I was booking for book for date 18th and 18 dec for ratan hotel, warangal ( Telangana ) through icici debit card. Bank details.

Money has been deducted twice for online booking charge and room charge. Ie Rs1114 but webpage was redirecting to company site may be for giving confirmation of book. But webpage was hung status.

Can you please refund my total amount money Rs 1114. as soon as possible.
