This is brought to your notice that I am facing a service issue on warranty treadmill product model I1A bought on 13 Feb 2021. The product is still under warranty.
I had a service issue and reported to local service support contacts of Stayfit and they have identified the issue with the Motor and Service executive and have collected both the Motor and Motherboard and sent it to the Banglore office for review and repair.
After several call enquiries, I came to know the motor is NR and they are about to send a new motor. Service executives are not lifting my phone and no proper response from the team.
Every time i make a call, I have been informed that there will be an update in 3 days. I am really not happy with the services and making me regret why I have taken the Brand Product of Stayfit.
The product has been down for more than 1 month now. Please expedite the service issue and fix the service as soon as possible. Kindly share the escalation contacts to expedite the situation.
