This is to inform you that I had great inconvenience because of cancellation of Hotel Rajveer, Mandvi, Gujarat booking after payment, confirmation and issue of Order no. I was told 2 days earlier that my booking has been cancelled & they suggested alternate booking at almost double the original booking in the same hotel, but since I already had bad experience with stayzilla, I thought that I may face similar situation and lose higher amount of money and did not book through them. I had a tough time finding alternate accommodation due to holiday rush. Also, stayzilla charged extra from my account on my credit card and no one is now attending or answering our calls & mails for refund.The details of refund are : 1) Refund of cancellation of Mandvi booking (Order No.[protected][protected] of Rs.700. 3) Extra amount taken in my booking of Bhug against order no.[protected][protected] Rs.316 ( Taken Rs.1152 against Rs.826) Total refund pending is Rs.700+Rs.316 = Rs.1016.
