I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the membership program that I enrolled in with Sterling. At the time of purchase, I was assured of a one-week international vacation with the exception of Dubai, Singapore, and the Maldives. However, upon verifying with RCI, I discovered that there are only a few destinations eligible for this vacation. Furthermore, the quality and standards of the resorts offered for a one-week exchange do not meet expectations.
Even within the Sterling resorts, renowned locations such as Alleppey and Coorg are not available for membership exchange. This raises a fundamental question—what value does the resort membership hold if it restricts access to even Sterling properties?
The promises made during the sales pitch now seem deceptive. The entire process, from the initial information to the current experience, feels like a scam. My skepticism about joining, fueled by online reviews, now appears justified.
Additionally, during a recent visit to your Yelagiri resort, I was appalled by its state of disrepair. It was a far cry from the standards I associate with Sterling. I fear that such issues are eroding the brand's reputation and trust.
I have not yet availed any of the membership perks, and I am demanding a refund due to the complete failure to deliver on any of the promises made. The misleading information and false assurances given have left me deeply dissatisfied.
Given these deceitful practices, I cannot in good conscience recommend Sterling membership to anyone. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and rectify this situation. I will not be able to take calls and will be available by email. I look forward to your prompt response. Was this information helpful? |
