I am dr. Uttam kumar das from kolkata. I have booked a hotel ( Sea beach villa, digha) through your website and paid rs. 4668 /-. Booking id:[protected][protected] After payment your company denied the booking order and told to refund my money. But still i did not get my money even after more than 15 days. Now i will take action if you do not refund my money today itself. I will go to lalbazar police station cyber crime branch and also i will do a fir in consumer forum by monday.
