Dear PromotersSterling Holidays I have taken membership of Sterling for 10 year on 29th December 2023, after paying Rs. 290000/- (Two Lakh Ninety Thousand ) and 9300/Annual maintenance charge. On the time of membership the representative has claimed that-1. I can avail 10 to 13 days annually in India or Abroad.2. I will be given 06 Night 07 Days International holidays as complimentary.3. I will be given an offer of 4 Night 05 Days in Domestic Holidays.4. I offered 02 Days Darjeeling Tour Free of Cost and Two Year Free Annual Maintenance and 02 Years Free RCI Membership.5. In Annual maintenance charges we can avail Play, Horse Riding, Ropeway Service othe Entertainment item.6. If we shall not use sterling resorts We can use the Hotels of Lemon Tree, Ramada, Marriott, Hilton etc with the payment of about 1200 per day.7. If we shall give any recommendation of any new customers then we can get either free annual maintenance and Food coupon of 10000.8. After Confirmation of membership I can get a Food coupon and many schemes . But after acceptance of membership company representative has verified the confirmation call by himself and then after I received the mail of membership ID in which they mentioned everything is opposite that-1. I offer 900 points membership in which only two days are used in Darjeeling and 960 points have been deducted for the Year 2024 in advance.2. When I tried to plan for Rishikesh / Haridwar I found out that in only 02 days it will take 600 points from March to June and in 03 days 900 points and above.3. I recommend two families and one has been confirmed but I received the mail of Annual maintenance charge of Rs 15000.4. I thought that a middle class family will avail the foreign tour with least payment but your representative Puneet Shukla from Lucknow and Puneet Chouhan from Delhi have completely claimed it falsely. I can send the written statement by hand.5. When the company has sent a feedback link I have denied all the statements which can be verified.6. As we know the voice of customer care is recorded every time and feedback form is recorded so that it can be verified. Now on the basis of above ground and facts I can take legal action against Sterling Holidays and we can claim for huge compensation for false claimed membership, Therefore kindly resolve the issue immediately and improve the policy . Sterling is a big brand if I give 29000 for 10 Years the it will become minimum 06 Lakhs Plus 1.5 lakhs of Annual Maintainance will become 03 Lakhs . We pay for fooding at least 1400 per person per days where is cheaper holidays ? Company will bring the court and will have to take complete responsibility. Hope you will understand my feelings and resolve the issue shortly.
