[Resolved]  Stayzilla — No refund of money

I am Michael from Australia.
I booked 4 nights accomodation at a hotel through online Stayzilla website on 11th October. Despite Stayzilla advertising the rooms online, they were not even available and the next day Stayzilla cancelled the booking. Stayzilla advised us that they initiated a refund to me but they have kept my money.
I have never received a refund.
I have called and emailed Stayzilla many times and each time they make an excuse but the money is not refunded to me.
I would like Stayzilla to do the honest thing and refund my money.

I have contacted my bank twice regarding this claim. The bank has NEVER received this refund. The bank has also no record of this reference number. The bank has NOT received any refund from Inasra Technology. So it would seem that this claim by Stayzilla is incorrect.

I would like to know the exact details of to whom the refund was made to. I can only assume that if Stayzilla has refunded my money they have refunded it to the wrong bank account and wrong person!!!

We are still waiting for a resolution of this issue. The refund was never received by my bank account. My bank has no knowledge of this refund. I would like Stayzilla to investigate this matter ASAP.
