a phone case for my redmi phone on the 25th of January, 2022. Today is the 17th of February, 2022. It has been almost month but I have still not received my order or any kind o[censored]pdate about it. The last update I got was on the 26th of January, 2022 from the delivery service called Shiprocket. I also tried contacting Shiprocket on the same email through which they had sent me the email before, but the email was not delivered as it tells me the email address is not available. The same thing happened when I tried contacting Stayclassy through their email id. So, no information about my order has been received by me. I am also unable to track my order.
Your website stated that you don't provide COD services because some customers refuse to pay for their orders even after receiving it on their doorstep and that's why you only take prepaid order. But what about the customers like me? I had trusted your word and prepaid for the order. But still haven't received it. It breaks my heart to know that you haven't been able to treat your customer with the same respect that you want to be treated with.

It would be of great help if you could look into this matter for me and make sure that I get the product on which I spent my hard earned money.

I ordered an phone case from this website called stayclassy and even paid for it through gpay on 13th january 2022.still didn't received the delivery

I placed an order for space letter name locket on Feb 2 and paid an amount of Rs.499 for it amd its 14Feb already and I have not received the package .I am also unable to contact them cause everytime I am calling them its saying busy...

Sir i orderd 2 items from stayclassy. In on 3rd feb.22 but till nw it show it's under process even 10 days already left it has not yet dispatched I call them may times everyday but they don't pick up the call if anytime they pick up but did not talk I think it was a scammer site pls help me to get out from this scam thank u...

i need to check the product photo immediately???? how you have inserted images??? for this i was continuously chasing with team but not repinding.
After 3 days they are replying. that your product has been shipped...with out showing
very unprofessional. wasted my money, time and effort.

i just received your product had been packed but there is no record of customized product image in website. no tracking record is there...so after this i get wrong product who will be responsible??? stay classy team never pick or reply... i need to show my product image immediately...

So I placed one order on the website stayclassy.in on 23rd November 2021 and today's date is 9 Feb 2022, I haven't received my order till yet and also there was no COD option available so I had to make the payment online i.e. 350.
Hence, I want my money back or deliver my order as soon as possible otherwise I'll file complain against you
