Stayzilla is a fraud site. All they need is your money thats it. Im travelling with my 4 yr old to rajasthan, 2016 as wanted to show her traditional fair, therefore my 1st hotel to book was for pushkar, as we knew in fair time getting bookings is very difficult. Booked my hotel room from stayzilla to pushkar during the fair. Which they confirmed taking the full payment for 2 days. Only after that i booked my other hotels and flights. Then suddenly i get a mail from them stating that they cannot accommodate me on those days as the prices have gone up, so either i pay the revised amount or cancel the booking. Utter nonsense, called them 9 times in 2 hours to ask what the hell happened as i have already done the payment. They outright refused to look into it and gave me all excuses as to how things are not under their control and we will have to wait to see if the hotel will agree or no. Oct 5, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Follow up with them was a nightmare. Many operators handling this situations were rude and not helpful. No one would know anything about my complains. Every time was asked to cancel my bookings or would make me wait for over 40 mins on hold.
Finally Mr. Aadhar Chauhan came to the rescue and understood the gravity of the situation. He called the hotel manager and made it a point my booking was processed, which took about 2 days to resolve. I think stayzilla needs more of these people if they want their portal to work. He made sure to keep me posted on all the procedure which atleast gave a sense of relieve that someone is working over my issue.

Apparantely there was a miscommunication between the hotel and the site. Stayzilla is bearing the extra cost of their mistaken price which were shown on their site.
