Sterling Hospital — imposed extra day icu charges

My father admitted on[protected] after 4 pm in icu and shifted to the general ward on[protected]. Normally hospital room rent and discharged time 12 to 2 pm. Accordingly, the icu room rent and other charges should be 2 days but here hospital charged 3 days icu room rent and other related charges. (Approx. 30000/day icu charged). Here hospital imposed an extra day charged which is approx. 30000 rs.in hospital doctors also visit/consult in icu/general ward after 9:00 am and then they decide the patient should discharge or not. So how they can be charged the icu as per the date calculation. I feel this is what unwanted charge imposed on us.
