To whom so ever it may concern,

Stayzilla is the most appalling hotel booking service i have ever used. I have called you a 100 times atleast for the booking number[protected][protected]. You have not refunded my money and i just see that this has been an ongoing practise.

When i just checked the reviews on google, you do not refund funds and this is regular for you. I wish i would have checked these reviews before i made my booking. First of all, you charge rs. 2620/- even without have any rooms available, and now you want to earn interest by just holding the funds with you for good 15 days. I have even checked this with my bank and there is not a sign of refund.
Can you refund my money at the earliest, without just giving me a reference number, which is of no use.

I would never ever recommend stayzilla to anyone.
