[Resolved]  Sterling Holidays Resorts — Refund on cancelling room 3days in advance

I have made 2 bookings in Ooty Sterling resorts for 16th August, one in Elk hill and other in Fern hill. As per Agoda policy free cancellation is available up to 12midnight. By 12.15am I called Sterling and dasked if free cancellaltion is possible. They directed me to call back at 9.30am. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple mails to both Sterling and Agoda but no resolution. Requesting to kindly cancel and refund one booking as both are properties of Sterling Ooty.

Mailed Sterling holidays resort and Agoda again and they agreed to refund the full amount.
