[Resolved]  Stayclassy.in — regarding delivery of mobile case

I have ordered a case and it's been 10 days there is no details regarding the delivery... I contacted them in every possible way but there is no reply from them and their phones are switched off. I have already paid the money through online net banking... Initially they showed the order is processing and later it's been shown as completed but the order has no where delivered...

I ordered back cover for my Redmi note 5 pro on 6th may till then it is showing order proccesing order processing but product not delivered yet and not any confirmation from their side.

I order my back covers n still its shows me processing.. I ordered on 2nd May 2018.. N his phone is switch off.. What I have to do now??

I have ordered 2 mobile phone cases in Stayclassy.in website on May 7th 2018. Till today the order was showing as "IN PROGRESS". When I am able to contact the customer care via email, they are not responding and their customer care telephone numbers are switchedoff. My order Number is #216122. Kindly help me in getting refund of my money
