Stepsindia Technologies — not complete my project/fraud company

As disscussed with kamal and his words i closed my first compaint but still they are unable to comelete my project of www.airnwings.in with in 15 days and now he is not taking my call neither refund my amount of inr 15, 730/-. I have written email from kamal side "if they will not complete this project with in 15 days then he will full refund back in my account. Now he is not ready to take my call. Tomorrow i will lodge fir again this company under section 420 of the indian penal code (Section 421 ipc). I have all the docs. I will raise the complaint with companies act, 2013 fraud & compliance - icsi.

If any one have the same issue with same company then email me on ajoy. [protected]@gmail.com, so that we can close such fraud company as soon as possible.
