Stearling holiday is cheater company and it’s policy are charging every day. At the time of taking membership they have charged huge amount of money and every year taking huge amount in terms of ASF from member and providing all services to non member.
Recently I have tried to book sterling Panchgani for august month from website but could not book. So call to customer care and they said booking only open for non member not for member. So why u r charging huge money from member i[censored] do not give services to member.
At the time of taking membership there was no any weekend rule. Now they introduced weekend rule for point deduction . If any one book resort just only one or two night they are debiting three night from account. And telling that i[censored] book in weekend minimum three night debited from account. This is also big cheating with members.
More over previously blue season member could book in red season now they mentioned not eligible in software for blue season people. So they have changed booking criteria. Also this is another cheating.
Also they have many tie up properties where if member want a booking member need to pay advance huge amount of money for food and it is compulsory for member if they want booking. Afterwards taking money they are providing bad quality food. Again a big cheating with member.
I really spent my hard earned money on this membership but it is not worth and company cheated me. Want my money back. Plz help me out and help me to find justice in this case Was this information helpful? |
